Jinyoung finished off the last sentence of his note. He folded it carefully, taking the last few minutes of break to plop it into her locker. He dropped it through the little holes at the top, after doing so, he realised what he did, "idiot.." he muttered and retreated back to the classroom.

The bell rang signalling the end of break.

Nari sprinted back from the corner shop, hoping that she wasn't late for class. She quickly opened up her locker trying to grab all the books she needed for the lesson and slammed it shut. She made her way towards the classroom, books in hand.

However, little did she know, when she opened up her locker, a note fluttered down onto the floor beneath her, unknown.

"What took you so long?" Ara, one of her closest friends, asked her as she sat down.

Nari was breathing heavily, it took a while for her to reply but she got there in the end. "The store was busy and by the time I was in line, I knew it would be too late if I went to another store. So I just stood in the queue patiently."

"Mmhm, patiently?"

"Okay, maybe I was panicking a little bit, but hey, I got there in the end." She sat down, plopping her books onto her desk, taking off her coat and hanging it onto the back of her chair.

Lessons flew by, before she knew it, the class was packing up, getting ready for lunch.

"Ara, do you know what's for lunch?" Nari asked as she started to make her way out of the classroom. "Oh sorry," she had bumped into someone as the students filed out of the classroom.

The boy looked up, he had a small face, light brown hair and a small warm smile etched onto his face, "it's fine."

Nari examined his features. After what seemed like forever she had only started to realise that he was talking to her. She bowed her head slightly, letting out a small awkward chuckle.

He started to make his way towards the lunch hall with his own friends.

"Hey Ara," Nari said, "who's that boy?"

"The one that bumped into you? That's Jinyoung, Bae Jinyoung. Why?"

Bae Jinyoung. Nari repeated in her head. Bae Jinyoung. "Oh, nothing. Don't worry about it."

As the two headed off to the lunch hall to regroup with their friends, Nari smiled subconsciously to herself thinking about the little incident that happened just a few minutes ago.

Meanwhile, in the the corridor, the note laid there on the school floor, still unknown to Nari.
