I stay awake. Day passed out an hour ago and now we have three hours left and nat and me have been talking about how the republic changed and how he's also scared on actually putting me in a jail cell. Now that i thought about they're both right. What danger have a put myself into. But it's all worth it to save some people.
"So june how did you and day meet. I mean we've talked about me now it's your turn." I start to think what version to give him new or old.
"Which version do you want new or old?" I say with a smile.
"Both? I didn't know there would be two by the looks of it, it seems you two have been love birds for a long time."
He chuckles at his sentence as do i.

"Alright alright. Well i wanted to go and find him when he got blamed for killing my brother. I found him when he was rescuing me from a smoke bomb and he took me in. I met tess and she took care of a wound i got during a skiz fight. I still remember the first time we kissed. He was sorta drunk and he suddenly kissed me. It felt weird yet it felt right." I feel my cheeks burn as i tell this.

"So how did you two meet the second time" nat looks so into this conversation.
"Well the second time we actually met in my birthday. This was a surprise gift from tess actually. We met had fun and he walked me home. Oh i forgot. We had to meet another time because he had lost his memory during the last two years." I look down and i still remember that feeling i had when i walked out not looming back.
"Sadly i was part of those two years"
I look at nat who feels sorry

"Sorry to hear that but in the bright side you got him back in the end you actually ended up winning" i smile at nat
"Thanks nat"
"No problem i know how it feels"
"Wait you do?" I ask curious

Nat sighs sadly i do. "When i was eleven i had a best friend named susie. Not only was she my best friend she was also my crush. Remember how i told you many of us were sent to war?" I not at his question
"Well we were sent and she was sent to be with me in my group. Now i also said many of us didn't make it and she was one of the ones that didn't make it.
We were fighting using guns for the first times. When we saw someone we would shut our eyes and hope for the best. I was shooting when at the corner of my eye i see her. She was shot. She goes to the ground and i try to wake her up. The bullet went right through her heart. She was dead before she even hit the ground. I saw my own best friend die june! I can never get her back again. Right after she fell i cried. I went next to her and tried to carry her behind a building. Just my luck i saw a flower next to the building. The flower was amazing just like her. It was blue with white and it was just beautiful. I grabbed the flower and put it in her hands. I closed her hands to make a fist and i kissed her as a good bye. With that i was determined to survive. I didn't care i shot at the enemy and would not feel regret." Nat has a tear rolling down his cheek.
"Nat come here." Nat gets up and comes next to me.
"Closer" i greet him with open hands and hug him tightly.
"Thanks june i needed that" i smile and mess his hair up.

I feel day start breathing hard and his heart beat quicken. He wakes up startled and looks at me. He looks so scared and terrified. He looks around before hugging me in the tightest hug i have ever felt.
"June june june!! You're okay."
"Can't breath" i say in a whisper.
"Oh yeah" he lets go and smiles.
"Now i know how you felt when you left me at the hospital without saying who you were." I look confused what does he mean by that?
