"Wait, where are we going?"

Both you and Takemichi's bike engines make themselves known on the streets of Shibuya. Driving north.

"Shinjuku," you answered. "You gotta start training!" You raised your voice to be heard over the engine.

"Can't have me puppeteering you during a future gang fight, you know?" You added, "Especially since you're the commander."

"Right..." Takemichi agrees, slightly embarrassed. "But why are we going to Shinjuku?" He asks again, still confused.

You turn your head to face the blonde. "Wakasa and Benkei's gym, duh!" You reply sassily. You face the road again. "I haven't gone in a month, so this benefits me too."

"You really think those two legends will train me?!" Takemichi exclaims. Believing he wouldn't meet their standard.

You chuckle, "Why wouldn't they? I was pretty shit when I started!"

You turn the street and Takemichi follows. You have arrived at the Gojo Gym.

You hit the kickstand before you get off your bike. "If they somehow don't accept you..." You started, looking at Takemichi, "You could always do 'plan b'," you laughed.

"BEG?!" Takemichi yells, "That would be more humiliating to do in front of them!"

The two of you jog up the stairs. Going to the specific floor you used to train in.

Your stomach drops at the sight as you open the gym doors. You were met with two backs wearing long, white uniforms. Both Wakasa and Benkei were in front of the Kanto Manji Gang members. Now looking at you wide-eyed, noticing your arrival.

You didn't tell them you were coming over, but you didn't think you had to.

"Mikey?!" Takemichi gasps. Both Mikey and Sanzu turn around to face you and Takemichi.

You've got to be kidding me... You internally panic as your eyes meet with the familiar blonde. Remembering what Koko told you weeks ago when you were still hospitalized.

~

"Mikey and Sanzu will soon recruit past members from both Rokuhara and Brahman. Expanding the team."

~

Shit! How did I not foresee this coming?! You look over at Takemichi. Who was frozen still. You both mutually were unsure of what to do or how to respond.

You look back at the Kanto Manji Gang members, and then to Wakasa and Benkei. As your eyes met with the two adult men again, they shifted away. Almost guiltily.

You take a deep breath before exhaling. "If you join the Kanto Manji Gang, you'll lose my respect...!" You said directly. Trying to remain calm.

There was a slurry of emotions going on in your head. You were sure no matter how casual your body language looked, your eyes told all.

You didn't know how to identify the emotions you were feeling, seeing Mikey again. But you knew you felt a little betrayed. Seeing Wakasa and Benkei with a gang who was an enemy to them, not even a month ago.

Sanzu snickers, "The only one losing here is you and Toman's worst division captain," he insults. He turns his body to face the two of you, "Looks like you'll have to find new teachers~!"

You walk forward, still looking at Wakasa and Benkei. "What can you possibly gain from joining the Kanto Manji Gang?" You asked. Sanzu tries to say something again but Mikey goes ahead.

"Must you always be in the way, [Y/N]?" His voice was the same as the last time you spoke. Emotionless with a threatening undertone.

You move your head slightly to the boy. "Sorry, am I talking to you?" You blurted out condescendingly.

Sanzu's face scrunched in. "You dare speak to the boss so crassly?" He walks slowly toward you.

You hear Takemichi's shoes jog over. Finally joining the group. He gets between you and Sanzu. Making the pink-haired boy stop in his tracks. Even still, both you and he remained glaring at each other.

Takemichi looks over at Wakasa and Benkei, "Does Senju know about this?" He asks them. "How do you think she'd feel if you two joined Kanto?!"

"She already knows," Wakasa finally spoke. He and Benkei didn't make eye contact with either you or Takemichi.

The blonde was shocked, letting a small gasp escape his mouth. "Then she must've-"

"There's nothing the two of you could say to us," Benkei interrupts, now looking at you and Takemichi. His voice sounded almost scoldingly.

"It's a done deal," Wakasa adds, "Even if you try to persuade us not to... We chose to join the Kanto Manji Gang." You scoff, looking at the men. Who were once supportive mentors to you.

"When did you two become such fucking losers?" You say bluntly. Not hiding your anger in the slightest.

You stare at Wakasa and Benkei in disappointment. But you couldn't help but feel like they didn't mean what they just said. But you couldn't give a reason for that thought.

"Did you get amnesia?" Mikey asks bluntly. "The Kanto Manji Gang now owns Shinjuku, since Brahman no longer exists."

"You're so worked up!" Sanzu chimes in, "You weren't even a member for that long. How can you remain so loyal?"

You give a light laugh as you slowly turn your head at the pink-haired male. "Please, define loyalty," you ask rhetorically. Looking at Sanzu smugly before turning your eyes to Mikey. "I'm sure part of that would mean not leaving people behind... Right?"

You notice Mikey's eyes twitch slightly in irritation at your obvious jab at him. Which you were satisfied with seeing.

Takemichi turns his head to you. His eyebrows curled upward. "I don't... Think there's anything we can do about this," he tells you quietly.

It was already obvious upon arrival that it would be impossible to stop Wakasa and Benkei from joining Kanto. And as much as you want to fight for them, their insistence on them willingly joining made you hesitate on the idea.

You look down at the floor, still dwelling on what to do. Not only are you losing the gym. But mentors. Mentors who you not only respected but have greatly felt fond of.

You look back at Wakasa and Benkei once again. Still trying to read if they really were honest about choosing to serve under the Kanto Manji Gang.

