The bird head boy hadn't been the most open person ever, yet that had changed due to Class 1-A's new student Y/n who has already started to crack down his eternal walls though it has only been a month. Y/n ran through the hallways of the dorms, her hooded blanket with small birds and other small creatures flapped in the wind almost like she was a superhero. She turned around the corner giggling and laughing as she passed Mineta running down the hallway to the end door belonging to the boy she planned on watching horror movies till midnight with. She came to a halt, her smile only seemed to get bigger as she knocked on the door only to be opened a few seconds later.

"Tokoyami!" Y/n giggled as she jumped onto the boy who quickly caught her holding her tightly so he wouldn't let her go. He slightly smiled, she was always warm when she hugged him and she always had a sweet smell almost like candy. She let her arms fall from around his neck and he gently placed her back on the floor. Tokyoyami stared at her for a while before the two walked in and sat at the headrest of his bed, he leant forward grabbing the remote and clicked the press button to begin the movie. Y/n laid by the bird boy cuddled up to his side as her head laid on his arm as he stroked her head as the two continued to watch the movie. An hour into the movie Y/n broke the comfortable silence between the two, "Toko-chan, do you like me?" Y/n sat up and tilted her head to the boy who thought for a moment before answering the girl's question. "That's a silly question of course I do." Y/n sat there rocking slightly forwards and backwards, her mind was set on that he hadn't realized what she actually meant. "No, Tokoyami I meant do you like me in that way?" Y/n faced turned pink, yet Tokoyami wasn't fazed. He sat up gently wrapped around her waist pulling her backwards as his body hit the pillows. Her face turned red and Tokoyami's feather fluffed as he snuggled his beak into her neck, "Y/n" his voice was soft as he continued to nudge his head into her neck. Yet something had come between him and the warmth of her body and of course it had to be Dark Shadow who was throwing up and down cheering and laughing "Toko-chan has a girlfriend! Toko-chan has a girlfriend!" he repeated over and over.

Y/n giggled before Tokoyami shooed away Dark Shadow who sulkily disappeared, "Y/nn would you like to be mine?" his voice was soft as he stared at the girl who continually nodded as she stared at the tv. "Of course toko." Y/n smiled as she rested her head on the boy's chest as he held her close to him, Y/n smiled as the boy she had liked forever and a million days now cuddled and shared the same feelings.
