His eyes were like a camera watching her every move. He didn't quite know what was the reason why. Since she came there he couldn't get her out of his mind. 

There's no reason as she's not his type of woman, he doesn't like it the most that she's so cunning. He would prefer a woman who doesn't talk too much in short, those who are quiet and those who behave. But she?  She was far away from being quiet.

As he said, she’s so cunning that she was so good at enticing words that he really couldn't deny that messing up his brain.

He didn’t know if she was being serious or just joking around because she was too hard to read. He didn't even know her whole personality apart from the fact that he was sure she came from a wealthy family. Where there she became ignorant of household chores.

But now his eyes still glued to hers and saw that she was helping their maid. He did not expect that she would still help even if there was already a cleaner for their mansion.

When he sees her smile at whatever they are talking about, his lips will follow and smile as well. Its so crazy, really.

'What is really in her that makes her like a blue flame that I can never avoid? With each blaze of blue flames my attachment to her intensified.' 

As Minji helps Ms. An cut the lush bushes, they talk about herself. Of course as Jake's maid, Ms. An is also curious about his new friend.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" The maid asked as she shaped the bush in front of her.

Minji laughed. "Currently I don't have any, but I admit that I've had a lot of boyfriends before. And right now I have a crush on someone. I just don't know when will I'll tell him how I feel."

"Maybe Sir Jake is the one you're referring to? Right?" Ms. An chuckled as she nudged her shoulder playfully. 

She nodded as her cheeks became red, she suddenly looked at the glass wall where she could see Jake smiling while looking at her. Because of that, it added another layer of red to her cheeks.

Is he smiling is because of me? Omg, don't tell me he likes me too?' She screamed internally.

"Who are your parents?" That question caused her face to become serious.

She fell silent and proceeded to shape the bush. She didn't want to talk about her parents, because she also had no answer to her question. 

An glanced at her face and she felt guilty "I'm sorry for my question it looks like you don't want to talk to your parents." 

Minji chuckled "It's okay Ms. An."

An picked up the sack containing the twigs they had cut from the bush "I'll leave you there first, I'll just throw this away." She nodded then An left her alone.

She stopped cutting the bush and looked at the glass wall for the second time and was shocked to see that Jake was still there staring at her. He seems to be thinking a lot as he hasn't taken his eyes off her yet.

She walked over to the glass wall but he still didn't really take his eyes off her. She stood right in front of him then waved her right hand and then smile widely. It was only then that he returned to reality.

It was as if he didn't know what had happened as he looked around then turned his eyes back to her, he saw that her smiles were still there.

'I really hate that smile, it's so contagious.'

So to avoid smiling back at her, he quickly left leaving her confused at his actions.

"What happened to him?" She asked wondering "He seem uncomfortable with my presence. Jake what's gotten into you?" She whispered when suddenly an idea came into her crazy mind.

She smirked afterwards 'He likes me, isn't he? I have an idea.'

Minji came out of the pink guest room wearing a sundress with puffy sleeves, her hair was a bit curly because Ms. An saw a set of grip hair rollers in Jake's parents' room. She decided to give it to her. 

Her face had light make- up and she sprayed a little perfume. What do you think is the occasion and that's how she dresses? 

Jake came out of the room just in time, waking up after napping that afternoon. He narrowed his eyes at the well -dressed girl. He kept thinking that he was still dreaming, when he was stunned by the very beautiful girl in his sight. 

He slapped himself to make sure it wasn't a dream when Minji approached him.

"Don't do that to your handsome face." She took his hand to stop him.

He looked at her up and down "Why are you wearing that? ..." His eyes landed on her face "Then you have a make- up. Are you going somewhere?"

She shook her head, a grin on her face "Jakey, just read what's written on this paper." She placed the small paper in his palm "See you later." She winked at him and left Jake staring at the paper. 

He could no longer wait to open the folded paper.

This is what it says:

Go to the balcony at the back of your mansion, after you put on a nice clothes. There, I will wait, hopefully you will come.

He crumpled the paper, confused. He could not understand what they would do on the balcony. 

He just shrugged and he went back inside his room to put on some nice clothes, following what is written on the paper. He came out wearing his favorite white buttoned up shirt. As he walked towards there he could feel his heart beating fast.

He's nervous. He didn't know why, she just want him to go into the balcony. What should he be nervous about? Nothing, isn't it? 

His heartbeat quickened and a few beads of sweat dripped down his forehead when he was already in front of the glass door towards the said balcony. 

He closed his eyes as he took a deep breath. He did this again and again until he calmed down.

'Jake, you don't have to be nervous. It's just her.'

He touched the handle of the glass door and opened it confidently. He saw her staring at the view of the vast ocean. On the table she was sitting at, there was a bottle of tequila and a plate containing expensive steaks.

His forehead furrowed at the sight because he had never cooked those foods since he lived there. The tequila, they just display it in their mini bar.

He caught a glimpse of Layla who was lying down, his eyes widened when he saw the red ribbon on her neck. He wondered even more what was happening that time. 

He suddenly want to start the conversation when he sees that Minji has turned her attention to him "Jake, you're already here. Why aren't you sitting down?" She smiled at him.

"What is the occasion today? Is it your birthday?" He glanced at the food on the table "You even took the tequila." He added.

She laughed shyly "I'm sorry its my favorite, when I saw it in your mini bar I couldn't help but pick it up."

"To answer your question, I'm here because I have something important to say." She looked down blushing.

He raised his eyebrow "Go on, say it."

She looked up and their eyes met "I like you since day one. I know you like me too because you've been looking at me for a while. So, Sim Jake are you willing to be my boyfriend?"

He couldn't reply quickly as he was still processing everything that she said, he couldn't quite believe that was the important thing she was going to say and that was the reason why she made Layla wear that ribbon.

He laughed nervously "Ahh, is that the reason for all of this? The way I looked at you before ... it didn't mean I like you too. And then you know the qualities of my type of girl and you don't have any those."

"I know you're not serious, are you?" He chuckled then sat in the chair in front of her.

He didn't hear a reply from her, but he just saw Minji stand up in the chair and without a word leave the balcony.

He was left there alone in front of the food that she herself had prepared for her confession. 

"I think I f*cked up." He mumbled, feeling remorseful.
