"Matthew ah, you've been out of it all day," His room mate said as Hanbin watched Matthew stare up at the ceiling. "Hyung, what's their name again? I have some research to do," Matthew said as Hanbin slowly smiled, he knew what meeting an idol could do to people.

"Zerobaseone honey, you're lucky you got to see them face to face" Hanbin sighed as he watched Matthew's face flush. "Oh? Did you see someone that you like?" Hanbin raised his eye brows as Matthew grinned and giddily kicked his feet.

"Kim Jiwoong. Jiwoong hyung, was really... cute."

Hanbin's expression raised to the roof as he gasped "wow? Kim Jiwoong, their cold visual who's shown to be unreachable was c-cute?" Hanbin spluttered as Matthew nodded enthusiastically.

Matthew sat there in a daze as he thought about Jiwoong's gaze. "Whoops- time to do some research," Matthew giggled as he took out his phone and searched up 'Zerobaseone'.

Immediately, thousands of sites showed up, with news of them breaking records, being million sellers and their popularity. Matthew's gaze filtered over to a fancam where Jiwoong in a leather outfit caught his eye.

"Oh- wow," Matthew whispered, entranced as he watched Jiwoong sing and dance, move in a way that captured his gaze. A scream caught his attention as Matthew whipped to Hanbin, seeing his friend holding the album with shaking hands.

"Seokmae ah, what the hell is Kim Jiwoong's number doing in my album?" Hanbin asked as they both froze. Matthew slowly moved towards Hanbin as the two boys looked down at a note.

Let's go on a date?

"O-oh my gosh," Matthew spluttered as Hanbin screeched and started wacking him intensely. Matthew processed the words as Hanbin screamed "HOW ON EARTH DID YOU PULL THE KIM JIWOONG?!"

Matthew shrugged as he felt his chest constricting, breathing in and out to lessen the pain. "What should I do hyung?" Matthew asked quietly as his brain went into an overload of giddyness.

"You should do it Seokmae ah!" Hanbin exclaimed as he shook Matthew's shoulders back and forth. Matthew rocked as he mumbled "there's no way I have a chance with a celebrity, did you see how many fans he has? I'm going to get publicly flamed!" He said in exasperation as he sighed.

"It was probably a joke hyung, there's no way Kim Jiwoong would want to go on a date with-" Matthew paused as Hanbin picked up his phone and punched in some numbers, smirking at Matthew's rapidly paling face.

"No no no no-" Matthew pleaded as a deep "hello?" rang over the phone. Hanbin tossed the device to Matthew as he fumbled with it, cursing out a "holy fuck."

Matthew went through the five stages of grief, ending at embarrassment as Jiwoong's confused voice echoed around the room. "Who is this?" Jiwoong asked suspiciously as Matthew heard Gyuvin shouting "if its a Sasaeng, track their location and I'll personally go there myself!"

Hanbin waved at Matthew to say something as he stuttered. "H-Hi," Matthew mumbled as Jiwoong's voice went from serious to bright in an instant.

"Matthew ah? Matthew! Hey what's up?" The idol said as Matthew could physically feel the smile painted onto Jiwoong's lips. "It's Jiwoong, Kim Jiwoong, the one that you met at the fanmeet," Jiwoong said as Matthew laughed. What kind of idol reminded the fan who they were, and how could Matthew forget such a stunning person?

"I know hyung, how have you been?" Matthew said cooly as he nodded to himself. Hanbin pointed to the album as Matthew shook his head and covered the speaker. "I'm not asking him on a date!" He hissed as he heard Jiwoong hesitate on the phone.

"Say, Matthew ah, my schedule is pretty much free tomorrow, did you want to go on a date?" Jiwoong asked softly as Matthew froze. His mind was telling him to say yes, yes, yes!

"Or if you're not comfortable then it's fine-" Jiwoong noticed his silence as Matthew rushed out "No! Tomorrow is actually perfect hyung, I'll see you soon," Matthew breathed out as he heard an exhale of relief over the phone and many cheers erupted from Jiwoong's line.

"See you soon Mattdu," Jiwoong said fondly as Matthew giggled "you too Jiwoon hyung." He screamed as he started jumping up and down with Hanbin, yelling "I can't believe in going to see him again, what war did I win in my past life to be blessed with a date of such an amazing guy-" Hanbin slapped a hand over his mouth as Matthew eyes trailed to his phone... which was still on call.

"The question is what kind of war did I win to get a date with such a funny cutie," Jiwoong teased as he gave a "see you tomorrow tthew," and hung up. Matthew stared at the device in horror as he walked to he balcony.

"No Matthew ah! That was embarrassing but you can't leave this world before your first date!" Hanbin screeched as Matthew tried to jump. "No! You have to let me do this, that was so embarrassing!" Matthew cried as the second hand embarrassment ripped through them.

