Anastasia's POV

It's been a week since my amazing sex with the one and only Bruce Cameron.

I'm not gonna say I was too drunk and didn't understand what was going on, because I did. I'm not gonna pretend and blame him for everything. You know what they say, it take two to tango.

But I fucked up by sleeping with him, I mean he's one the riches guys in New York and now I was another one of his whores he fucked.

Flashback:

My body felt sore as I opened my eyes in the unknown area. It was a huge overly black room. I looked at the side I was sleeping on and looked at the time.

5:46

I looked at the warm, soft surface I was sleeping under. It was a toned body, with at least a 6 pack.

I looked up to see who the body belongs to and I want to fucking end myself.

Of course I fell for his charms. I remember things from last night but only after I entered the car with him.

Fuck, fuck fuck fuck fuck. What am I gonna do. I can't believe I'm one of those girls who fell for his looks.

I looked at him and he was sound asleep. I got up trying my best to ignore the pain because of how many rounds we had.

I picked my top and panties and left his house. He lived on the hop floor of a penthouse. The house was beautiful, it was also black with little accents of white and grey here and there.

End of Flashback

Today my boss said we had a important meeting, with a client. I got into my professional attire. I was wearing a all white set with a lace cropped top. With matching white suit jacket and pants. I grabbed my purse and phone and walked out of the house.

May was watching Elijah again today. I felt bad leaving May with the responsibility of my son, but she loves kids. Since she can't have any, she takes any chance to see a kid.

I got into my black Porsche 911. The drive from my house to my company was a little over 30 minutes.

Once I finally got there, I was greeted by one of my colleague.

"Charlie wants you up to the meeting room in 5 minutes." I nodded and walked into the into the building elevator.

I pressed the highest floor and waited for it to beep. Once the sound rang through my ears I exited the elevator and went towards the meeting room.

I opened the door and I looked eyes with the same hazel eyes that make my heart skip a beat.

His smirk was wide as if he was expecting me. I swallowed all the thoughts I had and walked in and took the only empty seat. The one right next to Bruce Cameron.

"Morning Ms. Sanchez." I wanted to leave, I've always loved my job but I wanted nothing more than to leave.

"Morning Mr. Cameron." He smiled and looked at the front where my boss was waiting for everyone's attention.

During every meeting, I take mental notes. But I couldn't think of anything but the burning gaze I was receiving from Bruce.

What the fuck was he doing here.

"Ms. Sanchez, what do you think." Bruce's deep, raspy voice spoke.

"I'm sorry, could you repeat that." I know he's doing it on purpose.

"Which author do you think is best for the new book I'm investing in." He was investing in a book for us. We didn't need his help.

"I think we should give Mason Vincent a chance. The way he writes is exactly what we're looking for. And his past audience are the readers we need. His rating just last month were amazing. I think we would be doing good by taking a chance on him."

I bet Bruce wasn't expecting me to be able to say anything. He wanted to make me seem dumb in front of all my co-workers.

"Very well, get in contact with Mason Vincent." Bruce spoke to my boss as if he wasn't in our building.

"Alright, Anastasia could you show Mr. Cameron to his cabin, the empty one beside you." This is my fucking luck.

"Of course." I smile not letting Bruce have the satisfaction of making me look like a idiot.

I open the door allowing him to walk out first. He stops waiting for me to follow him. I close the door behind myself and walk towards the elevator.

He enters right after me with a sinister smile making me want to murder him.

"How's it been." He looked at me with slight anger. What was he angry for. I'm the only one allowed to be angry.

"Fine." I gave him a short answer.

We got to the 47 floor. There were a total of 50 floors in the building.

I leave the elevator and walk to the empty office that was right next to mine.

"This will be your office whenever you stay here for any work Mr. Cameron. If you need anything, you can find one of the staff on the main floor to help you." I was about to walk off when he grabbed my wrist a pulled me into the office. He shut the door and stood in front of it.

"Bruce..."

"Just last week you were moaning that name." I found myself walking back as he stepped forward.

