It all started with a dare between two lifelong best friends, Wednesday Elliot and Kate Bishop. "I dare you to ring the bell in the clock tower." Kate wouldn't ever back down from a dare, which, naturally, led to her destroying said clock tower and a historic bell. A trip home for the Christmas holidays to visit Kate's mother ends up with the two best friends falling into trouble with the Ronin suit and Kate's future stepfather, along with the Tracksuit Mafia and a Black Widow assassin.
