"Don't worry about your vision. The doctor said it could be fine after surgery. So, just don't stress yourself. I think you should rest now. And don't worry, please... you are safe here. This is actually a charity organization that I handle besides my business. Many people are here like you.. even Some children are also here. We just want to protect you and all those who deserve it. No one harm you so please don't try something else. I hope you can trust us." Yeonjun calmly stated and got up from his seat. Sunoo felt a little screeching sound and shuffling as well.

He opened his mouth to say something but couldn't. He doesn't knoW what to say anymore.

There is nothing to say. nothing at all. He can't go back.. he can't be in contact with anyone. He had nothing... nothing at all. Dwelling on his past and present, he let his tears fall once again but quickly wiped those.. don't want to show this side to those strangers.

"Hi. I am Soobin. Do you want to eat something special? Though you still need to eat something light." Another voice spoke up but he just shook his head in a no.

"Ok.. after a while a nurse will come to help you to exercise a bit to make your muscles relax...and then you should take a bath," Soobin said with a smile that of corse, Sunoo couldn't see so he again nodded his head and then heard the door close.

Feeling alone in the room, he let out a heavy sigh.. his hand clutched his chest tightly yet with shaky hands.

"W-why?" He let out a sob, biting his lip harshly.

'This heart?? My new heart is still feeling your absence.'

He thought and a sad smile crept on his face. Maybe this is my fate to lose everyone... maybe I need to be strong this time. To be my own strength. but believe me Sunghoon.. you will regret it when you know the truth. I am hurt but still, this stupid brain is still thinking about you. How pathetic of me.

He bitterly laughed at his thoughts and he leaned more on the bed. It didn't take long after a nurse came and helped him stretch his legs and arms.

"THAN please.. we need to attend this meeting. They are demanding you for that. otherwise, we will lose the contract." Heeseung said a little irritated but Sunghoon didn't say anything, he just kept sitting on the swirling chair... deeply looking at that beautiful smile he missed the most.

Heeseung felt too much and finally stormed out of the room, and once he was in the living room, he slammed his hands on the table so harshly that Jake came out of the room, hastily.

"What. what happened?" He came running out towards frustrating Heeseung.

Ni-ki was also alarmed by the loud bang, but when he saw two males together.. he smiled and silently went back.

"Y-yeah. Sorry, I disturbed you." He said
sheepishly but to his surprise, Jake just laughed a bit and shook his head.

"Here.. sit down," Jake said and Heeseung quickly followed.

He was living for about a month in Sunghoon's mansion. He still lacks direct contact with the younger but Sunghoon was still satisfied that at least Jake was here.. with him.

"Now tell me," Jake inquired politely while placing his arms on his chest. He knew that Heeseung was frustrated due to business as Sunghoon wasn't paying much attention to the business.

"We need him for a business trip and meeting but he is not responding. You know that he backed off from all smuggling charges etc. and I am happy about that. But at least he had to pay proper attention to the fair business. Ah... I don't know how to do it alone." The younger of the two sighed while placing his hands on his face.

"Don't worry Heeseungie.. he just needs some time." Jake placed his hand on Heeseung's thigh and tapped lightly to calm him.

"But we have to decide soon. Jay is already busy in Yeongdeungpo-gu. we can't say him to accompany us."

"Ok.. let me talk with him," Jake stated with a smile and Heeseung quickly returned it with a warm one. He grabbed his hand smoothly and caressed the back of his palm.

"Thanks for everything Jaeyuniee," He said wholeheartedly and Jake felt the same warmth on his skin whenever heeseung touches him. Both were looking deeply into each other's eyes and no one wanted to retract.

"Can..can you fall in love with a man?" Jake asked out of nowhere and Heeseung thought he must have heard wrong.

"Uh?" He asked in a daze and then he saw a blush... yeah Jake blushed after realizing what he said. Feeling like a deer caught in a headlight, he quickly got up and rushed to sunghoon's room.. leaving a dumbfounded Heeseung who cursed under his breath after thinking that he was near his goal.

After tapping his cheeks to remove the blush... Jake knocked on the door. Sunghoon said to come in and he entered the room.

Sunghoon was surprised to see him in his room as Jake barely talks to him.

"Jake?" Do you need something? Come.. sit here." He quickly got up from the chair and gestured for Jake to sit down. Jake sensed that Sunghoo wasn't like the old one, he was changing day by day, and his dark aura was fading inside the room.

"How are you?" Jame started a bit awkwardly.

"I am good." Sunghoon smiled a bit, happy to see the older concerned for him, again.

"For how long you are going to avoid your responsibilities?" Jake asked in a soft voice and Sunghoon frowned at his words.

"Jake... I have no idea how to continue." His voice was small and Jake got near him and placed his hand on his hair, softly patting the dark locks.

"Just like the way I am doing so. Life never stops.. we have to continue no matter how broken we are. This is bitter reality Sunghoon ah." Jake said politely and Sunghoon quickly hugged him.

"It still hurts... no matter how much
time passed. it still feels like everything just happened... right in front of my eyes. His smiling face... still lingers in my mind. But his broken sobs are more hurtful.. whenever I remember that dreadful night... m-my mind curse me.. I- Ic- can't." He again broke down and Jake just hugged him back.

"Just remember that he loved you truly.. he always wanted to see you stronger," Jake gulped "So... leave behind the wrong deeds and earn fairly through your business. I am sure he will be so much happy up there." Jake smiled with glistening eyes and Sunghoon just nodded.

"Heeseung told you?" He sniffled with a small Smile when he felt a blush on Jake's cheeks but said nothing.

