mayse was settled to be inside the cube beside mark and sungchan, posing when the camera came onto her for the introduction of the show. she smiles, her hands under her chin like a flower as she posed, waving after as a small giggle left her lips. whilst everything was getting ready, the female glanced up to her self camera, waving and bowing lightly with a smile. "welcome, members of nct," a robotic male voice echoed throughout the studio, causing mayse to glance forward. "i'm superhuman, and i rule the multiverse."

"superhero? who?" mayse heard jeno ask the staff as the members provided their own commentary. mayse chuckles and listens to the voice, crossing her left leg over her right as she leaned forward slightly.

"this is a condensed place of every time and place since april 15, 2016 to the present in 2020. in other words, you're stuck in a hurricane of times and space," the voice explained as mayse sighed expectingly.

"i knew we were trapped," taeyong sighed.

everyone began talking once more as mayse chuckled at her members, remaining silent whilst the voice spoke once again. "to escape this space, you must clear 24 missions," it said as the members listened obediently. suddenly staff came in and placed down black boxes in every space the members took up. "open the mystery box."

"if you want to escape, you have to try your best in these missions. i will now call out the first member who will do a mission," the voice announced as the members provided commentary.

"please be faster!" mayse said before giggling, mark pointing at her as the two laughed. suddenly everyone was chanting the eldest member's name, thinking he'd be the first one to do the mission when haechan suggested jisung; their maknae who turns out to be the first member. "aye! jisung park!!" mayse cheered from her spot.

"you all know the star player of the 2002 world cup, park ji sung right?" the voice asked everyone. "this is a special mission for nct's park jisung, who was born when park ji sung became a hero in 2002. we have a demo video, so watch it first." the video was played that fascinated the female who awes at the sight of the drone.

after teasing the youngest, the members began cheering for the young male to complete his mission on his first try. the next member was ten. his mission is to complete tongue twisters in five different languages which shocked the male who held a small globe in his hands. "mayse knows more languages than me!" ten announced, glancing up to the female who laughed at his misery.

"i'm sorry oppa!!" she yelled at him. silently, she softly recited the tongue twisters that were presented for him. "ah that's hard," she sighed, leaning her head back however she had faith in ten. he got through all the languages fine until japanese came where he struggled in saying the twister. "isn't this kind of harsh?" she asked. yuta tried teaching the twister to ten but it was too difficult. "are we allowed to switch missions?" she wondered, turning to sungchan who shoulder-shrugged at her. mayse sighed, standing up to stretch when she heard mark softly reciting the english tongue twister to himself until he messed up. "don't even try," she said in english, facing him for a moment before paying attention to ten's mission. "yay! ten oppa is so cool!!" she beamed, applauding him with a bright smile.

yuta was next, his mission being a simple water bottle flip. the black-haired female smiled once he had completed his mission only after a few tries, leading the next mission to renjun who had to identify celebrities. "this mission is about guessing people's names." everyone cheered for the chinese male however he had to try to complete the mission. his fifth attempt was sm staff which was easy for renjun who named them off the top of his head despite struggling slightly.

haechan was next. "haechan you better finish in one try," mayse threatened from her spot, leaning back in her chair to look over where he was. the vocalist's mission was to replicate a heart image that was given to him with a few rules. mayse stared at the image for a second before she and lucas spoke in unison. "so easy."

"go from left to right," lucas said casually, giving directions as the others questioned his smartness.