"Ah-" Matthew held his chest in pain as he winced, frantically rushing back into the house to get his medication. Hanbin rubbed his back as Matthew gulped it down, shaking his head. "Take it easy Seokmae ah, is it acting up again?" Hanbin asked worriedly as Matthew denied it.

"I'm fine hyung, the embarrassment will kill me before this stupid disease does," Matthew painfully croaked as Hanbin slapped him. "Don't joke about that Seokmae ah," Hanbin said sadly as he hugged Matthew tightly.

"Oh my poor baby, all grown up now and going on a date," Hanbin mumbled as he squeezed Matthew tightly.

Matthew groaned as the medicine worked its magic, gratefully patting Hanbin on the back. They'd been friends since childhood, always sticking together since forever. Hanbin had always taken care of Matthew and his condition, while in return, Matthew would gladly listen to Hanbin's rants.

"Let's get you ready for this date hey Seokmae," Hanbin cooed as he ruffled Matthew's hair. Matthew nodded shyly as they spent the rest of the night going through all his clothes.

"Hanbin hyung, do I look weird?" Matthew pouted as Hanbin shook his head furiously. "Not at all Seokmae, you look rather cute. Kim Jiwoong is lucky for pulling you," Hanbin murmured, teasing the younger by pinching his cheeks.

"Hyung!" Matthew whined as Hanbin gasped and fluttered his hands over Matthew's face, making sure the blush and glittery make up set in properly. "Pretty," Hanbin mumbled as he snapped heaps of photos and selfies.

"Well then, let's go!" Hanbin exclaimed as he took Matthew's elbow. "Huh? Hyung, you're coming as well?" Matthew asked curiously as Hanbin laughed and poked his cheek.

"Someone needs to look after their best friend. You're meeting a stranger that you just met yesterday! Plus I need to look after you incase something happens again," Hanbin murmured, fear lacing his voice as Matthew nodded.

"Hyung, is that why you're dressed in all green? Were you thinking of following me as a plant?" Matthew laughed as he saw Hanbin freeze. "Oh hyung..." That was exactly his plan. But instead of getting angry or embarrassed, Matthew just jumped into Hanbin's arms, hugging him tight.

"Thank you Hanbin hyung... for caring so much," Matthew whispered as Hanbin melted and held the younger tight.

"Come on now Seokmae, idols wait for none," Hanbin called out as Matthew felt his heart pounding, excited to meet the man that's been plaguing his thoughts again.

"Tsk tsk... this guy dares to stand up my best friend?" Hanbin shook his head as he glanced at his watch. "It's fine hyung, it's only been ten minutes," Matthew said calmly as Hanbin softly smiled at him.

"No one deserves you Matthew," Hanbin cooed as Matthew looked around. They were at a theme park, where it was perfect to blend in, where rides, crowds and roller coasters dominated. "This is so exciting!" Matthew exclaimed, bouncing up and down as he glanced at the rides sadly.

"It's okay Seokmae, no one will force you to go on the rides. You're heart won't be able to manage," Hanbin said sadly as Matthew nodded. "I know hyung, I just wish one day-"

"Don't risk it Matthew. But look! You and your man can do so many other stuff here!" Hanbin cheered as Matthew looked around at the games and food.

"Woah, Matthew ah those two people walking towards us look awfully suspicious, let's slowly leave," Hanbin breathed out as he spotted two people in full black, masks and caps hurried towards them.

Matthew beamed as he shouted out "Jiwoon hyung!" Jiwoong ran faster, leaving the other man behind as he reached Matthew, words tumbling out of his mouth.

"Matthew ah, I'm so sorry, my manager started interrogating me and lecturing me on public appearances and so Hao had to knock him out-" Jiwoong said out of breath as Matthew placed a hand on his arm.

"Jiwoon hyung, it's alright, I understand" he mumbled kindly as Jiwoong beamed and took his hand. "Also did you say Zhang hao hyung?" Matthew said with wide eyes as he turned to see Hanbin very much in shock and awe.

"A-a-a-h Z-z-Zhang h-" Hanbin stuttered like a broken record as his hands shook, staring at Jiwoong's teammate. "I brought him along so we could have some alone time," Jiwoong whispered in Matthew's ear as the younger giggled.

"Hey? Sung Hanbin?" Zhang Hao said as Hanbin turned bright red and started bowing at ninety degrees. "Hey, no need for that- you're cute so I'll take you out today!" Zhang Hao said as he led a spluttering Hanbin away.

Zhang hao winked at the pair as Matthew cheered for his best friend. "Seems like we're both getting a date with our bias," he giggled as Jiwoong turned to him with bright eyes.

"Oh, am I your bias now?" Jiwoong teased, eyes gleaming with mirth as Matthew rolled his eyes. "I actually think Ricky is the most good looking," he joked as Jiwoong's gaze darkened and he pouted his lips.

"Hyung, don't worry, you're the cutest one out of all of them," Matthew laughed as he took Jiwoong's hand and led them towards the amusement park
