The sun was high in the sky, shining its light on to the kingdom of corona. The huge island looked as colorful as ever with its large bridge connecting the island to the mainland. Even from a distance, you could see the towers of the castle, guiding a rider and its horse to their home.

A woman rode through the trees, her black hair flowing with the wind, a purple gem catching the light of the sun. 

Cassandra smiled to herself as memories flooded through her mind at the sight of her old home. She had been gone for 6 years with only connecting to her friend via letters; she never realized how much she had missed her friends until now.

At the sight of her faithful bird, she held her arm up, Owl landing on it a second later. 

"How's raps doing owl ? Is she awake yet?"

" Hoot" 

" Thanks Owl"

With that, she continued her way towards corona, knowing that she will be welcomed into corona by her family and friends.

Cassandra entered the palace after getting dirty looks from the guards. She slowly made her way towards the throne room, hoping to give king Fitzherbutt a good ol' scare.

 When she found the room, she pushed the door open by a cracked and peered in. After 6 years she finally heard the voices of Rapunzel and Eugene.

"What are we gonna do with that massive piece of land sunshine?"

"We should build a new training ground for the guard's"

"I thought that we could make a park there"

"But the training ground will be more beneficial for Corona don't you think?"

"If you say so Blondie. I'll have to go and check that Royal science ner- OW! I mean engineer of ours." Eugene said changing his choice of words as Rapunzle elbowed him.

"We also have to get in Cap to help us with the designing" Rapunzle added.

" Oh I think I can help with that"

Rapunzle and Eugene turned their head to the door and let out a loud gap.

"Cassandra!"

"Missed me?"

Rapunzle ran to Cassandra and threw her arms into her with such force that Cass stumbled back a bit. She could feel her shoulder getting wet and even a few tears escaped from Cassandra's eyes. Eugene Joined in the hug throwing his arms around them, holding them tightly. After they took enough time to make up for all the lost hugs through the 6 years, they broke away.

"Oh Cass, I missed you so much!" Rapunzle shouted, excitement coursing through her veins.

" I missed you too raps"

"long time no see, Madame Ice Demon"

" Hi Fitzherbutt "

" That's King Fitzherbutt to you." Eugene added as Rapunzel ran a hand down her face in annoyance.

"How long are you staying Cass? Did you find your destiny?" Rapunzel interrupted.

"Well not exactly. I mean, nothing seemed as appealing as home so I was thinking about settling down. If you let me that is."

"Of course Cass ! Yay!" Rapunzel said jumping up and down.

Cassandra couldn't help but smile. Even after all these years, her friend never let go of her childish demeanor. That was one of the many things that she liked about Rapunzel; Her positivity was outrageously contagious.

"Mom! Mom!"

A little kid who looked about 3 ran into the room waving her hands around. She had light brown hair which had been braided into two separate braids, brown eyes that looked like melted chocolate and freckles adorning her nose to add a cherry on top.

"What is it sunbeam?" Eugene asked as Rapunzel lifted the toddler and balanced her on her hips.

"Uncle Lance made me tomato soup! It was so yummy!"

"That's great sweetie. Now look, Aunt Cass came to visit. Say hi!"

"Hi Aunt Cass!"

Cassandra chuckled; 'Like mother like daughter' she thought to herself..

"Hello little one! I'm assuming your name is Celeste?"

"That's me!"

" Where is lance by the way" Eugene asked Celeste.

As if on cue, Lance entered .

"I believe I heard my name?"

"Hi Lance" Cassandra greeted.

"Cassandra! Good to see you old friend!"

"Good to see you too Lance"

After a few minutes of chatting, Eugene decided to bring up the designing job.

"So Cass are you up for the training ground designing job?"

"Sure Fitzherbert"

" Great you hired! you can give your designs to our Royal Engineer."

"Who is this Royal Engineer of yours anyway?" Cass questioned.

This time Rapunzel was the one who answered.

"Varian"
