Some families are plagued by stunning good looks. Some families suffer the dreadful condition of being too rich. Some families (*cough* *cough* Kardashians ) have enough drama to fill a reality T.V. Show. My family? Well, my family lacked all previously mentioned situations, and as such, had to find our fame elsewhere. Thus, the two-legged, soon to be one-legged, chicken was bought, and the pen and paper came out. With the rednecked, turtle-poking neighbors and vengeful raccoons, it was time for our family to enter the spotlight, using the one talent we were blessed with: making memories. But let's face it.Failures make the best stories. And, when being related to the Dale family, if there was one thing we were familiar with, it was failure. And so, each chapter comprises of an individual passage of truth, featuring my Nicholas-Sparks sister Johanna, my big-foot hunting father, my saintly mother of a psychologist, my conspiracist brother Richard (don't even think about the common nickname--He's six feet of solid muscle) , my seven-going-on-eighty years sister Kallie, the sister Mickey, who possessed a death fear of sharks despite the fact we live hundreds of miles from any ocean, and of course myself, Bobby, the female with the male name, though everyone called me BB.
"Meet me by the sunflower field where the sun always shines. The one next to the warm river where we had our first picnic together. 4:44 pm, our favorite angel number. From your dear Christopher."Daisy. The sparkle in her eyes could light up an entire city. Her laugh sounds like rain on the evenings while you try to sleep. Her long hair fly in the wind like birds coming home after a cold winter. Just from looking at her you wouldn't know that she has a mental illness. A mental illness that haunts her, that makes her unable to sleep at night. She meets Christopher in the summer time, and the sun smiles down at them while they hang out. What happens when she sees the mysterious summer fling boy at school? Will she listen to him and run away?#tsc22
We don't really know what happened to Josh and Maya after Ski Lodge part 2 so these are my ideas. In this fanfic, Josh is three years older than Maya (as usual) and they go to NYU together later in the story

My name is Violet Mercer. When I was about 4, I watched my parents die. A few weeks later, I was branded and shipped off with a bunch of other kids to my new fate, to train and learn for 10 years until I was sold to someone else as a slave.Brutal beginning? Yeah. But it's the truth.See, here's the thing. A few years back--maybe a little under 50--we humans did something stupid. It was part of an experiment called G42 by some genetics company that was trying to speed up evolution. What did they do? Well, they altered specific genetic strands to see if they could create a sort of super-human. Their answer? Yes. But there was a flaw in their plan. These new 'evolved' humans, or 'evos', were everything they could have hoped for--strong, and fast, and smart. Practically immortal, too, so what was the problem? They were born without emotions. Maybe this doesn't sound too bad to you, but our emotions? They're what make us human. What happened next was kinda inevitable: the Evos took over. There are two strands of DNA--get one, and your set for life. Get the other, good luck living to see past your sweet sixteen. And if you are one of the crazy (or brave, depending on who you ask) people who dares to bring a child into this world, you could give them the best, longest life ever, or doom them to an early death after a suckish life. So, yeah. Our world is screwed up. And we can't go to G42 for a solution, because as soon as the Evos realized the possibilities, they slaughtered everyone who might know something and blew up the facility. Now, dear reader, are you beginning to understand the use of emotions? This is my story. I still don't know how it ends, whether it was all for better or worse. But you're here. So go ahead and read. Maybe we'll both learn a little something.Welcome to my life. I hope you survive in this new world.By Earthstone#567 in Teen Fic on 6/17/2016
