(Y/n) merely smiled at Zeke. She has her hands behind her back as she stands in front of him.

Jarvis stood next to her, he has his weight on his right side as he gripped the revolver in his right hand.

"Hello, big bro. Surprised?" (Y/n) chuckled.

Jarvis then approached him. Zeke slightly jumped when he leaned closer to him, he was removing the gag on his mouth.

"Ah, there we go." (Y/n) whispered, "Thank you, Jarvis," she said as the male stood back next to her.

Zeke coughed and moved his jaw for a few seconds before looking up at (Y/n) with wide eyes.

"What are you doing!?" he choked out.

"Isn't it obvious?" (Y/n) furrowed her brows with a smile and extended her arms out. "I kidnapped you! Along with ten other more!"

"You should've really expected this though," she added.

"I did expect that you'll turn your back on me," Zeke gasped out as he felt his head starting to throb in pain. "Acting like you'll go along with my plans, father really did a heavy toll on you."

"But the genuine in your acting threw me off guard. It hurts that it was all just an act. It really does." Zeke's expression slightly turned into a pained one as his voice quivered.

(Y/n) clapped and took a step closer, "Good! I'm glad it did because I'm not done with you just yet."

"(Y/n), please. Let me save you. You and Eren from our father's brainwashing!" Zeke leaned forward, causing the chains to clank loudly.

"Let me fix you! It isn't your fault that we got born to that monster! I will not... abandon you as they did, (Y/n)!"

"Fix?" (Y/n) scoffed, "Fix!? I don't need fixing and I don't need to be saved!" she then stomped her way towards him.

"Stop! Don't make contact with me!" Zeke warned her as his eyes widened.

Eren's eyes also widened as (Y/n) got in front of Zeke and gripped his hair harshly. Zeke shuts his eyes close and waited for something to happen, but nothing came but a painful pull of his hair.

"What?" he breathed out in disbelief and looked at (Y/n) with wide eyes.

"This isn't about our shitty father! This isn't about saving Eldia! They can die for all I care!" (Y/n) spat out and tightened her grip on his hair.

Zeke, however, ignored her words as the only thing in his mind right now is that she was making physical contact with her and nothing is happening.

"How are you..." Zeke trailed off. He can feel and hear his heartbeat quickens as his breathing got heavier.

"Oh, this?" (Y/n) grabbed his face and made him look up at her. "This is just a little trick I learned from my Titan."

"I can touch you without worrying about anything. I can use the Founding without your help." she then leaned closer to his ear and whispered.

"I can wipe your memories if I want to and make you think that this is all just a nightmare~"

Zeke's eyes widened even more as he started to feel his body tremble in fear. (Y/n) giggled at this and stared directly at his blue eyes.

"You stole someone important to me..." she said coldly but then smiled, "But then again, I did and will steal someone important to you. That makes us a tie."

Zeke furrowed his brows in confusion, not understanding what she meant. He suddenly groaned in pain when his head throbbed again, making him shut his eyes close and shook his head.

"Aw, what's wrong? Is your head hurting again?" (Y/n) cooed and slightly bent down, placing her hands on her knees as she slightly leaned closer to him.

Zeke ignored her as much as he could and focused on regenerating his wound. He pursed his lips and breathed heavily through his nose, trying not to let out a whimper when he couldn't heal his wounds.

"Why can't I feel it? Why can't I regenerate my wound!?" Zeke frustratedly thought as he started to grit his teeth.

"Because I made you not to." Zeke snapped his eyes open when he heard (Y/n)'s voice inside his head.

He looked up at her and saw a wicked smile appear on her lips as she showed him a test tube with a familiar clear liquid inside it.

"I owe the doctor so much for this. It did work. Look at you, unable to regenerate yourself." (Y/n) chuckled and Zeke let out a small gasp at the familiar vial.

"That vial..." He started as he stared at it.

"Familiar with it, I presume? You must be, he told me he tested it on you and the others." (Y/n) said as she place the vial in her pants pocket.

"To think that Magath actually let him do that to you and the others." (Y/n) shook her head with a chuckle. "How foolish of a commander he is."

Multiple groans and moans of pain rang behind Zeke and they all glanced at it to see that the ten guys starting to wake up.

"You know what? As much as we want to tear your mind right now, I will let you watch this show." (Y/n) grinned and gripped the chair Zeke was sitting on and turned him around.

"They can wait. They've waited for years, surely they can let this one slide."

Zeke furrowed his brows again, confused about whatever (Y/n) was talking about, and flinched when the injection was suddenly stabbed in his neck.

"Don't worry, this will stop your current pain for a few moments. I don't want you missing out on the show." (Y/n) whispered in his ear and pulled the injection back.