You take a deep breath, "Fine. Join Kanto then," You said insincerely. Shifting your body toward the exit, "I hope you enjoy working under another teenager, you old fucks."

"[Y/N]...!" Takemichi whisper-yells scoldingly. But you could sense a bit of fear in his voice as well. "What?!" You say back.

"You can't...!" Takemichi tries to contain his volume, "You can't just say that to those guys! They're living legends!"

You squint at your friend, "I don't care!" You reply, "I say shit like that to Takeomi, they're not special!"

SHE'S GONNA START A CONFLICT IF SHE KEEPS THIS UP!! Takemichi panicked in his head.

WHAT WOULD CHIFUYU DO IN THIS SITUATION... WHAT WOULD DRAKEN DO IN THIS SITUATION?!

You walk toward the door, "Have fun rejoicing in your collective assholery!" You wave goodbye, continuing to walk.

Takemichi turns to Wakasa and Benkei, giving them a slight bow and mouthing "I'm sorry" before following after you.

"What a train wreck!" Sanzu says insultingly, watching you exit. He turns to Mikey, "What should we do about her?"

"Nothing," Mikey answers roughly. "[Y/N]'s nothing but gum stuck on my shoe. Just a nuisance."

"Hey now..." Wakasa glares at Mikey, "What kind of man speaks so ill about a girl?" He remarks, showing slight disgust.

"You may have bought our gym... And our alliance," Wakasa continued, "But not our trust."

Sanzu grins widely, "And how far does this trust exceed?" He questions the two. "Because I don't take lightly to traitors."

"I'm not scared of getting blood on my hands. Especially for Mikey's sake," Sanzu taunted.

"No, [Y/N]! We can't just beat up random people because you're pissed!" Takemichi says. Still frantically trying to calm you down.

The two of you were just outside of the Gojo gym.

"They're not randoms if it's just smaller biker gangs in the area!" You try to reason. You throw your arms up, "How the hell are we going to train now?!"

"The Sano Dojo?" Takemichi calmly suggests.

"No!" You immediately rejected it. "What? Why not?" The blonde asks, mostly out of confusion.

You sit on your bike, which was still balancing off the kickstand. "I can't bring myself to face Grandpa Sano," you confess. Your voice softening. "I know he's going to ask where I've been... And I can't bring myself to lie to him."

"Why would you lie to him?" Takemichi questions.

"Oh, like the truth is any better," you respond sarcastically. "Hey, Gramps, been a while! By the way, your grandson got me on my knees and choked me!"

The blonde scratches his neck, "Okay, I see your point..." He admits. "But also... Please don't phrase it like that."

You look at Takemichi with confusion. "Like what? That's what happened!" You said matter-of-factly. "Yeah but... It sounds..." He elongates his words, hesitating what to say next.

"You two are still here?"

Takemichi turns around and you look behind him. Sanzu and Mikey had just exited the building.

Mikey notices the bike you were sitting on. "Is that a Honda?" He asks, looking at it.

You stood up, "No, it's a Moped," you responded mockingly. You put your leg over the bike, now sitting on it properly. You hit the kickstand with your feet. "Let's go!" You tell Takemichi.

"Mikey..." Takemichi clenches his fists as his lips quiver, looking at his old friend. "There's still time to change...! You don't have to continue down this path!"

"Who the hell are you to tell Mikey what he can or can't do?" Sanzu furrows his brows at the blonde.

Mikey glares at him from the side, "Shut up, Sanzu," he says harshly. "It's annoying when you speak on my behalf."

You exhale out of your mouth sardonically, turning your head at the Kanto Manji Gang members ahead. "But not annoying when he enables your sadistic behaviour?"

"How long are you going to deny it?" You asked, looking at Mikey directly in the eyes.

"Deny what?" His eyes move to you.

You kick the stand on the end of your bike to stand up. Getting off of it. You walk over, stopping next to Takemichi.

"That you're a pushover," you answered him. "First it was Kisaki, now this jackass," you pointed at Sanzu. "Are you the one making the moves in Kanto, or is he?"

"Pretty hypocritical of you to criticize me but not Senju," Mikey tells you. "It was completely obvious that Takeomi was the one making decisions for Brahman," he continued. "Even in the battle, that girl could barely lead her team."

"Am I talking about Senju?" You glared. "Or are you using her to deflect from the question?"

"No, just pointing out a flaw in your argument," he replied. You hated how deadpanned he looked. You couldn't read his emotions at all.

"You act so headstrong," Mikey comments. "Is that a coping mechanism or are you just stupid?"

"And you act so high and mighty," you say. "Tell me, is that attitude compensating anything?" You question, "Maybe the fact that you're lonely?"

You watched his mouth open but you spoke again. "The Kanto Manji Gang is no Toman, and you know that," you said seriously. "I don't care what you do or say to me anymore."

"But if you even think about hurting any of my friends again..." You take a deep breath, trying to compose yourself.

"I'll destroy you," you threaten. "Since it seems you like destroying important things."

For a split second, Mikey's eyes widened. Hearing the sentence that came out of your mouth.

Sanzu laughs at you. His scars stretch as he grinned. "I didn't think you could get any more arrogant!"

Though he continued to smile, you could tell his eyes told something else. Showing a more sinister emotion. "It would be quite entertaining to watch you pull that off," he says. "Especially since you can't."

"Takemichi, let's go!" You start to turn around. "Ah- Uh... Alright," the blonde says

He looks at Mikey for a moment before the other turns to walk away. Takemichi frowns, sighing sadly. Before turning to walk away.
