In this process of healing a new me is born in 'ComingHome" and "Conversations" By the end of the book I realize that spring cannot be found in aperson, nor can it be found at all. It is something you must create. Mental health is a seed thatyou must consistently water with positive affirmations, meditation, nature, prayer andeventually the state of mind that is Spring, will blossom in your own mind.