"Can I tell you one thing?" After about
few minutes when both of them were sitting on the bed after a crying session. Sunghoon asked and Jake nodded.

"Did you ever feel something for Heeseung?" He asked a bit hesitant but to his surprise, Jake smiled.

"You do... am I right?" A little hint of excitement laced in his voice after so long.

"I don't want to tell you but I feel that he is already deeply in love with you," Sunghoon blurted out shamelessly. Hearing that, Jake smiled smacked his shoulder playfully, trying hard not to blush again.

"Don't think useless.. just focus on your business. You are going on that business trip and bringing lots of contracts. Understand?" Avoiding the warmth of his cheeks, Jake scolded him but internally he was getting flustered.

Sunghoon just smiled when he saw Jake stomp out of his room.

"He is too shy to confess his feelings." Sunghoon muttered and went to his table to check some papers.

"Aishh that kid is too much. How casually he said that heeseung is in love with me. ahh. No one knows his choice. I know he is so humble with me. and it sometimes confuses mne a lot.. but I don't want to assume something like that." He was pacing back and forth in the front garden, oblivious to the fact that heeseung was already hearing his monologue amusingly.

"I will erase your confusion so soon. I just wanted to have a hint that you won't be mad... but now I got my answer." Heeseung said with a satisfactory smile, his eyes holding galaxies that sparkled with adoration for the male right in front of him.

"How are you boy?" Yeonjun said in excitement as he entered Sunoo's room. Where the younger was sitting in front of the window on a chair that his nurse placed there for him.

"F-fine." He replied witha small smile.
He was trusting those people enough to stay there. Moreover, he was left with no choice other than that.

"Good. You Know your hair color.. which was dark red, is now fading. Do you want to change your hair color?" He asked with a happy voice and Sunoo tried to face him, following his voice he smiled.

"N-no. It's fine."

"Your voice is still hoarse but man... it's so deep." Yeonjun laughed and Sunoo followed the compliment.

"Hyun so," Sunoo muttered and Yeonjun
quickly stopped laughing,

"What?"

"Hyun so," Sunoo again said with a smile. Hewas trusting them but still, he didn't want to tell them his real name. Also, he wanted to start over...

even with his name.

"Your name? Woah finally, I can call you by your name. Thanks for trusting me Hyun-so ." Yeonjun beamed happily, finding it a big step to reduce the awkwardness. Sunoo felt bad for telling him the wrong name but he wanted to make this name his new identity.. to forget his painful past.

"D-do you have any family? Want to go back?" Yeonjun was hesitant and asked after a while but Sunoo furiously shook his head.

"No.. family" Although his mind was continuously giving him the picture of Sunghoon... Jake and all.

"It's ok. We are your family. I will introduce you the others as well. And yeah one more thing.. good news for you. We can perform surgery on your eyes after a few weeks. Doctors told me that right now, your body is not fit for any kind of surgery. as you went through two major ones. So you have to bear it for a while more. I know you are very brave, Hyun-so." Yeonjun stated witha smile and Sunoo Nodded his head.

"So.. let's go." He helped Sunoo to sit in a
wheelchair and lead him to the main hall where everyone was having their lunch.

"Hello everyone. Here... meet our new family member. Hyun-si." Yeonjun introduced him l everyone clapped. Sunoo could feel many giggles from the children. Some were speaking English while some were speaking Korean as well.

He waved his hand in the air and bowed politely, still on the chair.

"He is shoo cute hyung." A small child chirped and came forth to touch Sunoo's cheeks who quickly moved his hand to grab his small one.

"You too." He said to the child who giggled at his words.

He was feeling good with all those words and waves of laughter, actually feeling at home.

Yeonjun helped him with lunch and sat beside him to help him eat. Sunoo Thanked him with a warm smile and Yeonjun was more than happy to see him smiling,

I will try to forget it... forget everything.

Sunghoon went to the dark room before leaving the mansion. He saw the same figure, laying on the floor. A disgusting smell was lingering in the room but he was too ragged to feel anything else.

Upon hearing the sound of the door, Wonyoung looked up weakly.

"How does it feel?" Sunghoon deadpanned at her who didn't say anything. Her condition was worse... the skin was pale. lips chapped. dress was dirty.

She looked at Sunghoon with weak eyes.
"W-why don't y-ou just k-kill me?" She said and Sunghoon laughed crazily.

"Not yet.. I want you to feel the pain. Oh, I just want to tell you some good news. Police announced your death officially and your father died on the spot due to shock and grief." He fake cried but soon laughed bitterly seeing the shock on her face.

"And now your whole business belongs to me. You are dead in everyone's eyes, no one will try to find you anymore. So... just cope up with your pain.. feel it.. how it feels to be alone, how it feels to suffer." His voice was filled with venom and wonyoung was just sitting on the floor with wide eyes. She lost all of her hope after hearing that

"Just kill me. KILL ME PARK SUNGHOON." She Screamed with all her power but Sunghoon didn't bother and walked out of the room, shutting the door behind him so harshly.

"I won't let you die so easily Wonyoung.. never." He snorted and left the sight.

"THAN are you done?" Heeseung asked after placing his small bag inside the car and sunghoon nodded.

"yunie.. we are leaving. Just take care of yourself." Heeseung turned to Jake who was standing at the main entrance to bid goodbye. He just nodded with a smile and heeseung winked at him playfully. Sunghoon saw that and whispered something to one of his men who silently heard his words and nodded afterward.

"Just don't let her die.." He said at last before straightening his black suit and entering the car.