"You know, I woke up that morning expecting the woman I had just fucked to be there sleeping next to me." He slowly backed me into the desk just enough so that it didn't hurt.

"But then I look and see nothing but my empty bed." He lifted me and placed me on top of the desk.

"Bruce what are you even doing here." He placed a finger on my lips quieting me.

"Here to get what's mine." He was quick to claim my lips just like he had done that night.

The kiss was hungry, as if he had been craving it forever. I found myself kissing him back. No I couldn't.

Using the strength I wish I didn't had, I pushed him away from me.

"Bruce why are you here." He walked closer even after I pushed him. He stood between my legs pushing them apart.

"Let me remind, how good it felt." His soft lips peppered little kisses all over my neck. He sucked on the most sensitive skin on my neck making me lightly moan.

"Bruce... please." I wanted him to leave, but I didn't. The way Bruce made me feel was like no other. But that was part of his charm.

He was gonna act all nice and caring then the second you least expect it, he's gonna leave. He's probably mad I left first, he's usually the one to do that.

I felt his rough hand touch my thigh making me flinch. I can't let him win.

I pushed him and without saying anything I left the room. I knew if I stayed and let either one of us talk we were gonna end up doing things I was gonna regret in the near future.

Thankfully I couldn't hear any steps coming behind be. I walked into my office and took a seat.

'We both know you wanted to do it.'

Why the fuck does my inner voice just want to talk whenever she feels like it.

'Shut up'

~β€’~β€’~

During the day, Bruce came into the room at least 4 times claiming he didn't know how to do something.

'I don't know how to work the printer.'
'Where can I get a coffee.'
'What's the book gonna be about'

I haven't gotten any work done because of that fucker. I blinked once and the stupid idiot was once again in front of my face.

"Let me guess, you don't know how to work the computer?" He smiled lightly and took a seat in one of the armchairs in front of me. Yay, he's sitting down.

"You've been working all day, let's go for lunch." I didn't leave the office once, not wanting Bruce to invite himself where ever I was going. It was a little past 12, and I didn't have any breakfast making me very hungry.

"I'm good." Of course this world is against me so that exact moment, my stomach growls making his stern face turn into a light smirk. God I wanted nothing more than to rip his face off.

"Your stomach says otherwise."

"That's a good thing my stomach doesn't talk for me. Mr. Cameron if we're done here, I think it's time you left."

"Please Anastasia, skip the formalities. You know it would be a terrible thing if your boss found out that you weren't being very nice to your new business partner." He was really gonna use my job against me.

"Where would you like to go?" The victorious grin on his face made me want to punch him.

"Let's decide on the way." He got up and I followed him out. He pressed the elevator button open and waited for me to enter.

"Ladies first." I got in the elevator and pressed the instantly close button, but unlucky for me he was faster and quickly got in.

"Got to be quicker then that Sanchez." He smirked and pressed the lobby button. It felt like the ride lasted forever and it didn't help that he kept staring at me.

"You look so hot right now." Could this elevator go any slower.

"Thanks." I smiled sarcastically. At last the elevator finally opened and I rushed out but he was quick to follow me and catch up.

Why was it that someone I hated so much, made me feel things that I probably shouldn't feel.

He lifted his hand and rested in on my lower back as we walked out the building. I was quick to remove his hand, but the butterflies were faster.

"No touching." He chuckled and opened this extremely nice car door for me. I have always been a sucker for sport cars.

This car was a shiny black Bugatti Chiron with a black interior, and accents and added attachments. It was worth a little more than 4 million dollars.

"Nice car." I said once he finally got in it. He nodded in response and started the car. He drove out of the parking lot and took the highway.

Every once in a while I would catch him staring at me, but he would quickly look away. Why does the way he looks at me make all my insides want to jump his bones. Was I really that horny.

"Can you stop staring at me."

"Did I mention how hot you look today?" Why does he have to be like this.

"Yeah, you did." He pulled up to this fancy looking restaurant called Le Chateau. I gawk the place as I left the car. Once again I catch him staring, and I couldn't help but roll my eyes and walk in without him.

