Y/n’s perspective

"Taemin."
As soon as his name came out of your mouth you watched Taemin smirk at Jinki from the corner of your eyes. Your eyes were on the floor and your face was flustered with embarrassment. You felt miserable for not informing Jinki that you were in a relationship with Taemin when you had the time.

'I wonder what Jinki is thinking of me…'

Taemin pulled something out of his jacket and with the other hand he brought you against his chest. You couldn't see what it was. You looked up from the crook of Taemin's neck to his face, which had a dirty smirk on his face.

"Any last words?"
'W-what?' You blinked in utter confusion, fearing and hoping it isn't what you think it is.

"I… still love you, Y/n."

A feeling of dread washed over you. Before you could process what's happening, a sudden ear-splitting sound penetrated your ears, making your eyes widen and your heart pace faster than ever. You turn your head to look where Jinki was, fearing what you were going to see. But Taemin put his hand around you with a gun against your head gently to prevent you from looking at the other side. The nozzle of the gun wasn't obviously turned towards you, just a part of its body.

'He- he killed him…'

"T-Taemin, h-how could you?!"
You gasped in pure horror and screamed, grasping his collar. He brought his thumb to your cheek and wiped your tears with a psychotic grin on him. He leaned into the side of your forehead against his, brushing his lips to your cheek to your ear, He whispered.
"Love, I thought I told you before that I don't want to see any men near you. Or else I'll kill them."

With guilt you cried silently, "Y-you killed your own brother b-because of that. "
You tried to break out from his grip, making his hold tighter than before as you winced.

"Let me go, It hurts, Taemin!"

"You're crazy, you're a monster!"

He did loosen the grip  but you still couldn't break out of his grip. You whimpered.

"Yes, love. Yes I did… because of you."
He closed his eyes and peppered kisses all over your ears and neck while you cried in shock.

"T-Taemin, stop…"

"P-please."

All of a sudden, you could hear police sirens from outside.

"Who the fuck called the police?"

Taemin furrowed his eyebrows and he picked you up bridal style before running to the other end of the house. You felt dizzy because of how fast he was running. with a sack of potatoes in his arms.

"Taemin-"
You screamed at Taemin when he threw you over his shoulder.
"I'm sorry, love."
He apologized as your ears got slapped by another gunshot noise. It sounded like Taemin shot another person. He eventually found a way to the backside of Jinki's house. Luckily, there weren't any police officers at the backside and we managed to escape the house.

It has been a couple months since you've been locked inside Taemin's house. "It is for your safety." He said. So, you're not able to go anywhere without him. You asked Taemin about what happened with Hongjoong and him. His answer made you go pale, observing your face, he immediately distracted you from this matter by taking you out on a date.

You sat in one of the couches in the living room, waiting for Aejung to arrive. It was (x) o' clock. You were locked up in his house so that you wouldn't go anywhere and get kidnapped by another one of his enemies. He even made you resign from work and stay with him. He said that he'll buy you anything and everything you want and whatever you gazed at, why work. You tried to argue with him but once he started you could never win.

Since You weren't allowed to step outside without the one and only Taemin. You called Aejung to talk and spend some time with her after months of chatting. And it's without His permission… Anyways,
"Ayo, Aejung is here-"

"Honey, you okay? You look pretty and all but you seem a little lonely."

You stood up and smiled as she tackled you with a hug.

"I'm fine, Aejie. Just sometimes I get sick of staying inside and can't talk to anyone, not even the maids."

"Y/n, don't tell me he's even jealous of you talking to girls."

You gave her a 'You have no idea' eyes.

She slapped her forehead in disbelief.

You get an instant flashback to when you recently started living here with Taemin. Maids and other butlers would try to talk to you and spend time with you because you were pretty friendly and funny. But one day Taemin caught you laughing at someone's joke, seeing that you were having a great time without him, he got jealous and decided to forbid the servants to stop conversing with you.

You could remember that time you were glaring so hard at him and he avoided your gaze. You argued with him while he kept trying to distract you with other things.

You were left with your phone and from then you'd spam him with texts, random snaps, etc when he went to work. You didn't think he'd reply but surprisingly he'd reply to every single one of your texts. It went to the point you'd doubt he was working.

After you hung out with Aeejung, you went back to your shared room. You had a slight smile on your face. You felt really good after spending time with the bff after a very long while.

You picked up your phone from the bedside cabinet just to see thousands of texts from Taemin.

