"Why won't you come here to Canada?" your mom asks.

"I told you, mom, I'll celebrate my Christmas here."

"With whom? Oh! "Finally, do you already have a boyfriend?" your mom sounds happy. Here we go again.

"Mom, just tell dad that merry Christmas." "You two have fun."

"Okay, you're avoiding my questions, anyway." "Merry Christmas, sweetie, may the God give you a lover already." she laughs, and you end the call.

It's 23:00 pm and 1 hour before Christmas. You put the hood of your jacket on your head and go inside the convenience store after the call from your mom.

"Thank you and Merry Christmas, ma'am!" after paying for the beer, you stay in front of the store while drinking it.

The store entrance rang, and you saw a man come out. He stopped in front of you and seemed to say something, but his phone rang.

"What? "Can't you guys just wait?" he said it through the phone, but still looking at you.

You ignored him, threw away the empty can, and went straight to your bicycle.

"Hey, wait!" he calls you, but you still ignore him.

You drive in the middle of the night. The cars are fewer than usual.

"I guess it's Christmas already." you said.

You look at your rearview mirror, and you saw the man earlier in the store, he's riding his bicycle behind you. You sped up your drive because you thought he was following you.

He looks familiar, but you can't remember where you met him.

You stopped at the end of the road, parked on the side, and got off your bicycle to breathe in the sea breeze. The man seems to have disappeared earlier.

You sat on the side, hugging yourself because it was cold, but you enjoyed the sea breeze.

You heard footsteps. "Why are you following me?" you said, and you hugged yourself tighter.

"I saw you buy a beer, and then you suddenly left and drove. I just checked if you were safe."

"What?" "You didn't remember me." he said. You looked at him and remembered where you saw him.

He came to you and put the sweater on. And then you remembered, he was the man at Haruki's wedding who gave you a coat, you also saw him once at Draken's shop.

"Are you okay now?" he sat not far from you. He was holding a bag with beers in it.

"Of course!" you know what he means. He chuckled after seeing you blushing in shame after what happened one month ago.

"Cute." he whispered. The wind picked up, and you saw his beautiful hair, it suits him very well.

"Nothing. By the way, what are you doing here alone? "You don't celebrate Christmas with your family or lover?"

"My parents are in Canada, and I don't have a lover." you answered.

"Really?" it seems he sounds happy.

"How about you?" you ask.

"Draken ordered me to go to the store to buy these." he says, showing the bag.

"Why did you follow me?" "You should celebrate your Christmas with them, so why are you here.. with me?"

"I told you earlier why I followed you, and then I said that I would be late. I had to pass something important before I went to Takemitchi's house."

"So, what is it?" you ask, opening the canned beer.

"Takemitchi told me.. let's say a future teller told me that.." he looks at you.

"What?" you asked, suddenly nervous.

"That person told me that he saw you and me..
