ADHOC is a robotics/military research facility in southern Nevada, completely isolated from the outside world. Very few are allowed to enter, and even fewer ever leave. One of the permanent residents of ADHOC is "Fandroid-" A robot designed to entertain humans, in hopes to distract them from the looming entropy of the ongoing nuclear war. However, no one in ADHOC is quite who they say they are- or think they are. Take it from Griffin, a janitor working at the research facility, who claims to be only working for the money... when in reality, he has a much deeper- and more desperate- motive. Or Julie, the high school senior working part time at the facility, who thinks that she really is just a janitor. Or the robot "Fandroid," who has been utterly naive to anything beyond his own room, where he has spent every second of his existence, not questioning a single thing he is told to do, deprived of any desire for free will.In a facility where too little- or too much- knowledge means certain death, what must those who work in ADHOC do to keep themselves from meeting the same fate as dozens of missing employees... and children? And what could this fate possibly be?Was "Fandroid's" purpose really only to entertain?Who's really pulling the strings at ADHOC?And what does "death" really mean anymore? No one really knows the truth. I mean, who can you trust when you're a fly trapped in a Web of Wires?
Rahaf doesn't know what love is. Farris doesn't understand love.Eenas can't get over her past. Raheel likes to pretend that his past doesn't exist. The four of them are absolutely clueless in this entire story, and most of the time, none of them know what's going on. So as they struggle to understand each other, deal with their large families and try to win each other while fighting their own battles, we see that sometimes, there's no right way to love. You just gotta give love a chance- be it the first, second, or last chance. And no, no one falls in love at the first sight. They might, however, fall in love with the vibe...at the first conversation. Or maybe they hate that they liked it. Love, for these four, is chaotic because their brains can't stop whirling into desperate thoughts. Their lives are simple, but also simply chaotic. A whirlwind of emotions and decisions and doubt, it's breathless when one falls in love. And I am only here to narrate this story to you, while making sense of it myself- and I really hope you understand it more than me and my characters do.

"Who are we? Well for starters, this is my prince, my heart, the love of my undead life.""And this is Kai, my guard."**Despite their lethal bites, inhuman dominance, and calculating actions, vampires have served humans for years. They haven't been overthrown, but subjected to act like pets for royal uses. That's why the Dions, the highly noble family of the largest kingdom has prospered with their armies. Because, let's be logical, fifty blood thirsty vampires against a hundred humans with only a useless sword, it's obvious who takes the victory. But the Dions aren't like the other royal families in...many ways. And it all leads to the King and Queen's son, Iris, and his personal body guard, Kai, who have this..thing but they don't know about this..thing, nor do outsiders recall this..thing. Thing as in sexual tension.
