"Such an obedient boy you are." Nefertari whispers as Horus who's underneath her had been obeying her whatever she said the whole time. "You surely do deserve a reward." she bends down near Horus's face and plants a kiss on his lips.

Horus's eyes widens as he tastes the familiar taste of strawberries and roses which kept him restless and awake for nights once again. He suddenly pins her down switching positions earning a surprised yelp from Nefertari. He deepens the kiss and starts taking the control of the reins.

"Horus!" Nefertari lets out another moan of pleasure. She opens her eyes and looks over Horus's shoulder just to find Seth standing there shocked, shocking her. "I-" "Nefert!" Horus lets out a moan as he goes faster causing Nefertari to dig her nails further into his back. 

Seth quickly vanishes from there as the two continue their work. "Oh no... What did I....."

"Nefert?" Nefertari comes back to her senses. "Horus? What's the matter? Are you tired?" she asks as he had stopped. "Was I too rough?" he asks. "N-No."

"If so then why are there tears?" he asks. "Tears?" she touches her cheeks to find it wet. Horus bends down and gently kisses her tears away. "You can be loved..... you are to be loved." he whispers kissing her softly cradling her small face with his big hands.

"Congratulations!! You've successfully seduced Horus!" she hears the voice of her reflection once again talking to her from her shadows.

'Seduced?.... But that wasn't my intention...... I didn't-'

"Whether it was your intention or not, leave it. Now all that's left to do is bear Horus's child after he becomes the king."

'But Seth-'

"WHAT?" her shadow grows furious

'I-I meant what if Seth becomes the King?'

"If so then we'll just overthrow him."

'What?'

"Remember what Seth himself said to you. You are the daughter of the mighty Sun God Ra, you deserve way more greater things in life. Seth gave you the greater things in life but now it's time to achieve even more greater things, which only Horus can give you. Horus is the child of prophecy, his reign will be far greater, powerful and eternal. Seth gave you the land, the desert but Horus will give you the sky, the stars, the moon."

"You've always wanted the wings of freedom. Horus has it all, with Seth you are a caged bird with no wings but with Horus you are the bird with the most beautiful wings which will allow you to reach higher than the clouds and beyond."

"The world will always forgive you no matter what you do because you are beautiful and the world loves beautiful things. And Seth is no exception. You are cherished by Seth, you are one of his valuable treasures, you add up a lot to his pride and prestige. When will you understand that beautiful Nefertari?"   

"Horus....." Nefertari calls Horus who was whispering sweet nothings to her while pampering her face. "You are a kind child..... You deserve way more than what you had growing up." she says caressing his face.

"Goddess?" he calls after a moment of silence. "Yes, Horus?" Oh how he loved hearing his name from her voice. "How... how many times can you receive this blessing?" he asks abit embarrassed.

'Huh?'

Nefertari just lets out a laugh amused by his question. "Why so you ask so? Did you enjoy it?" she teases as she gets up from his arms making him go red. "Why don't you ask your mother?" she suggests as she quickly gets dressed.

"Are you leaving already?" Nefertari turns around to meet Horus standing right infront of her. "Why? You don't want me to leave?" she asks as his ocean blue eyes stare down at her amethyst ones. "I do wish that you stay a bit longer..." he says. "You have a big day waiting for you tomorrow. You should get some rest." she says caressing his face. "As the Goddess wishes." Horus bends down placing a soft kiss surprising Nefertari. "Good night Goddess... thank you for the blessing." he says a bit awkwardly. "You welcome?...Good night Horus." she laughs at his awkwardness and heads back to her abode or shall we say Seth's abode.

She enters Seth's abode just to be greeted by the metallic smell of blood. She widens her eyes seeing the bloodshed. The corridor was filled with blood of the servants slayed by Seth's mighty khoseph.

She searches all the corridors of the abode searching for Seth but all were empty. She just sighs and heads to her room. She opens the door to be greeted with the strong smell of wine, alcohol and shisha. 'I don't remember leaving my room in such a state.' she thinks as she entered the dark room.

As she closed the door and entered deeper in her chamber she was greeted with a strong presence behind her. She turned around just for her neck to get greeted with a large callous hand.

"Seth?" she instantly knew the owner of the hand which had been around her neck on several occasions- 
She took a sharp breath as the grip tightened around her neck.

"How dare you betray me?" anger was evident in his voice. "How dare you go and sleep with the enemy? Wasn't I enough? Wasn't I enough to fulfill your desires?" he asks. "Seth, listen to me. It wasn't anything like that." 

"Oh it wasn't? I saw how you dug your nails on his back, how you moaned his name in pleasure. You were enjoying yourself there, weren't you?" he harshly grabs her jaw.

"Seth.... why are you affected by this?" Nefertari asks. 

"Seth... I am not someone capable of loving nor being loved. You should know that Seth, I have told you this centuries ago. Nobody in this world can have me, nobody not even you or Horus." Nefertari says as her hands make their way towards his face.

"I can never be loved, I have told you to draw the lines centuries before. Don't cross that line or else you'll be the one who will end up suffering Seth. And you suffering is something I don't want to see."

Seth for the first time noticed something different in the goddess's amethyst eyes.

Emptiness

Loneliness

Sadness

Fear

Anxiety

Guilt

Regret

Despair   

All these negative emotions were seen in the eyes of the Goddess of Mirth. His grip on Nefertari loosens up noticing those hidden emotions behind those amethyst eyes which looked up at him silently pleading for his forgiveness.

"Suffering isn't something new to me, Nefert. I have been suffering since the moment I was brought in this world. Everybody and everything in this world has just given me nothing but just sufferings til now. I don't fear it."

"But I do.... I do Seth. I am no God of War like you to be so brave, fearless and confident, ready to slay everything on my way."

"Nefert...."

"I would never betray you, Seth."

"Lies" her shadow smirked.

"Never on purpose. Though I am not capable of loving, I do care for you, I cherish you a lot."

"What if I want more than just your care?"

"We've already been there centuries ago, Seth."

"It took me centuries to make you my Queen. Yet you gave yourself to that pigeon head in matter of days."

"Isis had asked for my blessings for her son, Seth-"

"YOU COULD HAVE SAID NO!"

"I couldn't! I had a debt to pay."

"Nonsense..."

"Isis's magic was the one what brought me to life. Without her magic I wouldn't exist today, I wouldn't be here infront of you right now, touching you, being held by you... Please try to understand Seth."

She pleaded. After a moment of silence Seth finally spoke up.

"Is the debt paid?"

Nefertari just nods her head in response as Seth rests his forehead on hers. "Seth, I-" Nefertari is stopped by a hand over her mouth. 

"Congratulations, you've successfully pacified Seth. Now no matter who wins, Horus or Seth the position of the Queen of Egypt is all yours." her shadow whispers. 

"Nefert? You?" Seth asks her to continue. "I.....I'm sorry..." she says as Seth caresses her head. "I really do care about you, Seth. You're somebody I care about the most." she says as she kisses him.
