Xiao's POV:

I walked through the long corridor in the hospital, there were many surgeons running past me and nurses rushing with a patient on a hospital bed. I thought for a while, but then a nurse went rushing past me and stopped behind my back. She was staring at me, shouldn't I be surprised? I start to walk faster, I need to see Aether anyways. I arrived at the front door of Aether's room, it was open. I could hear somebody's voice comforting him, I walk around the corner to see who it was. It was just Kazuha, as expected. He kept patting Aether on the head, so he could feel somebody's presence near him. As I walk closer, I saw Aether's eyes squint a little, was he having nightmares? Kazuha stopped patting him and left, he said that he had an occasion with his boyfriend, so he exited the room. I pecked Aether on the forehead, he stopped squinting. He seemed so calm, then I heard a call from my phone. I quickly look through my pockets before anybody could hear it, I unlocked my phone. It was just Hu Tao, I sigh in relief. I'm guessing nobody heard that. I answered the call,

'Hey Xiao!' She shouted through the phone,

'Be quiet,' I warned her, she looked shocked.

'I'm in the hospital with Aether.' I tried to state the obvious, but she kept asking me questions.

'What flowers did you buy for him this time?' She asked curiously as Ganyu walked behind her and glared at the camera.

'Cecelia's.' I held out the flowers in front of the camera, and lay them down on the bed.

'Alright! I gotta go, bye Xiao!' She screamed as she canceled the call.

I sigh, she is kind of annoying. I don't know how Father and Ganyu deal with her ignorance. I put my phone back in my pocket, then stared at the sleeping Aether. I wish he wasn't in a coma, I wish he was able to go out of the hospital. I tried not to cry, I wish I'd died, not him. I kept repeating that in my head, even on the small TV, they found the murderer and Ayaka was on screen. She tried to get away from the cops grip, and there were lots of pictures going around, I could hear the clicking and booing in the background. Even some cops were telling them to stay away. I look back, I guess they finally found the truth.. I give Aether one last kiss on the forehead, as the nurse entered inside to let me know that I had to go. It was already April, and I can't see Aether until next year. I check my pockets and pick up my phone, I check my daily basis tomorrow. Damnit, I'm busy for 6 months, why does this have to happen. I wanted to contact Father about it, but it might cause trouble for the entire company, so I wasn't bothered. I had to model by myself, in public and reveal myself to a whole crowd on the red carpet. Even Ganyu's there, there will be lots of models there. I was only on top 6, and Aether would be on top 6 as well, but he is in a coma, so he can't attend. We have another one after his coma, so I guess he'll remember, or maybe not. I go into the car and drive back towards the building. This will be busy. But, forgive me Aether if I haven't been visiting you, I love you.

6 months later..

Hu Tao's POV:

Yee! It's time for the red carpet, we're heading there at 10am today and I'm ready to show myself off into the crowd as their proud director. Even the old man is coming! I giggle, what a coincidence! I wore a black dress with red flowers on the bottom and also on the top, white patches, a large ghost on the bottom of the dress and a belt that also has a big red bow at the back! It even had off-shoulder sleeves, I even get to wear black gloves! I'm so excited, I rock myself on the chair as the others were still dressing. My hair was down, with a red flower patched on the top with the branch and Ganyu's hair is wavy and curled! I run across the hall, I had to pick the front of my dress because it was too long and I barged into the stylist room. Ganyu and Xiao were still getting ready, they look fancy as! Ganyu had a long light-blue dress, with snowflakes on the bottom, a ruffled bottom and collar, with a white choker, off-shoulder light-blue sleeves with an ribbon at her waist holding a huge white gown behind it. She looked like she was going to a wedding! Compared to Xiao, he was wearing a black tuxedo, long black sleeves, a dark-turquoise collar, white gloves, black pants (perfectly ironed), a long black tailcoat with little tags on the bottom. His hair almost stayed the same, but he had a white hair clip in front of his hair and he had a black bridesmaid hair piece with a dark-red rose at the side. They look so stylish!

I was so excited that I ran across the hall without my heels. I run back towards the room and carefully put on my slim black heels and try to walk fancy as Ganyu giggled behind me. We were all ready and we set off in our limo! The place was 40 minutes away from the building, so we had to drive that long. I felt bored, so I started adding little red flowers on my nails.

