I've decided to make this fanfic based on my OCs, Stanford and Derek (which are inspired by me and a friend), and some of my favorite shows.

Synopsis: The Pupstruction crew and the Looney Builders are hosting a Halloween festival in Vista City. However, they soon discovered that the grounds are next to an old Vista City airport. This causes problems as Stanford decides to shuttle his own guests using very loud airplanes!
