If you want to become wise, then use the following formula:1. Research2. Experiment3. Apply4. Conclude5. Correct your mistakes6. Repeat! It's that simple. By using this six-step process, you can evolve and learn new things through continual experimentation. People who live the exact same life for years without challenging what they are doing or learning new things have a mind that becomes stagnant like swamp water. Their actions to change are slow and ineffective, like someone trapped in a marsh of their own ignorance. Questioning what you are doing and how you are living is the first step to making positive change. They say that knowledge is power, but I prefer to say that knowledge will set you free. Knowledge enables you to be truly free and experience the inner peace that all great philosophers mention. From knowledge, you can achieve autonomy and independence, thus becoming an important spoke in the wheel of society. No longer will you be a sheep led and manipulated by the whims of the media. Before I rediscovered running and adopted a plant-based diet, I was trapped in a false perspective in which I believed that the only way to become well was to intake dozens of medicines frequently advertised by the media. I didn't know that I could turn my life around with something as simple as adopting a healthy diet and exercise regimen. Even if you don't have a big house, fancy car, or tons of cash, you may still have an asset (or potential asset): your health. Health is one of the most important assets that you can have, because no matter how many material things you have, if you don't have your health, you will always be unhappy.