Zeke slowly felt numb from the pain in his head and he leaned back on his chair. It was no point in struggling, he has no strength, he can't regenerate, he can't transform-

Transform. He hadn't tried that one yet, it's worth a try.

As he was about to bite his inner cheeks, he got slapped ruthlessly on the cheek but he didn't feel pain from it. Apparently, the numbness reached his whole head, that goes along his face.

"Don't even try. It won't work. You're helpless." (Y/n) said and she glared at him. "So you better do nothing but behave in your seat."

Zeke was sure he saw her eyes glint white for a split second. It terrifies him, truly. (Y/n) is literally a standing god in front of him with her Titan powers all awakened.

A single power that can do all of the abilities of the other nine Titans? Can fuse with another allied Titan shifter? Can read a Titan shifter's mind and telepathic ability? Can see every past Titan inheritor's memories? Can alter one's memory? Titan control and creation?

Zeke thinks that Jarvis was once turned into a Titan, and got turned back with (Y/n)'s Titan ability. The opposite of what his spinal fluid can do.

"Eren, are you good there?" (Y/n) asked as her expression softens.

The said male slowly nodded, "I'm good here."

"Okay then," she then turned to Jarvis.

"Go on. I don't have all day. I have a dinner party to attend to." she said and took out her pocket watch, checking on it before putting it back in her pocket.

"On it, my lady," Jarvis said and opened the chamber of the gun, placing one bullet in and spinning it before putting the chamber back.

The ten men finally gained consciousness and struggled in their restraints. They all have cloth tied up in their mouths as they scream, though it was muffled.

"Screaming will not help you, gentlemen." Jarvis spat out as he looked at all of them.

"Who wants to go first?" he grinned as he aimed the revolver in their heads.

Most of the men froze on their spot while some of them were still struggling. Jarvis scoffed and raised the gun, aiming it at all of them.

"Let's see... How about..." Jarvis hummed and stopped the gun at the fourth man. "You."

Jarvis walked towards the man as his gun was still pointed at him. The man started to shake as he jerked his head away from the gun.

"Don't worry, I won't kill you instantly," Jarvis said coolly, pressing the gun on the man's temple. "That is if you survive the shot."

Jarvis placed his finger on the trigger as the man flinched and whimpered in fear.

CLICK!

"Huh? You survived. Congratulations!" Jarvis gave the man a pat on the back and aimed his gun at the fifth guy next to him.

"How about you?" the fifth man's breath hitched as Jarvis gripped the gun tighter.

CLICK!

"Good." Jarvis felt his eye twitch in annoyance but calmed down and aimed the gun at the third man.

"You?" the third man flinched and shuts his eyes close.

CLICK!

"Hm, you three are lucky so far." Jarvis hummed and aimed his gun at the first man, skipping the second man.

"What about you-"

BANG!

Jarvis' eyes slightly widened in surprise as the first man now lifelessly hung on the crystal pole. He shot him right in the forehead, leaving a bloody hole in the top middle of the first man's face.

"Oh," he uttered out, making (Y/n) chuckle while Zeke widened his eyes in horror. Eren remained quiet but he has his eyes widened slightly.

"You just killed him..." whispered Zeke in horror.

Jarvis ignored him and continued. He quickly reloaded the gun and rolled it before putting the chamber back, pointing it at the second man's head.

"How about you?"

CLICK!

"Good." he scoffed and scanned the males.

He raised a brow when he saw the tenth man trembling on his spot as he cried. He approached the male and grabbed his head, making the male flinch.

"You looking really down, are you okay?" Jarvis lifted the male's head up and studied his features.

He narrowed his eyes at him, "Hey, I remember you. You're that man that injected me the Titan serum."

"You're looking really sad, what do you have to say for yourself?" he pulled the cloth out of the male's mouth and gripped the gun tighter.

"YOU'RE INSANE! YOU AND THAT BITCH OVER THERE!" the tenth male barked at him and did a quick glare at (Y/n) before trying to pull his wrists out of the crystal pole.

"Hah?"Jarvis sneered, "Did you just fucking call my lady a bitch?"

The tenth male let out a whimper but retorted, "So she's a slutty bitch too, huh!? She-"

He didn't manage to finish his sentence as Jarvis grabbed a blade and mercilessly cut his hand off. The male's hand hung on the pole and his now bloody arm fell, making him screech in pain.

"Do not-," Jarvis started and cut his other hand, making the male fall on the ground as he now started to cry and scream in pain.

"-Disrespect my lady in front of me." Jarvis fully loaded the revolver in his hand and aimed it at the tenth male.

"You need to learn when to shut up."

BANG!

BANG!

BANG!

BANG!

BANG!

Six continuous bangs echoed across the room. The tenth male now laid lifelessly on the ground, bathing in his own blood.

