Wei Ying opened his eyes. He can see its stil dark outside when he looked to his left he saw Lan Zhan sleeping with his head on the bed arms under his head. He smile softly and just as he wants to wake him up something at the door caught his attention. There stood two people a man and a woman. A light was shining around them Wei Ying did not know what to make of it. Then the woman spoke.
" A-Ying". Wei Ying didn't recognize the voice so he asked. " Who are you"
The woman looked at the man before she answered. " A-Ying it's us. Your mama and baba". The woman answered in a soft voice so not to scared Wei Ying. "Mama and baba. But mama and baba is gone". Wei Ying answered as tears started to form in his eyes. They can't really be my mama and baba he thought. The man and woman's eyes also filled with tears seeing their son. They never thought that they would ever be able to see him again but the gods were good to give them this time with their son before they finally moved on.

" A-Ying we are so sorry for leaving you. We never meant to". She said as they move slowly towards Wei Ying.
"Are you really my mama and baba".
Wei Ying asked while tears runs down his cheeks. " Yes we are my son. It was never our intention to leave you alone in this world. When we went on that night hunt we didn't know that the thing we were going to fight would be so strong. He over power the both of us and we couldn't do anything. We were drained from our spiritual energy by the time. I'm so sorry my son". Cangse said. She was now sitting on the bed holding Wei Ying as he cried. Changze hold them both us tears were running down both him and his wife's faces. After a while they finally stop crying and Cangse took Wei Ying's face in her hands and starts kissing it all over. Making Wei Ying giggle and not long he started laughing. "How I missed that laugh".
Cangse said while looking at her husband who just smile ever so fondly.

" Cangse we don't have alot of time".
Cangze said to his wife. She sighs softly. "I know". She said. " What does baba mean? Aren't you gona stay with A-Ying?". Wei Ying asked while his eyes once again starts to fill with tears while clinging onto his mother. He does not want them to go away again. He wants them to stay with him. And he voice his thoughts and that made his mother and father just looked at him with sadness in their eyes. " We are sorry my son but unfortunately we can not stay". His father said. Wei Ying nods his head in understanding.
They saw the boy sleeping next to wei Ying's bed. " Wei Ying who is this". Cangse asked as to Wei Ying answered. " Oh this is Lan Zhan. He stayed with me so that I don't feel so alone. He played for me on his quqin
also." Oh I see. Is he Lan Qirens nephew". She asked and Wei Ying nods his head yes.

"A-Ying do you trust mama and baba". Wei Ying once again nods his head yes
" Good. I want you to lay back on the bed. Can you do that for me". She asked and Wei Ying shift slightly and lay down wondering how Lan Zhan hasn't woke up yet. Maybe he's a heavy sleeper he thought. Yip that might be it. Cangse stood up and stand next to him asking him if his comfortable to which he said yes.
"A-Ying I want you to close your eyes for me". He did as asked. " Don't open your eyes ohk". Once again he nods his head yes. She look at her husband and he nods his head. Telling her to go ahead. Time is also running out. She slowly lifts her hands and starting to move it slowly up and down his body.
Wei Ying could feel a warmth slowly running through his body. Cangse worked slow but meticulously. She locked apart of her son away that night. She knows they had no choice.

If the wrong people ever should find out who her son truly was they would want him and not all for the best reasons. Nobody knew except for her husband that she could actually shift into wolf form. She had passed that ability down to her son. Many thought that she was just a disciple of Boashan Sanren but she actually her mother. The Supreme Immortal Alpha. All the while her hands were working and moving. Her eyes close concentrating on loosening the threads she used to suppress his omegian side and also unlocking the cage she put around his wolf. The more she concentrate she can't helped but feeling a tug more like pull. Not knowing where it came from she dismissed it and kept on working. But still the pull persist she can't afford to stop so she mindlink her husband making him aware of what was happening.

Changze was confused at first until his eyes fell on the sleeping boy. He moved towards him trying to figure out if maybe its coming from him. He stood in front of Lan Zhan when he saw a sliver of spiritual energy he followed it with his eyes and saw that its connected to Wei Ying who also sending a sliver of spiritual energy and its connected in the middle. 'Its from the boy next to A-Ying' He mindlink his wife. 'What but that isn't possible. Put your hand on the lower part of his stomach and tell me what you feel'. He did as told. He first feel around until he found the right spot. He closed his eyes and sending a small amount of energy into Lan Zhan
Poking around until he felt it. A soft purr. He gasp it can't be can it. ' He got a wolf and it's in a deep slumber by the looks of it. I don't feel any seals around it so that makes me to believe that he was born with it just like A-Ying'. ' Are you sure'. 'Yes I am it looks that this boy and A-Ying are true mates. How long still'. He asked his wife. 'I'm finished she answered in return'. They both broke the link looking at both the boys in astonishment.

Wei Ying opened his eyes slowly looking at his parents with a small smile on his face. "A-Ying we believe everything will be oriaat. He looks like he cares about you". Cangse said to which Wei Ying shyly blush. "A-Ying our time is up. We love you so much and don't you ever forget that. We wished we had more time but we don't. Wishing the two of you all that's beautiful my son". They both engulf Wei Ying in a heartfelt hug kissing him all over his face. Then slowly they started to fade away. Tears of happiness roll down Wei Ying's face. He got a chance to see his parents again he will forever cherish this moment. His eyes slowly closes and he was fast asleep in no time.