You got ready in around 10 minutes, walked down the stairs and went where Taemin was waiting for you. He was standing outside his car and smiled when he noticed. He was looking dashing as always. His hair was tied, making him look daddy af. He pulled you in for a hug and you hugged back. You breathe in his cologne. The more you smell it the more it smells unexplainably magnetic and unique.

"Where are we going, Tae?"
You questioned as he kissed your forehead. You tuck in a strand of his hair, waiting for his answer.

"It's-"

He continued, pressing his forehead against yours. You gazed up to his alluring eyes, expecting a name of a place you may or may not know, or been to.

"A surprise~"

"Finee~ Keep it to yourself."
You smiled, rolling your eyes. He giggled and nuzzled your neck.

"You're so adorable, love."

"I really hope you like it, love."

You felt his lips against your ear as he took off your blindfold, feeling his warm breath move away.
The first thing you noticed was a modern castle-like building in front of you. Your mouth gaped at the wonderful sight in front of you. It took  hours to come here. You couldn't believe you were really seeing such a luxurious house in front of you and not in a movie. Around the huge castle-like house were woods and it looked very pleasant.

"Oh my gosh, Taemin."

You turned to Taemin with a big smile, who had a loving gaze on you the entire time.

"Do you like it, love? It's our new home."

"O-our new home? R-really?"
You put your hand over your mouth, looking back at the house.

"I love it, Taemin! It looks amazing~"

"I'm glad you like it, love."
He hugged you from behind and kissed your head before taking you in like a princess. He had a big smile on his face. He seemed pretty happy that I love our new home. You warped your arms around his waist.

"You're the best, Taemin."

"You're more, love~"

After Taemin gave you a tour around your new house of some floors (not the whole house because it's very big), he took you to the dining room again. It was pretty vast and filled with attractive interior decors. It's not like other rooms' interiors  aren't decorated as luxurious as the dining room, it's just you've never seen a dining room as pretty as this.

"Let's dine before we go to the fifth floor."

He said, pulling out your chair like a gentleman. You nodded as your eyes wandered at the dishes on the table. You tried not to drool and look decent but Taemin's chuckle made you realise that he can read you like a book. Your face flustered with embarrassment and sat down, quietly thanking him.

You're on the fifth floor and in front of the first door in your view. It was tall af and looked like an expensive art piece. You let your hand brush against the door with amazement. You noticed how your talkative Taemin became more silent than usual.

"Taemin, Are you okay? Is everything alright?"
You gave him a concerned expression, cupping his cheeks. He put his hands on top of yours, "I'm okay, love."

"A-are you ready?"

You nodded like an excited child and intertwined your hand with his. He kissed your delicate knuckles and gave you a loving smile. You could tell he was nervous about something. He couldn't hide his nervousness with his beautiful smile. Not from you.

He opened the door, revealing a gorgeous wedding dress with jewellery and other accessories on a dark mannequin, illuminated by the light of the chandelier above. It was your dream wedding dress. You didn't fail to notice the wedding shoes, it suited the dress beyond perfection. All of them were skillfully decorated with magnificent crystals (or with gems you like and the way you like it).

You heard Taemin click something as the whole room lit up. The room was very spacious and seemed like a ballroom. Something else caught your eyes which was beside the mannequin hidden in the dark earlier.

It was presumably cardboard or something and had letters on it. It said, "Will you marry me, love?"

Taemin spoke up and you turned to him, who's on one of his knees, his hands outstretched with a diamond ring (or any gem/ring you like).
"Will you marry me, love of my life?"

You were hyperventilating. You never felt so happy as you were today. You felt like your heart was going to burst. You couldn't help but shed tears of happiness.

"Yes. Yes, Taemin~"
You managed to get it out of your mouth, barely audible. You were too stunned to speak. But he heard it and slid the ring on your finger.

"I love you so much, Y/n. Thank you for giving me the pleasure of marrying my first and last love."

(his first and last love is you ❤️ I said it because there might be bitches like me who'd be like 'who's first? who's last?' lol)

"I love you too, Taemin."

Taemin stood up and pulled you close to him.
"Thank you so much for everything, Taemin."

He cupped your cheeks, "Thank you so much for being with me. Staying by my side, love. You… Are my whole world, baby."

He pulled you in for a passionate kiss. You kissed back, closing your eyes. You could feel him stare at your eyelids.

'This is the best day ever.'
