STAR WARS: Showdown At Sarlacc #wattys2017
Luke Skywalker sets out to rescue Han Solo and the rest of his friends from the clutches of the vile gangster known as Jabba the Hutt. With the help of notorious bounty hunter Boba Fett and the rest of his henchmen, Jabba is holding them all prisoner at his infamous club The Sarlacc Pit where Luke confronts him, but not without a surprise or two.AUTHOR'S NOTE: This is my reimagining of the scene in Return Of The Jedi, which is my favorite Star Wars film of all-time, where Luke and the others rescue Han from Jabba. There are, of course, major differences in my story, including the fact that Jabba is human (like the actor who originally played him, by the way).

As a major fan of the character of Boba Fett, I found the prospect of his own series to exciting with all the character's rich lore in expanded material.In my rewrite, I will keep accurate to what is shown in the Mandalorian and even keep a few ideas which I think were not properly executed in Fett's series.These chapters will not be very 'fanfiction like' as I have kept as much of the original plot as I can the same while improving what I consider flaws and acknowledge the larger universe of the criminal underworld.I hope you all can enjoy what I made and feel free to tell me what you like and dislike.
