Millie's POV:

Finn has ignored me all day. I'm confused, I got him put in foster care, yes. I get why he would be mad at me for that. But what does he mean by 'sorry doesn't get my friends back' ?

It was lunch time right now, i was sat with Maddie, Jack, Grace and Noah. I looked across the cafeteria and seen Finn sat with his new friends, Jaeden Leiberher, who is also in foster care, Chosen Jacobs, Wyatt Oleff and Jeremy Ray Taylor.

"If he wants to be uneasy with you, let him. It's him being a jerk." Maddie said.

"Yeah, but I feel like I've done something very wrong, what I don't know about." I admit.

"Then go talk to him." Jack said.

"No way!" I say.

"Why? All you have to do is walk to their table and say 'hey, Finn. Could we please talk' and if he says yes, go somewhere and talk, if he says no, then hit him in the baby maker and bolt." Grace said.

"Yeah maybe not hit him in the baby maker, Grace." Noah said.

"Yeah, hit him three times in the face, then a kick in the baby maker." Grace said.

"Grace, will you relax a little bit?" Maddie said.

"I'm just gonna ask him to talk and if he doesn't I'm gonna say okay and walk away." I say.

"Sounds good enough, go go go!" Jack said.

Maddie's POV:

Millie left the table and walked up to Finn. I don't know exactly what she said, but Finn obviously said yes because he walked out of the cafeteria with her.

About 5 minutes later, Millie walked in. She looked really upset, she sat down and we all instantly looked at her, obviously wanting to know the gossip.

"He hates me." Millie said, frowning.

"What? Why?!" Jack asked.

"I put them in the foster care, obviously. He said he's not bothered about that. The fact is that all the others got adopted too. Sadie lives in New York. Gaten lives in Canada and Caleb lives in London." Millie said, shit.

Finns POV:

I hate this school, a lot. It's boring, I don't understand anything the teachers say, it's embarrassing too. All of the others know everything and I'm just some kid from the streets who is dumb.

Right now it was lunch, I was sat with Jaeden, Wyatt, Chosen and Jeremy Ray, they are my new friends. We were all talking and I seen Millie walking to me.

"Hey Finn, can we talk?" She asked.

"Sure" I sighed, getting up and walking with her to the corridor.

"Why do you hate me so much?" She asked. "I thought we were friends?"

Friends, huh.

"I hate you because you betrayed my trust. I trusted you but you broke it." I admit.

"I said sorry." She said, looking genuinely upset.

"I'll say it again, sorry doesn't bring my friends back, Millie." I say.

"What do you mean bring your friends back? I don't understand." She said.

"You really don't know, do you?" I sarcastically laugh.

"No, Finn I really don't." She said.

"I don't care that you got us put in the foster home. I care because you got us all split apart by doing that! Sadie got moved to New York, Caleb got moved to London and Gaten is in Canada! We are in different states, different country's even. You did that." I said. "You split us apart."

"Finn I'm really sorry!" She said.

"Just stop!" I said. "Just stop acting like you care about me, like your sorry. Sorry is just a word, Millie! Sorry doesn't justify what you did." I said, walking outside.