Xiao's POV:

We were heading off to the models show off, it was already so soon. A feeling came inside my stomach as I thought of going there. There will be fan girls, cheering, loud noises and other models talking at the main front. I gulp, I dislike crowded places. We finally arrived as I saw lots of people crowded at the front. They were cheering and taking pictures as the driver let us out of the car, the loud cheering hurts my ears. Ganyu tried to calm me down, and act normal. But I just couldn't resist with this amount of noise, Father walked behind me and Hu Tao started waving at her fans. The red carpet was clean as we walked through, I even saw some girls from our school, I tried to look away as they start to cheer with their friends. The pathway was extremely long, because the crowd would gain more and more people as the rest of the models combine at the front. Kaeya, Diluc, Thoma, Ayato, Lisa, Eula, Yunjin and more were already standing at the front. Ganyu excused us for being late as the trivia started. We were told to go to the front of the stage and sit down. There were seats arranged for every one of us, most people actually complained to Ayato by having a psychotic sister, that literally harmed a new model. Ayato and the rest sat down, on the chair. It actually were comfy seats, I tried not to get my hopes up. I sigh, as Ganyu starts to get excited, I look around, everybody was taking photos and videos. Bright lights were shining above the crowd as the stage grew darker, revealing only the crowd with the yellow light above them. Then a bright light shone above the stage, the trivia was going to start. I wasn't really bothered to actually answer any questions, even though I participated, it's not my job to answer questions. The Spokesperson came up, and announced the crowd as the stage few darker again, then it shone on him. Tsk, what's so special about him. Ganyu was clapping silently and waiting for her questions to be answered, Hu Tao, meanwhile she was standing behind us. Because that's what all the directors and Owners have to do.

'Ladies and Gentlemen!' He started, speaking through the microphone,

'It's the model trivia, that's been held for 3 years in a row!' He giggled and walked around stage, swinging his arms around, as the crowd cheered in the background.

'Time for our first contestant' He announced, I glared around finding Ayato going first.

The light shone on him and the spokesperson, he seemed delightful and waved. The crowd cheered, even some had banners such as 'Ayato I love you!' such as that. It's kind of...forget it. I stare at Ayato as the rest do aswell.

'Ayato,' The spokesperson spoke,

'What's your favourite drink?' He asked.

'Ah, It's Boba!' The spokesperson leaned his microphone towards Ayato as he spoke.

The crowd cheered and they clapped.

'Now next!' He moved aside from Ayato and it landed on Kaeya.

'Now, Kaeya..' He tried to read the questions off the sheet.

'Who did you like in highschool?' He spoke clearly through the mic, as the crowd went silent.

'Hmm,' Kaeya spoke,

'My Albedo! I'm still dating him currently!' The crowd didn't cheer as he replied, 'Awh, is the crowd upset?'

The crowd cheered as he said that, was he trying to flirt with the crowd?

'Now, our beautiful Lisa!' She waved politely and smiled.

'Lisa, what's your favourite thing to do?' She paused, staring at the mic, she put a strand of hair behind her ear.

'Reading books and modeling.' The crowd cheered loudly and it hurts my ears.

A few more questions later...

'Now it's Xiao and Ganyu!' He walked towards us, holding the mic to his mouth.

I shivered, I don't know what answers to think of. Ganyu looked so happy, probably she was expecting this sooner.

'Now, Xiao, question number 1 for you!' I glared at him.

'Who are you dating?' I sat there silent, should I say the truth...? I struggle to find the answer. Ganyu quickly grabbed the mic from the spokesperson's hand and put it near her lips.

'He's dating Aether!' She spoke, trying to act as calm as possible. She wasn't good at hiding her worries.

The crowd started to whisper, who's that? I felt embarrassed. After, we went back to the building to clean up some stuff to head back home. I had things to do, such as school work. I jumped into the car and we headed off. Ganyu stared at me, 'Xiao...' She spoke quietly, 'Did that question hurt you?' She asked. I didn't know what to answer, I ignored her and stared outside the window. We ended back at home, I hurried up the stairs and threw myself on the bed. Then I noticed that I had homework, I sigh, why now? I push myself off and walk towards my desk. I sat on my chair and opened my laptop. Then I started to do work for atleast 4 hours.

I overworked myself...

Anyways, how's the story going so far? I'm still aiming to make you guys entertained with this story, but I'm trying to make it interesting!
