Aphmau Irene Lorde, a popular girl in her junior year of high school, has almost everything she could ever want. Good grades, great friends,and a loving mother. The one thing she was missing however, was A boyfriend. She was popular so she was flirted with and hit on daily, but all those guys were snobs who want her for nothing more than looks and fame. She wants someone who will get to know her and love her for herself, not for what's on the outside but inside too.
Aaron Shad Lycan is Senior at the same School as Aphmau and is lucky to be able to say she's his friend. Everyone else in her group of friends and the school sees him as nothing but a waste of space. Aphmau however was willing to give him a chance, for she could somehow see light in almost all people. It was cause kinda a super power for her.. Like how he had the power to destroy objects and or people at the touch of his hand when he willing too. He was right however, Aph had a super power as well, the ability to create objects.
"Remember, with great powers, come great responsibilities!" Their mothers would say, "Don't ever use your powers unless absolutely necessary! I don't need the government taking my baby!!" They'd warn.
"I know Mom." They'd always say.
Well today would be the day that they had absolutely no choice..
It had started off as a normal Friday, both Aph and Aaron had finished up their fourth hour class and were at lunch, when it happened. A large crashing sound was heard down the hall, and was growing closer and closer. Aaron could sense something was wrong, and he got up and walk to the doors and looked through the windows. There, charging down the hall was some sort of mutant cross between human and Rhyno.
"EVERYBODY GET DOWN!" Aaron yells and ducks behind the wall, everyone else hides under the tables except Aph. She ran to his side.
"You obviously know what your doing? Got a trick up your sleeve or something Aaron?" Just as the mutant Rhyno human thing charges at the doors, Aaron jumps up and destroys the doors and the beast collides with him, sending him flying towards the wall. He would've been dead if it weren't for Aph's quick thinking. She crafted a safety net between the walls, which caught Aaron.
"WHAT IS THIS THING!?!" She screams as the monster turns it's ugly head at her.
"RUN APH!!" Aaron yells, jumping from the net. Aph made a wall just in time and runs when the beast hits it.
"AARON WE NEED TO GET THE OTHERS OUT OF HERE!!" She yells from the kitchen. Thinking fast Aaron destroys a wall, creating an opening for the civilians.
"GET OUT NOW!!" He yells as the school runs through the opening to safety, and Aph seals it back up, leaving the beast with them.
"AARON!!" She screams as the beast charges her, throwing her bodily out of the kitchen. Aaron dives and catches her before she hits the ground.
"Are you okay!?" He asks swiping a stray hair off her face. She coughs, and faints in his arms, blood streaming from a cut on her head.
"YOU MONSTER!! YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS!!!" Aaron lays her on a table, and charges the beast head on, his power surging. The beast charges back and Aaron catches him by his horn, destroying it at the touch. Aaron then touches the ground beneath them, creating a giant sink hole. He then kicks the beast into it, leaping clear of danger. Darkness in his eyes. Aph slowly woke up, seeing Aaron twitching and shaking. Quickly she ran to him, standing in front of him with her arms up.
"This isn't the Aaron I know!" She yells, hugging him crying.
"GET. Off. Me." He says grimly.
"No. I won't. Your my counterpart and I can't leave you like this! Your going berserk Aaron!" She leans up and kissed him. The darkness in his eyes fades and he kisses back, his deepest desire come true.
That night she walked him home and up to his room, where they fell onto his bed, making out. All was resolved thankfully, Mr. Lycan had dealt with all of the problems. He works for an agency whose job is to take care of problems like these. He even moved Aph and her mom to a super human safe area, with Aaron and his family as Well. Aph and Aaron now both attend a school designed to teach supers how to control their powers and abilities. They are top of their classes and, the school's greatest couple since Aaron's Mom and Dad.