The restaurant was very nice, the theme was light green and brown which worked perfectly. There was an outside area showing the most gorgeous view of a lake nearby.

He saw me staring at the outdoor area of the restaurant, so he went to the waiter at the front and asked for a spot there.

"Sorry sir, but the outdoor area is currently all occupied." I walked closer standing right next to Bruce.

"Well figure it out, get me a table th-" I was quick to interrupt them.

"It's okay, we'll take a seat inside." He looked down at me stabbing daggers in my head. I glared just as hard back.

"Alright we can have you seated now." He took us to the seat closet to the outdoor spot, but we were still inside.

"Your waiter will be here shortly." He left stumbling over his steps. I hated how he could make people scared, who the fuck does he think he is.

"You should have let me handle that."

"It's not a big deal, it's just a table."

"Do you know who I am." Yay, arrogant Bruce.

"I know who you are, I just don't care. The foods not gonna change, if we sit outside or inside." I crossed my legs and arms waiting for him to say something back. Surprisingly he just sat there staring.

"Alright what can I get started for you guys." A lady in here early twenties came to take our order. Her eyes bulged out once she saw Bruce.

"Give us a minute will you." She quickly nodded and practically ran off.

"What do you want to eat." I opened the fancy looking menu and viewed it seeing all the different types of meals. I wouldn't consider myself rich, but I would say wealthy. I had enough money to get me everything I need and want.

All the things were about $100 each. I always rationally spend my money. The cheapest thing there was $79. I really don't understand why people buy food that costs so much money.

"I'll have the sushi." I've always loved sushi, I think people who don't like it are just immature.

The waiter came back after a few minutes and took our order.

"So, when did you get into publishing?"Β

"When I was 19, I knew I liked writing and I loved books so what's better than putting them together." I gave him a smile. He nodded looking genuinely interested.

"What about you, wait do you do?" I realized I have no idea what he does. I know he owns a business, but for what I have no idea.

"I studied life science. A few years back a made this renewable energy source. Luckily for me, it got me so far." I stared at him completely confused.

"I'll pretend I understood what you said." I didn't realize he said he was in tech.

"Wait, if you're in tech then why are you investing in a book for us?" He looked at me for a second before talking.

"I wanted to try something new and your company seemed like the best fit." I nodded and the waitress brought the food for us. I thanked her while Bruce just started eating.

"You know it's not a sin to say thank you right." He ignored me while staring at the lake.

"Don't ignore me."

"Then shut up."

"Don't tell me to shut up, you're the one who forced me to come to this stupid place."

"What do you want me to do, go in the back and say thank you?" I rolled my eyes and started eating.

The food was amazing, I loved the sushi platter they made with all of my favourite things.

We ate in silent, not a single word left either of our mouths.

"Why'd you leave?" I looked at him trying to understand what he was talking about.

"That night, I woke up and you were gone, why?"

"It was irresponsible of me to be out spending the night somewhere that isn't home. I had to be there for my family." His jaw ticked but he just continued eating.

We both finished our food and the same waitress came back asking if we wanted any desert.

"No, thank you." I smiled and she smiled back.

"Alright then have a nice day." What about the bill?

She walked away before I could say anything.

"She didn't tell us how much the total is." I looked around trying to see if maybe she would come back.

"We don't need to pay."

"Why not." He got up and headed for the exit.

"Bruce..." Right before I could catch up I stumbled over my foot causing me to trip. Expecting a hard landing so covered my face.

But it never came. I landed on a rather soft surface. I opened my eyes and threatening hazel eyes piercing through my soul.

His fingers lightly touch my waist making goosebumps appear everywhere. I just realized his hand was under my shirt and I could feel him on my bare skin.Β

I jolted upwards and smile embarrassed why the way he made me feel. I hate how much my body is craving him.

Damn, not Bruce already being obsessed with Anastasia.

Do you guys like when I switch the POV's of the two main characters. Or would you prefer having mostly Anastasia and only sometimes Bruce.
