TW: Yelling, cursing, and some nice dream family fluff

XD's pov:

I bandaged daydream's wounds and laid him on his bed, I sat on the edge of his bed and analyzed his features. His face used to be silk tan but now had scars all over it, And his arms had multiple large scars on them from a sword or something.

I didn't know why someone would do this to him to this extent, I mean I know he deserved some of the pain from the smp but not this much. I moved the hair that was covering daydreams face and smiled at him. I didn't want to wake him up so I teleported into the living room to see drista and nightmare standing in the living room stealing the snacks I had.

"What are you doing you two" They turned their heads slowly at me and tried to give me a smile but couldn't due to the food they had stuffed in their mouths. I shook my head at them smiling "You know you could just ask to take some snacks and not steal them?" Drista shrugged her arms and nightmare rolled his eyes.

"Don't be loud" "Why?" Drista asked while her mouth was still stuffed with the chip she was eating. "Because Daydream is hurt and needs some rest" Nightmare and drista snapped their necks so quickly at me that I thought their heads were gonna fall off.

"Who hurt them!" Drista ran up to me, While nightmare was looking like he was silently planning a murder. "I don't know who hurt him, But I will figure out who did tho" Drista instantly pull out her administrator system and started to search every single one of the smp cameras for who hurt daydream. Nightmare seemed to be doing the same thing as well, I smiled a bit they still cared for him so much even though they were younger than him.

"Mhm hello?" I turned around to see daydream leaning against the living room door frame. "Daydream! You shouldn't be up, You need to rest!" I flew over to him and tried to touch him but he flinched away from me. I sighed and sat in front of him and tried showing him that I wasn't a threat and I wasn't going to hurt him either.

He looked over at me and seem to realize that I was trying to help him, He walked over to me and sat in front of me. I smiled and patted his head gently as drista and nightmare were basically binge-watching all the cameras.