His face is unrecognizable because of the gunshots on his face. The metallic smell of blood slowly started to smell in the room, making (Y/n)'s nose scrunch up.

"Forgive me, lady (Y/n)." Jarvis said and glanced at her, "I lost my patience. You can do Zeke in the other room so that you wouldn't smell the awful metallic scent of blood."

(Y/n) hummed and nodded, she grabbed the back of Zeke's chair and started to drag it to the other room. Ignoring if Zeke's face is licking the floor, she could care less.

"Wait for me in the diner, Eren. We can cuddle later. As I said, I have a dinner party to attend to." (Y/n) told Eren without glancing back before entering another room.

She slammed the door shut while Zeke stared with wide eyes at the room. Not only that he was still startled by what just happened earlier, (Y/n) dragged him where Monika and he used to sleep.

"Does the room bring you some memories you shared with Monika?" Zeke snapped out of his daze and glanced at (Y/n), who started covering the room with hardened crystals.

"Do you miss her? Do you hate her? Do you hate her because she broke her promise with you?" (Y/n) continued as titan marks started to appear on her face.

Zeke clenched his jaw as he pursed his lips.

"Can you promise me that you'll always be by my side?" Younger Zeke pursed his lips as he looked at Monika with hopeful eyes.

"I promise," Monika replied with a gentle smile.

Younger Zeke beamed and give Monika a closed-eye smile, "Thank you! I love you, Moka-chan!"

"I love you too, Little Zekie. Now off to sleep, you have training tomorrow. I'll be there supporting you as always." Monika kissed younger Zeke's head with a small hum.

"Hm, okay. Good night!"

"Good night."

He's now glaring at (Y/n) without realizing it which she found amusing.

"Do you want to see her?" (Y/n) asked. Zeke's eyes widened as she asked again, "Monika? Do you want to see her?"

"Actually, don't answer that. I know you want to." (Y/n) grinned and walked towards him.

She slightly leaned down and grabbed his head with both of her hands. Zeke stiffen at her touch and his breath hitched.

"Ready? Let's say... this is a small gift I have for you," she said before placing her forehead on his, causing a spark to emit around them and it all went black to Zeke.

.
.

"ZEKE!!"

Zeke widened his eyes and flinched. He looked up and saw Grisha, who has his eyes widened in anger and his breathing was heavy.

He looked down at himself and saw his hands were small and little, he was a seven-year-old again. He looked back up again and glanced at Dina, his mother, watching there being useless as always.

"You know... That Faye was only killed in the first place... BECAUSE OF HOW CRAZY THIS WORLD IS!!" Grisha screamed at him.

"We need to fight so that no one has to meet her fate again! We're taking a strong Eldia back from Marley! We're going to win the rights we deserve!!"

Zeke remembers this memory very clearly, it was this dinner argument before he told them out to the Marleyans. It was before Monika... suddenly joined their side and left him.

"B-But..! Grandpa said that if you hadn't gone... outside the walls..." Zeke suddenly meek out. He wasn't in control, he was starting to feel tears stream down his eyes.

Grisha stayed silent for a moment before muttering, "What... Did I do wrong? I just wanted to see the airship..."

Zeke's body moved on its own, he lowered his head and wiped his teary face. Yeah, he sure remembers this very well and he hates it.

Before Grisha could say anything, Zeke suddenly stood up and ran to their front door. He ignored Dina's calls and sprinted towards Monika's base.

He climbed up the stairs and clumsily got through the window, he looked up to see Monika with a frown on her face.

"Zekie?" Zeke wanted to speak but his body didn't listen to him. She's there, in front of him, she's just like how he remembers her.

"What's wrong-" Monika didn't finish her sentence when Zeke tackled her into a hug.

Tears started to stream down Zeke's eyes again as he cling to her. He couldn't speak, he isn't in control of his body, it was just a memory.

He reminds himself it's (Y/n)'s doing and it's not the real her in front of him. He hates it. He hates that he's falling for her trap.

He felt Monika wrap her arms around his small figure and held him close to her. It's warm. It's comforting. He felt safe in her arms.

He then heard a sob. Monika was crying. He doesn't remember that happening, why is that...?

"I'm sorry, Zeke." Monika sobbed and held him closer.

Zeke then realized he was back in his current body. He's taller than Monika, her head reaches her shoulders and she was crying on his shoulder.

"I'm sorry." Monika cried again. Zeke wrapped his arms around her in instinct. He can now move freely.

"Monika..." he muttered.

He felt Monika pull away from the hug and look up at him. Her eyes are slightly red and puffy from crying, she held him in her arms slightly tighter.

"I'm sorry, Zeke." she apologized again, "I was selfish, I wanted to go home and see my mother."

