LUNA, stood outside the triplets' home waiting for someone to open the door. marylou eventually did. "b- luna? wow what a surprise honestly i didn't know you were coming? uh- um your mum—"
"i know marylou, i'm here because i left the game early. chris said i just wait here"
"aw, it's been too long. that boy has been missing you y'know"
"i'm pretty sure he didn't even remember me"
"nonsense! come let me show you some proof. follow me dear"

luna followed marylou upstairs, she remembered the guest room she stayed in. the room was practically hers, all her decorations and pictures that she put up there. to her surprise marylou actually entered the room. "my stuff! it's still here"
"we never took down dear. chris would sometimes sleep here and remember the times. matt would take your blanket, snd nick would read your diary"
"ugh! that brat!"
"come follow me"

marylou led luna to chris' room. "he told me his room was cl- never mind just uh look through those drawers over there. i'm going to tidy his room" luna walked to chris' drawers. she opened them and found underwear, her eyes widened and quickly shut them. she opened another and found pictures. of herself with chris' friends and family. the old trips. she picked up one. she remembered that day, it was the day she realised her feelings for chris grew and kissed chris out of jealousy. she close the drawer and opened another. it was full of letters. she smiled softly. chris and her would stay up late and send each other notes during the night — they would write something down and slide it through the door and wait patiently for each other's response. they got no sleep doing that during the summer.

"he remembers you sweetie."
"thanks marylou for this, really. i'm going to update my wardrobe."
"uh luna. i wanted to have a quick chat with you."
"ooh i'm scared"

marylou and luna sat in chris' bed. "i know you haven't seen your mum in ages. she told me that she wanted to break the silence with you guys. but she also told me 10 minutes ago. that you saw her and ran away"
"i just um. i felt well i feel betrayed. she's been here the whole time knowing warren and i go to the same school. and never bothered to visit"
"how's everything with your dad"

THE TRIPLETS, arrived home and opened the door. chris sighed and jumped onto the couch. nick laid on his back on the carpet. "are you guys forgetting luna is here?"
"shit!" chris shouted. he ran upstairs and found the guest room door open. he knocked. "come in" luna mumbled. chris came inside. "hi moon, how you feeling?"
"hi chris. i'm feeling nervous"
"because your mum is on her way"
"yeah"

chris sat next to luna on her carpet. "do you remember when we would stay up late and send each other letters"

luna giggled. chris couldn't act angry when he blushed over luna's giggles. "stop blushing you pervert"

THE 4, walked to the door. "are you ready luna? if you feel uncomfortable anytime just squeeze my hand and leave" matt suggested.

matt and luna sat next to each other. chris sat next to luna, nick sat next to matt. marylou sat opposite matt.
the doorbell rang. "i'll get that" marylou hummed. luna felt the energy change as soon as her mum walked into the house. she suddenly got goosebumps all over herself. she wanted to squeeze matt's hand but nothing even happened.

"hello adrianna!"
"hello marylou, how are you? how's the boys"
"they're fine. infact they're on the table with luna"
"luna's here? oh luna!"

luna wanted to sulk into her chair and just disappear. she's wanted to meet her mum for so long. but not after today. matt nodded her head to luna and she sighed. she stood up and faced her mum. "lu lu. it's me"

adrianna sat opposite luna. everyone was eating pasta. "so. luna how's school?"
"it's been good. y'know warren is one of my best friends there"

adrianna gulped and poked her food. marylou cleared her throat. "adrianna! um the boys were thinking another summer destination trip. maybe we could bring warren this time?"
"ah! yes that's amazing boys. luna this could be a perfect opportunity to reconnect again"

"luna i know it wasn't your fault. but the only thing i can do is to ask you if you want me to have full custody over you"

now at that very moment, luna wanted to scream and jump. bounce off all of marylou's wall but luna's biggest ick is overexcitement. so what could she possibly do? she simply squeezed matt's hand and left.

—upstairs.

"luna this is a great opportunity, take it before it's unavaible"
"matt i don't know how to respond to it"

luna fixed her makeup a bit and then walked downstairs, "sorry mum i went to the bathroom. um yeah, i would like that"
"great! you don't know how—" luna cringed. "right sorry i forgot that you don't like that. it would take some time but you can have some sleepovers. go home with warren tomorrow first day back at school?"
luna nodded. "so, are you and chris still dating?"
and then luna went poof.

no details needed, just shouting and more shouting. even more shouting but of course between the two. luna would never have enough courage to do that infront of everyone. but the good thing out of the shouting was the emotions and the truth. luna learnt the truth and adrianna heard luna's side of her 2 years. and were on the same page, just shook. but from the boys' experience they thought they were going to rip each others' limbs off.

eventually adrianna left. and luna calmed down. "well that sucked." matt stated. "no shit sherlock" nick responded.

LUNA, decided to watch the video the triplets' posted she cackled at some of nick's jokes.
then she decided to look through the comments. oh boy she made a wrong choice.
at first, it was the nice side of the fandom and a few of the og's. then it was the other side of the fandom.

luna grew impatient and just figured chris decided to stop sending notes, maybe he grew out of it and it was time for luna to grow out of it too. she checked the time 3am. it was time to get some sleep she crawled into her bed and slept peacefully.

chris was confused he didn't want to seem desperate but he was really keen on finding out luna's opinion. he decided to stay up a little bit later.
