Radioactivity has awakened long dormant powers in a select few, and less are powerful. Legend has it that 4 strongest shall unite the nations and stop an imminent war between them. However, this is not their only problem. Mutant animals across the planet have started attacking the remaining villages, pillaging for resources, and only the strongest can survive. But all is not that it seems. It is more than just a few disagreements among the people of different heritage and powers. It is something much more than that. Behind all these is something more powerful, someone with a plot that had been hatched during the Great Rebellion where technology started to rebel and attack the owners.
