I really have no idea on what I should write here. Just it's a collection of poems. I am just making an attempt. I am not that good at this poem writing so I doubt whether people will like it. Anyway trying isn't bad right?
Just a series of poems that may dwell on different topics. Some may be sad, others sweet. Look through the titles to find one that may suit your preference. Two previous poems can be found in my story: Between the Lines. All of these poems are made by me. Some may be directed to real people that I know.
A collection of poems and metrical compositions that I got inspired from random click in my weird brain when I was a child, saved in an old pen drive. Also will have wise words that are much recent that I write here if I feel like composing, listening to sentimental tunes hits the spot at times so... Moreover I've come to realize that they 'the stanzas' are very much influenced by my emotions so it felt very nostalgic re writing those scribblings on here. It feels like a door to my psyche or some weird deep stuff. FYI: Some of them are dark as hell.. I'm wondering how I've made this far in life *3*~
When one feels like crying a song But isn't good with any melody One will grab a paper, or phone And turn every words to a poetry When one feels like writing a story But time won't let one write any Even within a minute, one can create And narrate anything in form of a poetry
I am not much of a poet, but I have surprised myself by completing twelve decent poems for this portfolio. Every poem (except the song) is free write, which is my comfort zone. Free write poetry is like writing a novel, but with stanzas and rhythm. Also, poems are more brief. I am not a fan of writing brief things. Some of my poems I want to continue to the point where they would be chapters. Fortunately, I was able to keep it down to mostly four line stanzas. That is my favorite way of writing poems. Four line stanzas are also comforting for me, although some poems do have more. Originally, I was never going to do the poetry portfolio, and instead, submit more of my novel, or short stories as a grade. I feel, in the the poetry unit, that seems too wrong. I went along, but I haven't done much poetry in a while, so I selected mainly independent poetry I wrote among the course of two weeks. There are two works in here that I took from classroom assignments, a daily entry poem and the song, but the rest are the work I did outside of school. My creative writing assignment for school. Each chapter is a poem with it's analysis followed by a picture to relate to the poem. (Wattpad started betraying me after the first poem so the stanzas don't exactly exist. To my teacher - I sent you the google docs version so you can see the stanzas, but here is where the analyses are after each poem)
Just some poetry I wrote. Hope you all enjoy. Highest Ranking: #454 in Poetry
Poetry is one of my favorite forms of writing, so I decided to share my pieces with you. From humorous poems, to depressing and completey random ones, I write them all. I also happen to enjoy song writing, so expect some lyrics to. Give me prompts and themes to write new ones, too! This is my first book, so please give me feedback. I'll be sure to try to improve my writing. Enjoy!
I could hear their laughter. The deep laughter of Louis next to the high pitched laughter of Eleanor. It caused a wretched pain in my chest, a feeling that had been reoccurring often in this last month. Why did he have to love her? I was the one that knew him. I was the one that was there through everything… from when he broke his ankle to the X Factor audition. I was there. She had just come, she was new to him. She was a stranger.I rose the hammer, bringing it above my head. Three, two… I brought the hammer down on the window, the window shattering into a million pieces. He should love me.
Maybe it's what killed them in the end. copyright misstanzas 2014 #tgtg #weneeddiversebooks
An arguable "lyrical" poem, with its stanzas broken into parts, telling a short story that expands the definitions of several colors into a more, tragic one.•*•* All writing is mine, and anything similar is merely coincidental.
A list of short, kind of poetic, Inspirational Stanzas inspired from BTS (songs, memes, hardships, life)
