Juri and Haruka Kuran are still alive. They had 4 children together, not 2. Yuki, Kaname, Takashima and Yuka. This story goes completely off the manga and anime. This is my first fanfic about Vampire Knight. Hope you like it.

Originally called "If Only." Before I came to my senses of course. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Enter Hermione Granger, teenage savior of the Wizarding World, brains of the Golden Trio, and all-around Griffindor good girl. She's determined to have a normal school year this year, with no mortality rate. Sadly, things don't go according to plan. Hermione is made Head Girl- no surprise there- but Ron isn't. Another familiar face is, though. A pale, gray-eyed, ferret-y face. How is she going to get through the year without jumping off of the Astronomy Tower in an effort to end the torture that is soon to befall her?Enter Draco Malfoy, teenage Death Eater, cowardly ferret, and all-around Slytherin bad boy. He's determined to make it through the year without getting caught up in any kind of plot or coup. To his surprise, he is made Head Boy. Unfortunately, another familiar face is made Head Girl. A bushy-haired, bossy, beaver-ish face. He doesn't think he can handle being within twenty feet of her, let alone sharing a common room! How is he going to make it through the year without Avada Kedavra-ing himself? In a twist of fate, the two are shunted together at every turn, and they're driving each other mad. Sadly, the normality the have come to know once again won't last for long, and soon, strange things begin happening. Inside and out of Hogwarts, people are being killed, and the two may just be the only ones who can stop it.~Sorry about the horrible summary. I promise, the story is much better.~
Blood dripped down their faces, leaving red tracks behind on their cheeks. Their heavy breathing the only thing heard in the quiet room. The mangled bodies of their kill ooze their life source onto the linoleum. The ballpoint pen Malcolm has used to gouge the woman's eye lands with a wet clink on the floor. Kali lets go of the limp body in her arms, their skull bashed in and the bed frame used to do the deed drips crimson. They turn to look at each other. Both had the same crazed look in their pupil blown eyes. "So," Malcolms sigh heavily and gulps in air, "do you think we got it out of our systems?"Kali nods. "Yeah." She looks at the figures that lay before them. "Wanna dump them in the lake and get a sandwich after?""Sure," he shrugs. He wipes his bloodied hands on his pants. "Hopefully the cafeteria has anything but peanut butter and jelly."Kali bends down to pick up the body next to her. "Why not peanut butter and jelly?""It's messy." The Academy is a school whose purpose is to give wayward children a second chance at life. Ran by the Headmaster, he takes in kids, gives them a new home and chooses when they leave. Malcolm, a 17 year old boy, wakes up in The Academy and the only thing he can remember is his name. Kali, the Headmaster's daughter, is plagued by the darkness in her head and bouts of amnesia she can't seem to overcome. Partnering up to uncover this conspiracy, they reveal secrets about themselves and The Academy they wish they never new. The Academy isn't the safe haven they thought it was and each discovery leads to more questions, each with an even more sinister answer.

My journey all started over six years ago in a small town East of London. The sky was darker, colder, and quieter that night, giving the world below to an ominous aura, which seemed to reach infinitely into the distance. Rain fell from the black skies that stretched ad infinitum into the distance, dripping softly and quietly on the black asphalt of the streets that had been dormant for so long. Only a lone light shone faintly in that town after the incident that occurred many years ago. That light resided in old dual storied establishment in the farthest perimeter of town. There in the ground floor of the house sat a single desk, which was placed directly in the center of its room, a single picture frame sat on it which lacked an image. Among it lay old books salvaged from the library of the older man whom had resided in the house prior to my intrusion. I had taken residence in his home almost two years ago, dwelling here ever since. A single flickering candle, which was placed in the farthest corner of the desk, brought light to the grim walls of torn wallpaper. I extinguished the flame, guided through the dusk of night by the few rays of light that had made its way through the thick rust-colored skies and lay in the corner of the room to a pile of old, worm-eaten sheets that piled up on top one another. Deep in thought, I shut my tired eyes and attempted once more at positive thoughts, hoping that those days of peace could come back. When I had opened them, I found myself staring back up at the aged, wooden roofing above me. The world has shown no signs of repair since all had settled. There was no possibility of peace any longer. This was the world now. I need not hope for the past, but look to my survival in the future. I closed my eyes, desperately searching for sleep. I had finally caught hold of her soothing lullaby after several hours of tossing and turning and found myself deep in the lands where logic did not exist.
Nymphadora Tonks's hair changes colour with her mood. ~Bright colours are happy, cheerful~Dark colours are neutral, expressive. ~And natural colours?~Natural colours are just depressed.
