en el planeta tierra las redes digitales entrelazadas entre si ,habían creado un mundo paralelo era el mundo digital hogar de criaturas llamadas digimons estas criaturas solo podían aparecer en el mundo humano por medio de portales ,los elegidos tenían la misión de proteger el mundo como lo conocemos del aura oscura que los humanos transmitían al otro mundo ,un día el mundo digital y el humano estaban por colisionar entre si auto destruyéndose 10 niños elegidos con sus compañeros dieron su vida para salvar el mundo como lo conocemos sus emblemas fueron destruidos y los dos mundos dejaron de ser dos y se volvieron uno , esto era algo que no se tenía planeado hacer los niños y compañeros fueron conmemorados colocando una estatua de los niños y digimons con los emblemas dibujados debajo de ellos, han pasado 20 años desde eso , ahora humanos y digimons conviven como si nada hubiera pasado , es mas algunos humanos se casaron con digimons es raro pero quien puede decidir algo así en estos días,los niños elegidos aparecían raras veces ,cuando un bebe nacía y despedía luz significaba que seria un niño elegido y el digimon elegido nacía junto con él , es un evento raro pero a pesar de esto no se ha presentado un evento peligroso por lo que casi no hay luchas entre digimons