Zeke furrowed his brows as Monika continued, "I'm sorry I left you. I had to, I don't belong here, Zeke."

"Monika, what are you-" Monika cut him off.

"I'm sorry."

When Zeke blinked, she was gone. Everything was black, only a small unknown light around him that let him see himself.

What's happening? His thought somehow echoed in the black void. Where is he?

He didn't move from his spot and kept looking at his surroundings. He then started to hear whispers, he couldn't understand any of them but he is certain that it was not just one voice.

The whispers started to get louder, too loud that they started to hurt his ears. He covered his ears and gritted his teeth.

Covering his ears wasn't helpful at all. It's like the voices were just right next to him, whispering right in his ears, causing him to whip his head around to look for it but there is nothing.

Then suddenly, it stopped. It's quiet. He saw a familiar silhouette not too far from him and he made a run for it.

It was Monika's silhouette. As he reached her, he called her name.

"Monika!" he said and place his hand on her shoulder.

Before he could speak again, Monika's silhouette turned to him and he didn't see Monika's warm gray-cloured eyes.

Instead, he saw pure white bright orbs that made him step back from her. He saw no face, just her silhouette, and those white eyes.

Her mouth, if you could even call that, then smiled– too wide and was also white. Her silhouette let out a giggle and it disappeared when he blinked again.

The whispers are back and they sounded even closer to her than before. More black silhouettes soon showed and he started to back away from them, but they just kept moving closer and closer to him.

He covered his ears again as some of the voices started to cackle at his terrified expression. All white eyes are on him, towering over him as he felt so small.

Zeke fell on the 'ground' when the silhouettes came even closer to him.

(Y/n) watched Zeke's struggling figure, he has a horrified expression on his face. He has his eyes wide, they almost look like they'll budge out of his eye sockets, his mouth was wide as he let out terrified screams and cries.

She blankly stared at him for a moment before leaving the room, covering the door with hardened crystals once she got out.

(Y/n)– Norman fixed the collar of his black dress shirt and straightened his white suit and pants. He has his bangs slicked back as he had his longer portion tied in a low ponytail.

He walked out of his office and made his way downstairs. He reached his diner's kitchen and the other chefs and workers there had noticed his appearance.

"You look well in your suit, sir!" one of them complimented with an approving thumbs up.

"It 'suits' you, sir." the other joked, making the others groan or chuckle at their comment.

Norman shook his head with a chuckle, "Thank you. I'll be going. Vision is in charge tonight and he should have an announcement to tell you once I left."

'Take care' and 'Good luck' was told to him as he left the kitchen waving goodbye at them.

Norman reached the counter and said goodbye to Halfrida, who gave him a hug and quickly fixed some strands of his hair that were sticking out.

"You look handsome, dear." Halfrida softly said and smiled at him, placing a hand on his cheek.

Norman couldn't help but smile back as he felt his cheeks and ears warm up.

"Thanks... mom," he muttered and turned away, embarrassed. But he saw the smile on her lips grow wider.

She told him about the night when he called her a mom in his sleep and it completely embarrassed him. Having a Deja Vu accidentally calling Levi a dad. She didn't mind if he and Eren started calling her mom as she feel like she is one to them.

Halfrida pulled her hand back as Vision approached them, passing Norman a pair of red gloves which he wear.

"I'll take my leave now. Take care, alright? Especially tomorrow's event." Norman said and waved goodbye to them.

He quickly made his way to the grand hall and found Kiyomi and his men stepping out of the carriage. He walked up to them and greeted them.

"I'm glad you came, Miss Kiyomi," he said and offered his hand.

Kiyomi is wearing her white kimono with her clan crest marked at the back, a yellow patterned obi sash wrapped around her waist, a lighter shade of obijime in the middle of it, and a pink-colored obiage underneath.

"Mister Norman." Kiyomi greeted him and placed her hand on his. He placed a gentle kiss on the back of her hand before placing it on his arm.

"I'll take her from here, gentlemen. Have a good evening." Norman said before guiding Kiyomi inside the grand hall.

Multiple candle chandeliers and candle lamps managed to light up the grand hall, surprising Norman but didn't show it. Clothed tables are neatly arranged and there are already a lot of people inside, all of them wearing luxurious clothing and their traditional clothing to show what nation they are presenting.

Most of them are talking with a glass of wine in their hand, some were eating the food that was served. Some of their guards were standing on the sides as they studied the people and the place inside. There's also a soft piano and violin playing in the background.

"Oh my, it's crowded in here," Kiyomi remarked as she looked around the grand hall.

"It is." Norman hummed in agreement.

On the other side of the hall, there stood Zofia, Gabi, Falco, and Udo in their waiter uniforms.

"Woah..." Udo awed.

