"Tony..." Bruce whispered.

"Bruce..." Tony whispered back. Behind him was Wanda, who was smirking at the two. But behind Wanda was Natasha, who looked like she could murder someone, which was completely, utterly possible. While Tony removed his suit, Natasha quickly came over to him and slapped his uncovered face.

"What the f*ck?!" Tony screamed, clutching his now throbbing cheek, staring at Natasha in shock as he fully came out of his suit. "What the actual f*ck was that for?!"

"I heard everything, Tony," Natasha started, "I heard everything you and Wanda said to each other, about your...y-your feelings. I can't believe you, Tony! Out of all people--"

"Excuse me but what are you talking about?" Bruce interjected, looking confused, as well as the others except for Wanda.

"It's...It's Tony!" Natasha replied, tears streaming down her face. And before anyone could blink, she had a gun directly in front of Tony's face.

"Natasha," Wanda started to say, "Put down your gun." But saying anything was clearly a mistake as Natasha pointed the gun towards her instead.

"You!" Natasha screamed. "I can't believe you!"

"I did nothing to you--"

"You helped Tony!"

"It was for the both of you!" Wanda lost her patience. "Isn't it obvious?! Tony obviously wanted to conceal his feelings so that you and Bruce could be together!"

"Wait, I'm still lost here," Bruce said. "I'm not getting what you're saying."

"He," Natasha started, pointing the gun at Tony again, "Loves you!"

Instead of getting angry like Tony and Natasha expected him to be, Bruce, instead, smiled. "That's not a problem, is it?"

"What do you mean?!" Natasha asked, lowering her gun. "He means to keep us apart--"

"No he doesn't!" Wanda cut her off impatiently. "As I've said, Tony wanted to conceal his feelings towards Bruce so that you and Bruce could instead live happily together!"

With that, Bruce couldn't help but smile sadly as he looked at Tony and said, "You'd go through all that for Nat's happiness?"

Natasha stared at him in disbelief. "My happiness? You have got to be kidding me! You have feelings for him too, don't you?!"

Steve decided to cough awkwardly. "We, uh, we'll just leave you four alone." He quickly left the room with the others following, apart from said people: Bruce, Natasha, Tony and Wanda.

Tony coughed awkwardly. "Um...let's just start from the top." Natasha glared at him after he said that, putting her gun back to its holster, nodding slightly.

"I need to know everything," Natasha whispered, but loud enough for the four of them to hear.

"It's complicated."

"Tony."

"Sorry," Tony shrugged. "Look, the reason I have feelings for...uh...for Bruce," he blushed. "It's because he's intelligent, the only person who understands my kind of English. And no, I don't want to ruin or sabotage your relationship with him because I want him to be happy."

Wanda nodded in agreement. "And I agreed to help him conceal it, so that he won't get impulses or something that can ruin your relationship."

"Okay," Natasha said reluctantly before turning to Bruce. "Your explanation?"

"I...uh...well...I..."

"Get on with it!"

"Okay! Okay! Calm down!" Bruce shouted slightly, rolling his eyes. "The thing is, after I left the U.S., I had time to think over everything that has just happened.

"And so, I thought of Natasha, at first. I thought of how beautiful she is, and it made me calm, for some reason. That's when I realized that the only reason why I started to have feelings for Natasha is that...well, it was because of the other guy."

"So," Natasha started, "What you're saying is that the only reason why you had feelings for me is that I could calm down the Hulk?"

"Or maybe the Hulk is the one who loves you."

"And...and not you, Bruce?" Natasha asked slowly, as if she's having a hard time believing what she's hearing. "I-I..." But she couldn't continue her sentence as her tears threatened to fall. "A-and then?"

"Well, I started thinking of everyone, and even felt guilty of leaving you all--"

"As you should," Tony cut him off.

"Tony, please, let me finish talking," Bruce stated, as if talking to a five-year-old. "Anyway, because of that, my thought drifted to Tony.

"I started thinking of how he was the only one who understood me; my antics, my science, my...my problem."

"But Bruce--" Natasha started to say before being cut off by the said person.

"No, Natasha. You don't understand my struggle. You think you do, but you don't. You don't have anything to control."