The next morning when Lan Zhan awake. He found himself laying with his head on his hands on Wei Ying's bed. He felt so embarrassed and ashamed he didn't mean to fall asleep.
He lift his head slowly seeing that Wei Ying is still sleeping peacefully he stood up and stretched his arms and working the stiffness in his neck and arms. He was just about to leave to get ready for the day when he smelled it. It wasn't an overbearing smell no it was very soft and subtle. It smell like like honey and cinnamon and it makes him feel warm inside. Their is nobody else here with them he's sure of that so does that means he looked at Wei Ying. Can it be coming from him. He never had a whif of Wei Yings scent since he was brought to them. He got the overwhelming feeling to lay into him and sniff him. No he can't that would rude and just then healer Lan his uncle and brother came in.
" Wanji is everything ohk". Xichen asked to which he just reply mm.
Healer Lan move towards the bed Wei Ying was laying on to see how he was doing when suddenly a burst of energy blast from his body and with it the overwhelming scent of honey and cinnamon. When they inhale all they felt was a sense off calmness and peace wash all over them. They started to move towards Wei Ying's bed to inhale more of his intoxicated smell. Lan Zhan looked at them and then Wei Ying. He moved so fast that he found himself standing in front of Wei Ying hiding him away from the three. But they didn't care they were still advancing and out of nowhere a growl was heard so animalistic it brought all three out of there trance.
Shocked they looked at Lan Zhan who is now bearing his teeth at them still standing in a protective stance in front of Wei Ying. Another growl left him telling them to back off. When they move a few more paces away he slowly started to relax when he was sure that Wei Ying was safe.

They could not believe what just happened and what they just saw. Lan Zhan was bearing his teeth at them and it looks like he would actually attacked them. " Wanji what was that. Did you seriously just growl at us and bare your teeth at us. Wanji we are your family and Wei Ying is also now part of that family. We will never hurt him". Lan Qiren said to him. He lowered his head in shame. "I'm sorry uncle I don't know what came over me. I just felt this urge to protect Wei Ying it was like something else was taking over. I will take any punishment that uncle deem fit for me". Lan Zhan could not look the three of them in the eyes to ashamed.
"Wanji what do you mean that it felt like something else pushed you to protect Wei Ying". Xichen asked his brother because right now nothing makes sense. His little brother has never acted like this before. Lan Zhan looked at Wei Ying before looking back at his uncle and brother. "I don't know brother you must believe me. I just felt something stirring inside me
and then I just acted". Just then Wei Ying opened his eyes still groggy from the sleep. He yawns and rubbing the sleep from his eyes. " Lan Zhan is everything okay. You seem sad and I can feel it. Now you making me sad. Lan Zhan did something happened".
Wei Ying asked looking between the four of them. What happened while I was asleep and why do they look at me like that.

"Wei Ying did you just say that you can feel that young master Lans is sad".
Healer Lan asked. Because really when they left these two last night things were still normal right what da hell happened during the time they left and this morning. "Yes I can. Am I not supposed to". Wei Ying asked. Lan Zhan himself is shocked. Wei Ying can feel his emotions and in turn it effects him. " Wei Ying your scents was overwhelming and uncle, brother and healer Lan was effected by it and I'm ashamed to say that I bare my teeth at them and growl at them". Lan Zhan said with a small sad voice. Ohk this is confusing for Wei Ying. " Shufu you can't blame Lan Zhan please. Something happened last night to me.
Wei Ying said. They looked at him confused because they can't see nothing wrong with him." What do you mean something happened to you last night ". Lan Qiren asked him. Wei Ying took a deep breath and told them that his parents where here and that his mother did something to him. But he don't think that it was anything bad. He can feel the change in his body. He also told them that he could hear his parents talk and that  his mother asked his father he should try and found out where the pull on my energy came from. My father said that it was from Lan Zhan who was sleeping. I heard him telling my mother that it is still in a deep slumber and so is mine. When he was done they looked at him mouths agape.

" You are saying that your parents were here with you. Did wanji woke up during this time". Lan Qiren asked. He is still trying to wrap his head around what Wei Ying just told them. Xichen isn't doing any beter at this time. His head is spinning. First his brother wanted to attack them and now this. It's to much really. Healer Lan just sprang into action and told Lan Zhan to go and lay on the other cot so that she could examine them both. She has been a healer for over 20 years and nothing really surprises her anymore. So she first started with Wei Ying she first does an external examination before she took his arm and stared to send small amounts of energy through him tugging and probing just making mmm and ah sounds. She was careful and thoroughly and that's when she felt it. A resistance and she started to probe with more earnest but the resistance is persistent. But she could feel that even though the energy felt familiar it is also foreign. She turn her sights on Lan Zhan and she does the same just to be met with the same resistance. Coming to the conclusion that the two boys is more connected then they initially thought. She said as much to Lan Qiren and she also told him that whatever are connecting these two all they could do is wait.