"I've seen these people in the newspaper..." said Falco as he looked around.

"No small talk." Gabi spoke up, "We'll do as we're trained. We're going to serve them."

"Wait." Zofia placed a hand on Gabi's arm as she stared at the distance. "It's sir Norman, he's here."

The other three followed Zofia's gaze and saw Norman with women who looked older than him wearing a kimono.

"Sir Norman looks amazing." Zofia awed while Gabi was a blushing mess next to her.

"The task sir Norman must have had was to guide one of the leaders," Udo observed and Falco agreed with him.

"He looks different." Falco said, "A good different, of course."

Gabi blinked and noticed the crest mark behind the kimono the woman was wearing.

"Wait, that woman..." Gabi started and pointed at the crest mark behind her kimono.

"I think she's someone from the eastern nation of Hizuru," she said.

"Eastern? I did some research about eastern food and the food sir Norman sell in his diner is one of them." Udo said, "Do you think he's related to her?"

"No idea." Zofia merely shook her head.

"I don't know," Gabi responded. She shook her head, focusing back on why they were here in the first place.

"Anyway look, glasses are starting to empty. Move out!" she said before the four of them dashed through the tables.

Grabbing the empty glasses and plates, refilling their new glass wine cups with wine. Carefully placing newly cooked food on the tables and adding new clean plates and cutlery.

"Hm? Oh... there's filthy blood touching the plates." one spat out in disgust as he looks over his shoulder to glance at Udo, who was walking away after taking the plates they used.

"Ugh!" the other covered his nose, "That explains why the food stinks!"

Udo stopped in his track and glared at them over his shoulder. While doing so, he accidentally hit a woman and spilled the wine over her clothes.

Udo gasped in horror and looked up, it was the woman Norman was with.

"I-I'm terribly sorry!" Udo trembled in fear and couldn't help but stutter in his words.

He flinched when the woman placed a hand on his shoulder and pulled him close, placing a finger on her lips as she looked around cautiously.

"Shush. Don't make a scene," she whispered to him, making him look up.

"B-But... your beautiful garment-" Udo stopped talking when he heard Norman's voice behind him.

"Miss Kiyomi, I have your- oh, Udo?" the said male slowly turned his head around to look at Norman who was smiling at him, slightly calming him down.

"Is everything alright?" Norman placed down the plate he was holding on the table next to him before approaching them.

"I wa- was..." Udo took a deep breath and was about to talk again but 'miss Kiyomi' spoke up first.

"I've spilled wine on my kimono and he was helping me clean it, don't worry." Kiyomi eyed Norman before quickly glancing around her, then back to him.

Norman slightly smiled and ruffled Udo's hair, "I see. Thanks, kid."

"Calm down, you're fine, Udo," Norman whispered to him.

"Huh? W-Why?" Udo breathed out and glance at Kiyomi.

"There's no telling what would've happened to you, right?" She whispered and they both glanced at Norman who was dismissing the people to turn their attention away from them.

"Just as Norman said, Calm down, you'll do just fine," Kiyomi gently patted Udo's shoulder before following Norman out of the grand hall.

Udo watched them walk away as his friends approach him with worried looks on their faces.

"You okay?" Falco asked worryingly.

"Yeah... she saved me." Udo told them, "She knew I was an Eldian, and still... She seems to be close with sir Norman, too."

"They must've known each other..." Gabi remarked.

"You know that boy, (Y/n)?" Kiyomi asked as she removed her clothes, placing them down in a chair. She stood behind a room divider to have privacy.

"Please do not call me (Y/n), even if we're in a private room," Norman said and he replaces the clothes she placed on the chair with new ones.

"And to answer your question, yes. I know him. He's one of the four candidates I was told to train." Norman said and walked out of the room, passing the dirtied clothes to one of Kiyomi's men. The man walked away with it as he walked back into the room, glancing at the window.

"What do you think they will think? Once they found out that you're a traitor." Kiyomi asked as she put on her new kimono.

Norman crossed his arms and said, "Obviously, they'll feel devastated. I'll emotionally hurt them, it'll cause them to have trust issues. It was all an act and I didn't value them. They'll feel used."

Kiyomi didn't answer for a few moments and walked out with her new kimono on.

"But you do value them, aren't you? You care about them." Kiyomi told him.

Norman remained quiet for a moment and let out a sigh, glancing at her, "I do. I do care about them. I don't want them to die or turn into Titans."

"But I can't ignore the fact that I will be betraying them." He said and started to walk towards the door.

"And not just them. So I'd appreciate it if you just follow the plan and keep your mouth shut."

Kiyomi took a deep breath before following him out of the room, "I have what I wanted, thanks to you, and of course, I will follow the plan just as you said."

