Circa 2012

John and Yevrah start dating. Due to differences between the two, they break up and John starts dating Nicole while Yevrah gets back with her ex.

Circa 2013

Yevrah gives birth to triplets: two boys and a girl while John takes his relationship with Nicole to the next level as Nicole moves in with John.

Circa 2014

Yevrah returns to wrestling and is asked to join Total Divas. Things get more tense in John and Nicole's relationship thanks to the fact that she seems way more committed then he is. They go through a rough patch and John implies that he won't shut the door completely on the idea of marriage or children.

Circa 2015

Yevrah ends her relationship and basically becomes a single mother as her ex wants nothing to do with the triplets.

Circa 2016

Yevrah takes a break from wrestling and starts building her empire outside of wrestling.

Circa 2017

John proposes to Nicole during WrestleMania 33.

Circa 2018

John and Nicole split. Yevrah's ex gets a DNA test in order to sign his rights away and it's revealed he isn't the father of the triplets which leaves Yevrah confronting John and informing him that he is the father of her children. John gets a DNA test confirming he is 99.9% the father.

Circa 2019

While Co-parenting, John suggests that they should try being a couple again. They made their red carpet debut together at the premiere of Playing With Fire. Almost six years after giving birth, Yevrah revealed the triplets' names. Yevrah shared on Instagram Sunday morning, alongside photos of the soon-to-be-6-years-old triplets, that their names are Silas, Sterling, and Saskia Cena.

Circa 2020
John and Yevrah gets secretly married in Tampa on February 20, 2020.

Circa 2021
John and Yevrah held a second wedding ceremony in Lake Como, Italy.

Circa 2022
John and Yevrah are considering expanding their family after nearly two years of marriage.

Circa 2023

John and Yevrah are expecting their second set of triplets: two girls and a boy. Yevrah gives birth to Lanesra, Lanuola, and Lekan Cena.
