Everything Under Daylight

August Monnett can't wait to get out. From the moment he was coherent, he has been counting down the minutes until he can pick up his life and move somewhere that wasn't Central Ridge, Vermont. He needs to go someplace where the breeze blowing in the day is the town breathing along with him. Someplace with life. And preferably someplace with an art museum nearby. His plans are set in place, and he has no intention of changing them. But when he stumbles upon his so-called "perfect" older brother entangled with a girl who wears their rival school's merchandise, everything falls out of line.

Knowing their father's strict no-dating policy, August is forced to keep his brother's relationship a secret, now joining the only other person who knows about the affair: Ezra Grey, his brother's best friend and teammate. He agrees to work together with little expectations, but as things continue to go south for the illicit pair, and August begins finding it harder to keep his eyes off of the boy he works alongside, he realizes that perhaps this will be more of a challenge than he originally thought.