They made it back to the grand hall just in time as Marley's ambassador made his way in front of the people with a glass of wine in his hand and a spoon on the other.

He tapped the spoon on the glass, gaining the people's attention.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! My sincere thanks to all of you for traveling this far away to this place, Liberio of Marley," he said.

"Oh, this will be a disaster," Norman whispered and crossed his arms broadly to his chest.

"How so?" Kiyomi curiously whispered back as she has a bad feeling about the man.

"Tim Keller, Marley's ambassador. He's an asshole and a pervert." Norman scowled, "He hates Eldians yet I caught him one time assaulting one of my students. Fucking disgusting."

Kiyomi widened her eyes in shock and focused back on the Marley speaker.

"Until recently, we were squabbling over resources in an unsightly war." he started, "However, yesterday's enemy is today's enemy!"

Just after he said that people looked at him in horror, annoyingly, and disgust.

"Ah, pardon me. Yesterday's enemy is today's friend!" he continued with a careless smile, "So, for all of you here full of Marley's food and drunk on our fine wine that we so pride ourselves on..."

"Oh," Kiyomi frowned.

"...Why not wash away the past in the toilet alongside your drinks and join me in a new toast?"

People are now scowling at him. Norman guesses if this continues, they'll launch on him and go for the kill. He doesn't care if he dies, he could care less.

"So!" Tim then raised his glass, "To everlasting peace!"

No one followed after him though and just scowled at him as they remained quiet. Norman had to cover his snort with a cough. So embarrassing.

A clap was heard as Willy Tybur approach him with a polite smile.

"Thank you very much! What refined jokes you tell, ambassador," he said to him.

"Huh?"

"But it seems our guests weren't able to understand what you were trying to say, so allow me to take over," Willy said and took the glass of wine out of Tim's hold, and gestured for him to walk away.

Applause filled the room once Marley's ambassador is out of their sight. Their frowns and scowls turned upside down.

"That's it, Willy!"

"The savior's descendant!"

"He would be a great ally, but Noah is the only Tybur I care about and need." Norman thought as he watched Willy bow down in front.

"As all of you know," Willy started, "You have been invited tomorrow to the Liberio internment zone."

"It's a compound, full of demons who once tried to destroy our world. Descendants of devils who once massacred the people of many nations and led us down into the depths of hell. It is home to the devils known as Eldians..."

He then placed a hand on his chest, "... A race whose blood runs in my veins, too."

"Marley, oppressed more than any other by those devils, then used them to oppress other nations only repeating the tragedies of the past-"

Norman stopped listening to him after that and decided to look around the grand hall. He saw the four candidates listening to Willy as well.

"To the playwrights and witnesses of history!!!"

Another applause emerge in the crowd after taking a sip of their tea and continued on with talking with the others.

Norman was too busy watching the others, he didn't notice that Willy walked up to them and is already greeting Kiyomi.

"Ah, you must be Norman." Willy's voice made the said male focus on him.

Willy was standing in front of them with a polite smile on his face. The male then offered his hand to him and introduced himself.

"Willy Tybur, but I'm pretty sure you've heard them say my name." he chuckled as Norman slowly reached for his hand and shook them.

"I've heard so much about you from Commander Magath!" he chirped.

"Ah," Norman slightly parted his mouth, "Well, I hope the commander didn't say anything bad behind my back."

"No, no," Willy chuckled as a grin formed on his lips, "It was all great. He finds you amusing, starting with the nickname you gave him and he even said that you're the strongest Marleyan soldier he has so far."

"I'm glad." Norman slightly smiled, making Willy's grin grow wider and he clapped his hands.

"Well, it's a pleasure meeting you, you too, of course, lady Kiyomi." He said and glanced at her, who gave her a nod.

"I'll be around, I have to greet the other guests." Willy chuckled before leaving them.

They watched him walk away and remained quiet for a moment before Kiyomi started to talk.

"He won't end well, isn't he?" she silently asked.

"If he and his sister change their minds, it might go well for him, but I highly doubt that," Norman replied.

He glanced at the people in the room and made eye contact with some of them. They then continued on to the night.

.
.

Zeke slightly furrowed his brows when he hears silent whispers around him. The voices sounded squeaky and pitchy, he guessed they were kids.

He let out a groan and slowly opened his eyes, only of his to hiss, and shut them close again as he was blinded by a bright light.

"He's awake? Is he waking up?" a girl's voice spoke up.

"He looks like it. Should we call Aunt (Y/n) and Uncle Eren?" asked someone with a male's voice.

"Just call Aunty, uncle's probably going to crawl his way here." another male spoke up with a giggle.

Zeke slowly opened his eyes again and noticed three figures standing over him. Three kids with sandy blond-colored hair, a girl, and two boys.

