Andy is sleeping peacefully in the infirmary bed for the first time in weeks the general and a few other teachers and occasionally Weiss have visited her to talk. Today she does not know but the general has found the closest thing to family she has ever had. He stops the group of people at the door. She is different he says. She might look different but our Andy is still in there somewhere! A fiery blonde says. The general sighs. He knocks on the door. Come in. A soft voice says. The door opens and a girl with a red hood follows a girl with fiery blonde hair after her comes a man with a flask that he isn't drinking out of for once. The last new comer is a man with blonde hair. Andy looks over at them slowly and her silver eyes widen. Ruby? Yang? Professor Qrow?! Tai? Her heart beat increases take it easy kiddo Qrow says sitting down next to her. We uh heard about happened with your brother. Jimmy here tells me you were very brave....I...your first thought was to get another student out of danger the General says. Andy looks up. He pulls out a box and shows Andy a new forearm and hand. Andy's eyes widen. I thought- both of the Schmee girls insisted you got this and Roger himself the general says. I will be back later he says I will allow you some time with your friends he says. Thank you general Andy says. Once he leaves Qrow says so what's your plan kiddo? Andy looks down. I don't know. I'm gonna stay here until I'm old enough to go to beacon. Andy says. Tai and Qrow share a look. Unless you all have a better idea. She says. Tai chuckles. We had a talk with the other professors at signal he says. If you are willing Tai says we would like you to come back to signal he says. And on breaks you can stay at my place Tai says. Oh I like your style she says. She winks at me and I sigh and we each drink a sip. Weiss smiles and she says I do have cookies you know. Cookies? Ruby squeaks. Yes. She opens a tin and hands Andy a few cookies on a napkin Andy smiles and she hands them to ruby. Thanks Andy Weiss she says before she starts devouring them. Weiss hands some to Yang and then Andy before taking a few herself. So..Ruby says after a moment what's your weapon like? I weild mysnter she says.  It's a dust rapier. Ohh! Ruby says. Ruby enjoys weapons Andy says. I can see that Weiss says. So what else do you do here besides practice? Yang asks. Well..I don't live here Weiss says. I've just been here a lot since ...she sighs it's actually been a nice change having you here Andy. I'm sorry that I am leaving Andy says. No Weiss says I understand the circumstances. Besides we can always write and call one another on our scrolls she says. Of course Andy says. Both girls say- I. Andy giggles. There's a knock on the door and a man storms in. Farther! Winter Schnee is behind him. Farther please don't - you're the animal who put my daughter in danger! He says. Andy's eyes widen. Weiss you are coming home now. I want you to never speak to this girl again. Farther - be quiet Winter or so help me I will bring you back home.The older girl looks down.  Weiss now! The man says. Andy grabs Weiss' hand. I'm sorry Weiss whispers. She turns from Andy and walks out with her farther and older sister. Ruby stares at the door her silver eyes wide. Andy's eyes are glowing sightly. Andy? Andy takes a breath and they stop glowing. It's ok I'm ok she says. That was...Yang says. The man comes back into the room. You put my daughter in danger he says. Hey mr - Ruby don't Andy says. How very noble of you not letting your friends put themselves in danger unlike my daughter! He says. I sent her out of the room with the most danger Andy says. You don't know that! Actually I do. Andy feels a sharp pain on her face and she reaches up and touches her face with her left hand her eyes wide. Speak to this of no one he says his eyes dark. Then he leaves.
The General comes into the room. Are you girls alright? He says. We're ...Ruby...looks to Andy who still has a hand on her face. Andy? Ruby says. Oh my gosh! Qrow says. That son of a - Qrow! He hit you didn't he? Qrow says. Andy lowers her hand. Qrow touches her face and says. It's going to be alright kiddo. They're releasing you today he says. They weren't able to find your brother anywhere he says. Doesn't matter Andy says. I can't let what he does control me. Here do..do you want to try this arm out? Qrow asks. Andy nods she turns and smiles slightly as he removes the arm from the box. It's color is gray scale and on the forearm is a small screen. Qrow puts the arm onto her elbow and she extends her arm and moves her fingers around. Her eyes are wide and curious as she looks at her forearm which displays the time and her aura levels. Thank you general. My pleasure he says. You will all stay here tonight and then you will be off to Signal tomorrow he says. I am expecting only great things from you Miss Andy. Thank you sir. I will see you later he says ...for lunch. He smiles once more before leaving. I'll uh..give you girls your privacy Tai says. Huh? Oh yeah! Qrow says before they both head out. The trio of girls rolls their eyes before they go over to where Andy's bag is. You kept it! Of course I did dum dum it's the warmest thing I've got. Ruby turns around and sees that Andy is smiling. She smiles and brings the mauve colored cloak over to her yang finds her some black tights and a light colored purple skirt and a long sleeved black shirt and a vest that is silver and purple they help her out of her hospital gown and Ruby giggles and Andy says just get me some underclothes. Right! Yang says. Once that's done they help her into her tights and skirt and then into her shirt,vest and cloak. Andy slides on her socks and boots and she stands up Ruby hands her her cane and she quickly rights herself. Humm.. she says. Ohh! Let me do your hair! Ten minutes later they're headed to the semi private dining area. Yang and Ruby follow along behind Andy as she moves slowly but deliberately to the area where Qrow, Tai, the General and another man and another man. Andy doesn't recognize. Who are they? She whispers. I don't know! Ruby says but if they're here it must be ok. Adam was here. Andy..Ruby says putting a hand on her shoulder. He's not here now. Andy shakes her head. Her silver eyes reflect a tinge of worry as she continues forward. She stops when the two men in question turn around. Andy and the man with the white hair give each other a once over...Andy looks up at him and he smiles. We seem to have similar tastes in weaponry. He says. So it seems. Andy says. The man smiles and says I am professor Ozpin headmaster of Beacon Academy he says nice to meet you sir my name is..Andy he smiles and extend his hand and they shake nice to meet you he says. Andy smiles and she turns to the next man who is staring at her. Yes! Yes! It is so wonderful I meet you Andy! I am DR Oobleck he says Andy laughs at his emphasis on dr. Pleasure to meet you doctor she says. Yes yes! Thank you! He says. Wait. Andy turns around and he sees Andy again. He looks at Ruby and then back at Andy. How extraordinarily rare. He says. Huh? Ruby says. You have silver eyes he says. Speaking to both of us. Oh..Ruby says. She smiles yes..I do I guess she says. Andy turns away from him and goes over to sit next to Qrow. Andy? He says. Hum? You ok? Oh! Yeah of course why wouldn't I be? He chuckles. Alright kid he says. The rest of the newcomers sit down and they begin to eat. Lunch passes without further incident and Ozpin makes only one final remark before leaving. I can not wait to see all of you girls at my academy ...very soon he says. The General leaves soon after to escort them out. Thank you sir! The girls say in unison.
