Abhimanyu's POV

Adi called his secretary and told him to call off the deal. He was shocked to know that he wanted to call off the deal for which he worked for more than a year. But didn't ask further due to Adwet's tone of order. And the deal was called off.

Aunty's B.P. was low. Uncle and my parents were with her. Shivi and Ishaan booked the return flight. They would be going to reach here till evening. They cancelled their plan of celebrating New Year's Eve there.

Rudi and Dev were doing their best to get some information about Adhyaa. Rey and Dinkar Uncle and Prabhat Uncle went to the area where Adhyaa was kidnapped for some clues.

After a few minutes we got message from unknown number. That bastard everytime used different number to contact us. That's why we didn't able to track him. He even used VPN so it's difficult to know his location.

'Well done, Adwet Oberoi. Now watch this.'

He send the video of Adhyaa sleeping on the cold concrete floor with her legs tied and hand tied behind. She was shivering due to cold. As we completed the video, the kidnapper called us. Obviously with another number.

"Happy to see your dear sister. Tsk she tried a lot to free herself. At last we have to gave her sedatives." The kidnapper said.

"Who are you?" I asked him.

"Abhimanyu..... Abhimanyu.... Bahut fikar ho rhi hai apni best friend ki. Now it's your turn to pay your bestfriend back. So...... You have to call off your recent deal too. Be fast and no CHEATING. I know you will try to do some tricks. So, our next deal is I'll let you talk to her in return of your this favour." He said.

But he didn't let us to say anything. He further said, "One second, I know what you all thinking. I'll let you know why I kidnapped your friend after some time. Till then, Bye Bye and Hurry Up." Saying this he hung up the call.

"She is allergic to sedatives.", Abhigyaan mused. He was worried for her and I know that. But I can't resist myself to say him, "Now, you don't pretend as if you were worried for her. Don't behave like all that happened is not because of you." I was hell angry at him.

"I am not pretending and it's not because of me." Abhigyaan retorted.

"Wow.... just wow. She was crying when she called me. She was upset with you. She was saying that you changed. You are not her Kroor Singh any more. Abhigyaan, you Broke her trust." I said that with hatred. I was afraid for my Captain and most important I can't tell anyone that I love her more than my life. She is my everything. If he didn't do what he did yesterday then she would be here with us and celebrating New Year.

His eyes softened listening to his nickname. Her cries echoed in me ears. I had to clear my head to stop thinking about her last phone call. I can't help but think about her. How can I not?

"I didn't do anything wrong. And I very well know that you know why she came yesterday." He accusingly said to me.

"Yes I know and she wasn't wrong in that." I said to him, I didn't say much because I didn't want his truth to come out like this. Captain never wanted this.

"She is not.... But he is also not wrong. They both are correct at their places." Said Pragya bhabhi. Obviously defending her husband. How can she let anyone speak against his husband?

"What are you all talking about? Maan.... Pragya..... Abhigyaan....." Asked Adi totally confused.

"Would you like to disclose your reality or I will do that honour?" I taunted him.

"You don't have to do anything. I'll do that. Adi bhai..... Abhi is your Aman mama's son." Pragya bhabhi told him. I also called her bhabhi as Captain calls her that.

"What?? Are you in your right frame of mind? Are you thinking before talking?" Exclaimed Adi. He wasn't convinced to hear the truth.

"Yes I am in all my senses. Even Priya was the one who disclosed the fact. I didn't even know this until yesterday." Pragya bhabhi explained to him.

"Abhigyaan and Maan now whether you will be going to elaborate it or not." Adi sighed.

When we were talking Aman mama came from his academy. He went there to investigate about Adhyaa's whereabouts if anyone there knew about her. He said, " Is Sm..... Smriti ..... your mother?........"

We were shocked to see him. Even Abhigyaan too was unable to contact his eyes to him. He just nodded. Aman Mama further questioned him, "Where is she?"

Abhigyaan whispered, "She is not alive." He was shocked. He sat on the sofa and we, we means Abhigyaan, Pragya bhabhi and I, explained everything to him. Till the end, we all have tears in our eyes. Even Adi slapped him for thinking such low of them. They would never do something like that as he thought to anyone even if it was her step sister.

Everyone explained him and angry at him for thinking like that. Aman Mama asked him, "What's her name and where is she?"

"I can't tell you that. Priya would be the one to know her name first. I know I was at fault for thinking like that but how didn't I? She was just 10 years old when those ungrateful people left her at the threshold of orphanage. She was his own blood. But they didn't think that what will happen to her after that. I.. I didn't know about her being my half-sister till 2 years ago. As I promised Priya, I started my search for my parents when I joined my service. Then after 6 months of hard work I got to know my mother's name. And I was shocked to know that she was the same lady who every year on 15th of November used to come at the orphanage to celebrate Children's Day. (He chuckled) when we asked her she said that this is her unique way to celebrate Children's Day because every person celebrates Children's Day on 14th of November and how can she do the same thing when she is unique so that was her unique way." Abhigyaan said with shimmery eyes.

"She always used to say that she is special and unique. She was indeed unique." Aman Mama sadly chuckled.

Abhigyaan smiled and said, "She used to come there on 15th of November because that's my birth date..... Every year she celebrates that with me. But she didn't come on my 19th birthday...... That day in place of her I met her daughter. That day they left her there. She ...... she died after bearing those tortures...... Priya too knew her very well, we three were her favourite kids of the orphanage..... She bought a lot of gifts for us. After my search I got to know that those people want a boy and she didn't conceive again so they started torturing her..... They didn't spare that little kid. I wondered how she bought those gifts then got to know that she saves money for herself and spends that money on us...... She was an angel. But I was afraid if you all get to know about me or her. Then you'll hate me or her. And I can't tolerate that. And in all this I may have lost my other sister and friend. And I... I don't want this. That's why I hide this. Even shouted at her. Maybe I didn't do that then she would be here with us. Why did I do that... Why!!"

Aman Mama came and hugged him and consoled him. Abhigyaan too hugged him. Captain has to be here to see this. I was thinking about her then we again got a call.. video call from unknown number.