"He is awake! I'll call Aunty then!" the girl chirped to, which Zeke guessed her brothers before walking away, calling, "Aunty!! Beard man is awake!!"

Zeke furrowed his brows in confusion as he doesn't remember anything of what happened before finding himself here. He noticed he was laying on a couch as the two kids stood on the side.

"Are you feeling alright?" one asked as Zeke slowly sit up.

"A little, just a headache," Zeke responded and held his head, he felt bandages around it.

"Zeke? Big bro, you alright?" (Y/n)'s worried voice reached his ears that made him turn to her.

She had her brows furrowed in worry as she approached him, she has some medicine in her hand as the little girl followed her with a glass of water.

"Oh geez, I am so sorry." (Y/n) said and sat a meter away from him, "Are you alright?"

"Just a headache," he said with a small smile.

"I expected that. Here." she placed the medicine between them and rested her hands on her lap.

Zeke took the medicine and a glass of water was shoved to his face but didn't spill, making him focus on the small girl in front of him.

"Here's your water!" she said with a smile.

"Thank you." he smiled back at her and took his medicine. After that, he glanced at (Y/n) with a confused look.

"What happened? I can't remember anything before waking up here."

"Ow," (Y/n) winced, "I hit you that hard, huh? I'm so sorry again."

"We were playing baseball hours ago before I accidentally swayed the bat too hard and it went flying towards your direction and hit you in the head." (Y/n) bluntly said and sheepishly grinned.

"You were pretty covered in blood when they bought you here." a male kid spoke up and Zeke turned to him.

"You looked dead," he added and the other male kid nodded in agreement.

"(Y/n)," Zeke started and slowly glanced at her, "These kids... they're not yours, are they?"

"Huh?" (Y/n) muttered with a dumbfounded smile.

"Weren't you awake earlier? You should've heard us say 'Aunt (Y/n)'." the male kid spoke up again and crossed his arms.

The other male kid followed his action and crossed his arms. The little girl glanced at her brothers and copied them, pouting.

"What? No, they're not mine!" (Y/n) laughed. "As if! Pregnancy is scary, you know?"

"Ah," Zeke slowly nodded his head, "How long was I out?"

"The whole evening..." (Y/n) lowered her head and pursed her lips, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hit you."

Zeke softly smiled at her and raised his hand to pat her head, but stopped when he remembered they can't make physical contact. He closed his hand and placed it back on the couch.

"Wait, then how did you and Eren carry me all the way here?" Zeke asked as he looked around the place, "We can't make any physical contact, after all."

"Oh! Jarvis carried you here! I really owe him a lot." (Y/n) smiled brightly with a nod.

"He's not your boyfriend, is he?" Zeke quickly asked, catching (Y/n) off guard.

"Pfft- no." she chuckled, "He's more like an older brother slash a caring butler to me."

"Good." Zeke sighed in relief, making her raise a brow but didn't ask further.

"Where's Eren?" Zeke asked once he noticed their other brother isn't with them.

"He's in my room, resting. Actually, we should go to him now that your awake, he has some questions for you." (Y/n) said and stood up.

"You three, go down and help your uncle Jarvis close the diner." (Y/n) told the three kids who nodded with a salute, before jogging out of the room, giggling.

Zeke smiled as the three kids left. That would've been him, Eren, and (Y/n) if they grew up together without Titans existing.

"Come on, big bro. Eren doesn't like to wait that long." (Y/n) said to him.

He nodded and stood up from his seat, feeling a lot better after taking the medicine she gave him. He followed her through the room and after a few seconds, they reached a hall with two doors, right next to each other.

"That room-," (Y/n) pointed to the right door, "-is already occupied, so don't get in there unless you got told to do so."

"And this is my room." She then pointed at the left door, wrapped her hand on the knob, and opened it.

The room wasn't that big but it was spacious enough to relax. A double bed was placed near the window and a nightstand was next to it, a wardrobe was placed in front of the bed and next to it is a whole body mirror, two small chairs and a table were placed next to the nightstand, and lastly, a seemed to be a work table a few feet away from the front door is placed.

Eren was sitting on the bed and looked up when the door opened, he visibly brightened up once he saw (Y/n) walk in.

"He's awake, Eren." (Y/n) said and jogged towards the bed before jumping in, hugging a pillow close to her.

Zeke closed the door behind him and sat on one of the small chairs next to the nightstand. He watched Eren gently rub (Y/n)'s head who hummed and leaned on his touch.

"She's like a cat." Zeke mentally noted.

(Y/n) glanced at him and slightly scowled, "I'm no cat."

Zeke's mouth slightly parted, "Right, you can read my thoughts. Can you tell me more about them later?"

"It's late but sure." (Y/n) shrugged, "Eren has some questions for you."