"Stark doesn't either!" Natasha retorted.

"He does, Nat--"

"No he doesn't!"

"Natasha!" Bruce firmly exclaimed. "It's the arc reactor on his chest."

"But--"

"Natasha, please."

"Fine!"

"Good," Bruce sighed, already tired of arguing with the stubborn assassin. "And so, we have something in common. And then I realized that we have more in common the anyone else on the team. As I've said, we both have something that we need to control, we empathize with each other. We understand each other's struggles, we understand each other's confusing words."

"Basically, what you're saying is that you're perfect for each other, right?" Wanda asked, with a smirk and an eyebrow raised, which made Bruce blush and Tony to blush harder.

Natasha looked back and forth from Bruce to Tony, realizing that Bruce was right all along; that he and Tony are perfect for each other. And she also realized that she and Bruce would never work out. That they're far too different from each other.

"O-okay," Natasha agreed shakily, wiping away her tears. "I'm going to have to agree with what you're saying, Bruce. And I guess I...I guess I have to let my feelings go."

A smile slowly came upon Bruce's face. "Really?"

"Really," Natasha clarified, giving him a small smile in return. "Goodbye, Bruce."

Without a second thought, Bruce ran up to Natasha and gave her a tight hug, which she gladly returned.

"Thank you," Bruce whispered into Natasha's ear, earning himself a light pat in the back.

"I hope you guys live happily together," Natasha said as she let go of Bruce. "And don't forget to name your first child Natasha." Tony blushed and Bruce chuckled.

"Of course," Bruce replied with a grin.

"So I guess we're all happy now?" Wanda asked. "Because I really need to go to the bathroom." The others laughed. "Don't laugh!"

"Sorry," Bruce grinned, not at all looking apologetic, which earned him an indignant look. "The bathroom's the first door on the left."

"Thanks."

Then Natasha, Bruce and Tony we're left in silence until Natasha spoke, "I'm going out. I'll let you two have some alone time. Make sure nothing breaks," she winked before leaving, which Tony and Bruce blushed at.

"This is the first time I've ever blushed more than twice in one day," Tony stated. "What the hell have you done to me, Banner?"

Bruce's shoulders shook as he laughed. "I'm pretty sure it was your own fault, or at least your brain's."

Tony jokingly glared at him before giving him a tight hug. "Thank you for accepting my feelings towards you, Bruce."

"Well," Bruce started while smirking, "It's not like I don't feel the same way, Tony." Tony let go of him, but before he could muster up a reply, Wanda came into the room.

"Woah, woah," Wanda raised her hands. "There's still someone here. So please, before you start snogging, please let me get out of his room first."

Tony rolled his eyes. "We were not doing anything."

"Oh, really?" Wanda raised her eyebrows. "Just a second ago you two were hugging.

"There's nothing wrong with us hugging!" Tony exclaimed.

"I didn't say anything about hugging being wrong, Tony," Wanda rolled her yes and decided to head for the door. But when she passed Tony, she whispered, "I didn't conceal anything in your mind, by the way."b

Tony's eyes widen, which Bruce quickly saw and asked, "What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

Bruce squinted his eyes but let the subject go and instead held both of Tony's hands and stared deep into his eyes.

"Tony, I need to ask you something," Bruce said.

"What is it?" Tony asked him curiously.

"Is this really what you want?" Bruce started, "Is this really what you're asking for?"

It took a moment for Tony to reply. And finally, after a minute of silence, he said, "Just a little bit of your heart is all I'm asking for, Bruce. Even just a little, I'll be happy. I heard that a little love is better than none."

With that, Bruce grinned widely, which made him look like his face is hurting from it. Then he said, "You can have all my love, Tony. All of it; it's all yours."

Tony, with tears of joy freely flowing down his face, choked out a laughed. "I can't believe we're actually pretty cheesy when it came to love."

"Well, we're geniuses," Bruce chuckled, letting out a few tears like Tony. "What more can you expect?" Placing his hand on Tony's neck, he pulled him closer and placed his lips delicately onto the lips of the one he loves the most: Tony Stark.

Tony slowly kissed back, foreign feeling coming to him; the butterflies in his stomach fluttered their wings, the sparks flew, the fireworks came like the Fourth of July.