"this is so easy," mayse said, sitting up as she crossed her arms, looking at the image before turning her attention to haechan. "donghyuk-ah, you should be able to get this easily," she said to her friend who was silently thinking to himself. applauding him, a smile makes its way onto her face as he finishes his mission on his first try. next was eldest member taeil's turn. his mission to sing a song and score over 94 points, causing the other members to continue chanting his name. after his emotional vocal performance, he aces with 99 points. yangyang's mission was something trending mayse had been seeing lately on her socials. knowing how difficult it was, she wishes the chinese male luck as he attempts his mission, failing miserably as this fly off the table. it takes a few tries and lucas even walked downstairs to help his fellow member. in the end, they ended up stacking everything to make it easier which helped with completing the mission. mayse laughed at their idea and applauded them out of delight. xiaojun had to just eat but silently without going over a certain limit. it was funny for mayse as all the members had to be silent which was abnormal for her to witness, even with wayv. winwin went next, his mission was to complete a series of yoga poses. after he was one of their new members; shotaro. he had to dance to a few nct songs which made mayse excited. "shotaro fighting!~" she beamed as she watched the japanese 00 liner from her spot. the male danced to nct dream's BOOM, wayv's Take Off and nct 127's Kick It. mayse got up and began dancing as well, smiling in delight as she danced with ease.

"jeno's mission is to power up the bicycle generator to make 24 cups of cherry juice," superhuman explained making mayse laugh. interested, she stands up and heads over to him, eyeing the device that the staff brought into his cube.

"what is this?" she asked, her arms crossed as she stood by chenle and jaehyun who was leaning against the pole of the structure they stood in. "show off oppa~," she cringed at herself but jeno did as his members asked. Cherry Bomb began playing as jeno did his mission, haechan and chenle yelling at him to go faster as mayse stared in amazement at the generator. some time goes by and missions are completed over time. these being: taeyong having to complete a few games on his first try, jungwoo guessing fried chicken brands and menu, jaehyun punching plastic boards, johnny using nunchucks to blow up candles, hendery playing dominos, lucas blowing gum big enough to cover his face, chenle, doyoung and kun shared a mission of charades - this left jaemin, mark, mayse and sungchan with their missions.

jaemin's mission was to do some ice skating tricks on a hoverboard. "wah~ it's been so long since i've seen jaeminie on that thing," mayse voiced, gasping as she watched the blonde hair dyed male spin around, completing his mission with ease. "he really just did that," mayse laughed. "oh no," she sighed in despair as mark picked up the frying pan.

immediately, both mayse and haechan made their way to mark. "you have to break the eggs as close to the pan as possible," haechan instructed as he got to mark, mayse standing on his other side, her hands resting on her hips as she tilts her head to the side in slight annoyance. "i'll help you by your side," haechan informed the older male who smiled.

"i'll be here too," mayse smiled comfortingly, patting his shoulder as she and haechan switched sides momentarily as they started heating up the pans. "do it one by one to get used to it," mayse said to him in english, watching his movements as haechan helped him. after he failed his first egg, the brunette added more oil into the pan and told him to raise the heat to 500. "just let him do it. he's a good cook," mayse sighed. more members came to surround the pink-haired male, watching him cook and giving him different ways to quicken the pace of cooking 24 sunny sides up eggs.

after mark's mission was finished, it was mayse's turn. "please open your box," super human's voice said as mayse leaned down and took off the lid of the black box. raising an eyebrow, she pulled out a piece of paper that was actually a music sheet. "for being known as nct's music genius, mayse shall prove her musicality by playing a song on three different instruments," superhuman explained as the staff brought out a keyboard on a stand, a guitar and a flute.

"oh my god," mayse sighed at the sight of the instruments. placing the music sheet she got inside her box onto a stand, she picks up the flute and tests out the sound. she blows into the woodwind instruments and smiles softly when it creates a sound. hearing her members cheering for her, mayse smiles and raises a fist as she accepts the challenge. "mayse challenge accepted!" she smiles before focusing on her task at hand. slowly, she blows into the flute, pressing on the keys to get the correct notes of the song - her members swaying to the soft sound of the flute. once she finished, she moved onto the guitar then the keyboard. when it was shown that she completed her mission, she cheered along with the other members. the final mission belonged sungchan who had to chant the members' names in a specific order that the staff made. it took him a few tries but he completed it and the members were allowed to go home.