"How are you feeling?" Eren started.

"Just fine. After (Y/n) gave me medicine, I felt a lot better." Zeke then smiled, "I appreciate your concerns."

Eren nodded, "Okay, what were the last things you remembered before passing out?"

"Well, (Y/n) told me what happened before I passed out, and I remember some of them happening, then I woke up here," Zeke responded.

"I also remember something. It's a silhouette. I can't seem to properly..." Zeke sighed and shook his head, "It's probably your silhouette when I passed out."

Eren glanced at (Y/n) for a second before looking back to Zeke.

"Right. You and the others have research about the Titans right?" Zeke nodded at his question, "How about the Ackermans?"

"Ackermans? There are, yes. Why'd you ask?" Zeke questioned, he leaned in and rested his elbows on his knees, curious about Eren's question.

"Is there... a disease unique to the Ackerman clan? Having headaches? Or like an ingrained behavior to protect their 'host'?" Eren asked, and Zeke slightly widened his eyes at him while (Y/n) eyed him.

He then made eye contact with (Y/n), "You see, there's an Ackerman we know. She's kind, clingy, overly protective, and affectionate to us, but I'd say she's more like that towards (Y/n) than me."

"Why is that? Is there a secret reason to her Ackerman blood that explains why she acts like that?" Eren finished.

Zeke stared at them in amusement before laughing, confusing Eren while (Y/n) just stared back at him, unimpressed.

"What are you talking about?" Zeke chuckled, "Headaches? A disease unique to the Ackerman clan? I never heard that from the Titan research or mister Ksaver."

"Records do show Ackermans awakening to their power when their survival instincts are triggered. But an ingrained behavior to protect their 'host'?"

Zeke then tilted his head with the amused smile still plastered on his face, "So... You want to know the true reason why this Ackerman girl shows you two so much kindness and affection?"

"Listen, you two, because this is really interesting." he chuckled once again, "There's no such thing as that. There's no secret reason, ingrained behavior, or compelled instinct."

"Here's what I think. She just likes you two so much that she'd snap a Titan's neck for you." Zeke finished with a smile, and Eren looked down on his lap.

"Well, news flash," (Y/n) spoke up, gaining their attention. "She's all over Eren now, romantically at least."

Eren looked at her confused, "What are you talking about?"

"I asked her about her feelings towards me, and she said she loves me as a family and not like that." (Y/n) looked away for a second before looking back at them, "It's fine, though. I didn't really push my hopes up that much that she'll like a girl back."

Zeke looked at his younger sister sympathetically while Eren furrowed his brows.

"But she was, didn't we... she..." he stammered.

"Eren, I talked to her. She made it clear, alright?" (Y/n) smiled at him, "I can't force myself on someone who doesn't want me like that. It'll only make a fool of myself."

She then looked down, muttering, "It's better that way. It'll make things easier for me."

"I'm sorry about that, (Y/n). But I don't mind you dating a girl, you can prevent teenage pregnancy with that." Zeke lifted his head and glanced at the window. "It's pretty late, is there any more you want to ask me?"

Eren shook his head while (Y/n) replied, "No. You'll sleep on the couch, by the way. Jarvis will change your bandages once you left the room."

"I think my head had healed enough. It doesn't hurt anymore." Zeke said as he touched his bandaged head.

Zeke then stood up from the small chair and smiled at them, "Well, good night, you two. Have a good sleep."

He then left the room. (Y/n) and Eren stayed quiet for a few moments. (Y/n) laid on her back and stared at the ceiling, hugging the pillow close to her.

"So," (Y/n) started, "The plan will start tomorrow night. Are you ready to talk to Reiner again, Eren?"

"What do you mean by earlier?" Eren ignored her question and glanced at her, "What do you mean Mikasa said she loves you as a family? It was obvious that it wasn't like that."

"Eren, she already made her decision. Drop the topic."

"No, (N/n), this is-"

"I don't want to talk about it. Please."

Eren pursed his lips and laid down next to her, (Y/n) immediately moved closer to him and placed her head on the side of his arm, and gripped his sleeve, hiding her face from him.

Silence ate the two and it wasn't clear if it was comfortable or a painful silence, but either way, both of them relaxed in the silence.

Eren sighed through his nose and turned to (Y/n), wrapping his arm around her upper back and his other protectively around her head, and pulling her close to him as this might be the last time he'll be able to do this to her after tomorrow's events.

He hates how to world is cruel, yet it's also beautiful.

(Y/n), his friends and his family are the beautiful ones in it for him. They're the beautiful flowers shining below the sun. People will pick them out of their stems because they're beautiful. They want them dead, and he's not going to let that happen.

He'll keep moving forward until his enemies are destroyed.
