Aphmau's POV
I woke up that morning feeling very cold. Did Garroth get up? I wonder as I stand up and change out of my kigurumi. As soon as I finish changing, someone knocks on my door

"Come in!" I say loud enough for Garroth, who just came in, to hear.

"I made pancakes!" he chirped.

"Yummy!" I say running downstairs to get my own pancakes. As I run downstairs, I could already smell them!

"Are they chocolate chip?!" I answer myself when i looked at the pancakes. Garroth hands me a plate with a pile of pancakes on it. Syrup is pooling at the edges of my plate when I poured the syrup. We quickly devour our pancakes and clean up.

"Ready to go?" Garroth asked. Wait what? Oh! The trip to Meteli! I thought reminding myself.

"Yep!" I respond grabbing my prepacked bag. We left my house and headed towards the gate that the construction crew had finished with.

"Where are you two off to?" Asked Brian, Molly and Dale's son.

"Meteli!" I shout back at him. He opens the gate to let us through and shuts it behind us.

"Bye!" Brian waved at us.

"We'll be back in a couple days!" I tell him waving back. Garroth leads the way along the trail to Meteli. We passed plenty of animals and plants along the way. There was a fawn that walked right in front of us around midday. We stopped for lunch after that, Garroth had made us turkey and ham sandwiches. We sat in the grass, eating of course, and a beautiful young women walked towards us. After noticing her fire-like hair, I could tell it was Cadenza.

"Cadenza! What are you doing here?" I say a little surprised.

"I'm going to visit my father." She stated. Just behind her I could she brown hair and green eyes. Laurence too!? Oh, no.... I made eye contact with Garroth and did a fake pout.

"Are you guys stopping too, or are you guys going to keep traveling?" Garroth asked. I could tell he asked because of my pout.

"We aren't stopping 'til we get there!" Responded Laurence with fire in his eyes. With that said, my own eyes lit up, me and Garroth could travel alone together! Laurence led Cadenza down the path again while Garroth and I finished our sandwiches.

"Thanks for the sandwiches." Garroth said right before he leaned in and kissed me. I kissed him back and we broke apart after a couple of seconds. We continued our journey to Meteli. At this rate, we'd get there by the time the sun set. Laurence ad Cadenza were probably already there. We walked on until we finally reached Meteli. The sun was setting and it made the town look beautiful. Garroth showed me the Inn and we got one room together. We fell asleep on the little comfy bed cuddled close together, Garroth warming me up as we slept through the night.

I don't know what to say... Sorry for this chapter not being as detailed as the others! Again, I have a mild concussion and its late right now! Bye!
