Of course Latvia was surprised when she heard her phone ring- as far as she knew her friends were all busy and work wouldn't call her this late to fill in for someone. But as soon as she reached for her phone she saw it was Z- making her curious on why he was calling her.

When he asked her to hang out with him, she was so happy she couldn't stop smiling. It's not like she had other plans for the day, so she gladly agreed. Everything better then spending the whole day listening to her brother who was gaming with his friends while screaming in German at each other.

But the idea of her hanging out with Z alone made her nervous, although they had been hanging out before. Not that, that idea made her nerves slow down.

An hour after his call she was sitting on a bench in the park of their Valentine's day 'date'. She was playing with her phone until she felt an hand resting on her shoulder, it made her flinch as she started to panic. The worst scenarios came to mind while she slowly looked up to see the person who gave her this scare.

"Ah you scared me Z" she said relieved as she looked at the smiling face of Z.

She tucked a strain of hair behind her ear as she looked at his features, he looked just as handsome as he always does. Latvia couldn't believe she was actually thinking about that.

"Sorry if I made you wait" he said with a smile, he took her hands with his own as he slowly pulled her up from the bench, "but yeah, I got distracted by a cat on the way over. I just wanted to be honest, you know. It is something that happens more often then you would think" he continued.

Latvia smiled, unconsciously looking down at her hands to see how he was still holding onto her.

"Oh sorry" Z said with a slight stutter as he let go of her hands, rubbing the back of his neck. He didn't notice that he was still holding onto her small soft hands.

"What's your plan Z" Latvia quickly asked.

It was silent for a minute.

They were looking at each other as none of them were talking. "Oh right, I called you".

Latvia chuckled softly as she put her phone in her pocket, "let me guess, you didn't make a plan".

Z nodded as he rubbed the back of his neck again, feeling awkward that he once again didn't plan anything for them to do. He shouldn't make this into a new habit.

"If you don't know, then let's just walk around" Latvia suggests.

She lightly grabs his wrist as she drags him behind her, much to Z's surprise.

Even Latvia didn't understand what she was doing, or why she was holding his wrist like that. All she knew was that she didn't mind the warm feeling that was spreading through her body.

Suddenly she felt how Z stopped dead in his tracks, causing her to look over her shoulder at him in confusion. "Let's go find a claw machine, I feel like I'm on a lucky strike" the taller boy said with a smile.

His smile was contagious as Latvia couldn't help but let out a small chuckle before letting him guide her towards the closest claw machine.