The moment was just utterly perfect.

But of course, it was ruined, as always.

"Guys--oh," Steve said, bursting into the room. "Um...sorry, for interrupting. But, uh, there's some trouble and we would really need your help." Then he closed the door awkwardly with an equally awkward smile.

Tony turned to Bruce. "You ready for some fun?"

"Definitely," Bruce said, getting ready to turn into the other guy, or should he say, the Hulk, as he finally accepted the fact that the Hulk really did save his life and gave him another one; one that's happier, one that he's loves. But before he could turn into the Hulk, Tony gave him a short, but passionate, kiss.

"Good luck out there," Tony said before activating his suit and putting it on. "And make sure to smash."

Bruce chuckled, still slightly dazed from the kiss. "I wouldn't be Hulk if I didn't."

"Of course," Tony laughed before he was completely engulfed in his suit. "J.A.R.V.I.S.?"

"Ready, sir," J.A.R.V.I.S. replied.

"Well, off I go," Tony announced before saluting. "See you later, Bruce." Then he blasted open the door and flew.

"Same to you," Bruce grinned before running outside, slowly turning green and once he was outside, he was already the Hulk.

"Hulk!" Steve caught his attention. "Ready for some smashing?"

"Of course!" Bruce growled, in the nicest way possible. He grinned and jumped as high as he could, attacking an enemy that was giving Tony a hard time.

Tony saw what the Hulk did and grinned under his suit. "Thanks, Hulk!"

"Anything for Tin Man!"

"It's Iron Man!"

A week later, Bruce came back to Manhattan with Tony, surprising everyone who didn't know about their relationship yet. But when they announced it, James Rhodes, also known as the Iron Patriot, was the most shocked out of everyone.

"Tony and Bruce?!" James exclaimed in shock. "What has the world gotten into?! Am I dreaming? I think I am..."

"No, Rhody," Tony chuckled. "You aren't dreaming."

"Are you sure? 'Cause--"

"Rhody..."

"Sorry," then he shrugged. "Still can't believe that the world's biggest playboy-slash-a*shole is actually into guys."

"You got a problem with it?" Bruce looked at him, pretending to get angry, which made James squirm in his seat, which in turn made everyone laugh at him.

"So," Clint started, taking a glass of whiskey. "When's the wedding?"

"Wedding?" Bruce's eyes nearly bulged out of their sockets. "What are you talking about, Clint?"

Clint smirked. "Ask Tony."

Bruce turned to look at Tony, who blushed slightly as he took a box from his pocket knelt down in front of Bruce.

"Bruce, I know we've literally only been in a relationship for a week," Tony started, "But you know how I feel about you and that I love you with all of my existence. So, all I'm trying to say is...will you marry me?" Then he opened to box which revealed a simple, beautiful white gold ring.

Bruce couldn't help but let out a gasp as the others awed at the couple. But one thing's for sure: all of them were anxious to know the answer.

"Yes."

Five months later, they got married in a secluded beach that Tony rented out in Malibu, just near his old house. A month before, they publicly announced that they were actually together and are engaged. Surprisingly, everyone was happy for them, which made them almost jump for joy.

During their wedding, no one was the maid of honor, no one was the best man, heck, there wasn't even a bridesmaid or a groomsman. Their marriage seemed more like a get together then a wedding. And of course, everyone was there─even Pepper and her new boyfriend, Calvin.

Then two months after there marriage, they adopted a baby girl. Her name is Natasha Virginia Stark. She had red hair and blue eyes, weirdly resembling both Natasha and Pepper, who are her namesakes.

The three of them─Tony, Bruce and Natasha─lives in Paris, France now, in Tony's new mansion, that, is obviously, high-tech. And of course, Natasha is the probably the smartest baby ever, judging by who her tutors are and of course, there's J.A.R.V.I.S., so she could already speak English and French, which made Tony and Bruce very proud...and slightly weirded out.

But alas, the Stark household is always hectic, since there's a mechanic, an astrophysicist, a genius baby, and an artificial intelligence. Oh and there's Happy. So obviously, there will be no day that's normal for them.

But still, they all lived happily ever after, at last.
