Hinata Shoyou. The Prince of Karasuno.

He was overall a really fantastic kid, he did amazing during academics and he scored mostly A+. He was also highly athletic for his age and loved sports to the core. 

In addition to that, he was also the only heir to the Kingdom of Karasuno which made his parents get a little overprotective when it comes to him. Yes, it annoyed him but then he got used to it.

Hinata had always dreamt of being a normal kid and going to a normal school but instead he was homeschooled with the best tutors across the kingdom. Now don't get him wrong, he always appreciated what his parents did for him but sometimes he liked things going his way.

He made up a plan for his wish to come true. And just like that, he started pestering his parents about the matter driving them insane so they finally they gave in to his request. Truth be told, it was one of the happiest days of Hinata's life.

He could finally go to a normal school! Not only that but he also got a chance to be a normal kid!!

After a few days of debating about which school he should attend, he chose Karasuno High School. Not even a few days had passed since he started going to the Highschool and he had already joined the volleyball team and made multiple friends. 

He made a fake personality for himself. He acted dumb and oblivious so as to not get much attention but he still managed to with his energetic exterior which was of course was real since he was super hyped with the opportunity in his hands. Now its time for the juicy part ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)✌

Tsukishima Kei. That was his crush.

Hinata couldn't help but fall in love with the blonde's sarcastic and salty personality. He was also pretty attractive and he hardly ever smiled but Hinata knew he would look even better with a smile on his face. 

Well Tsukishima didn't really like talking to people much so Hinata would sometimes purposely make mistakes just to get him to have somewhat of a conversation with him.

Currently for Hinata, reality was far away from being right. The reason for that? His fucking parents.

They wanted him to MARRY a girl who he didn't even know, of course he wouldn't be okay! He wasn't even straight and neither did he love this unknown girl! This really upset him and more frequent fights were seen inside of the palace.

Now let's get into the present, shall we?

Hinata was cycling down the hill as fast as he could, he can't believe that he was late for practice! Stupid alarm clock.

Finally, he arrived at practice just when everyone else were in the gym doing their regularwarm ups. "SORRY I'M LATE!!"

"It's okay Hinata. You can go change and then start your warm ups.", Sugawara Koshi said, the vice captain or you could rather call him the 'mom' of the team.

"Okay Suga-san!!"

And soon Hinata joined them during their usual warm ups and then they started with the actual practice. Everything was normal, there were snarky comments thrown in, a few fights were made and some bickering was there which was actually pretty common during their practice. Then it happened.

"Shoyou.", a familiar/unfamiliar voice said making everyone turn their heads to face them.

And there it was. Hinata's parent aka the King and Queen of Karasuno.

As soon as the members recognized the two, they immediately bowed down in respect except for Hinata. "Psstt Boke, that's the queen and the king, you have to bow down..."

"I know who they are Kageyama.", Hinata said coldly giving a sharp glare at their direction. He was still very cross with them after knowing about their decision of making him marry some random girl.

The team were very surprised at Hinata's reaction. Usually he was all respectful but know...it was different. All the team could understand was that there was something wrong between the royal couple and Hinata.

"What are you doing here dad?", Hinata asked a spark of anger flickered in his eyes. "You know what this is about. I want you to marry the princess of Aldovia, you two are the perfect match."

That was the last straw for Hinata, he lost it.

"NO WAY DAD!! I AM NOT GOING TO MARRY SOME STUPID BITCH I'VE NEVER MET!!"

The entire team were shook realizing the fact that Hinata was part of a royal. But they were even more startled at Hinata's outburst. True, they had seen Hinata get angry before but they never heard his curse before. This was a REALLY rare sight to see.

"Shoyou, listen to your father. This is for your own good!", Hinata's mother backed up her husband but she didn't really make the situation any better.

"Oh shut up Mom! This is MY life, I get to marry whoever I LIKE!", Hinata stood his ground stronger than ever before. "Why the hell are you against this marriage?!"

Hinata knew that he HAD to say something or else his parents won't take back their decision. And so he said...

"IT'S TSUKISHIMA!!", Hinata shouted out the first name that came to his head.

"Who..?", His parents asked in utter confusion.

"Tsukishima..he's my boyfriend..."

Silence prevailed throughout the gym but soon the silence was broken my King who cleared throat.

"I didn't know you were gay but we accept you darling..", the Queen stated with a slight smile on her face.

"I will remove the marriage proposal...and also make sure your boyfriend meet us both at the palace. I would like to speak to him..", His father said lost in a few thoughts of his.

"We will see you later honey. Farewell to all of you.", Hinata's mother said addressing their leave.

"Farewell to you too your royal highnesses." And the two royals took off back to their palace. The moment they stepped out the gym, uncomfortable silence could be heard within it.

"Your the prince..?", Sugawara gulped at his underclassmen.

"Yeah...", Hinata nervously laughed out his reply. "Wait so are you really dating Tsukishima??"

"Gasp!! I was going to ask to, are you?", Tanaka gasped at his bro. Must be telepathy tbh-

"What? No!! I just told that to drive them away.", Hinata shook his head and hands violently in denial.

"Oh man, I was really looking for some more juicy tea.", Tanaka sighed in dismay at his kohai who justly plainly stated, "Well thats all you'll be getting for now I guess."

"But seriously Hinata, I have NEVER seen you get this angry before.", Yamaguchi said to Hinata remembering what had took place in the gym a few minutes ago.

"Oh please, you'll see more of this shit if you stayed over at the palace."

During the practice, some of them started taking advantage of Hinata's little mistake and started teasing the hell out of the two especially the blond. When it was almost the end of practice, Tsukishima had enough and dragged Hinata outside the gym and into a corner so they could 'talk'.

"Why in fuck's sake did you say my name you little shrimp?! Why not anyone else's?!!", Tsukishima spat out almost immediately.

"I'm sorry!! Your name was the first one to come out of my mouth!!!", Hinata apologized and bowed his head down multiple times trying to win his forgiveness.

"Well now because of your 'little mistake', I am getting teased for it by the shitty team. You obviously did this purposefully.", Tsukishima said putting his hand on top of his face. He was so annoyed and irritated by all the teasing, this was so stupid.

"I said I am sorry!! And of course not, I didn't mean for this to happen..", Hinata said clutching the corner of his jacket and looking away from Tsukishima.

Silence surrounded them for a while before Tsukishima started talking again.

"But still...why was my name the first to come your mouth..?"

"What..? I...uhm...."

Hinata didn't know what to say or what to do. Should he confess his feelings? Nah. Tsukishima would probably reject him. And he wasn't the type of person to handle a rejection properly. "Oi..."

Hinata's head shot up at his voice and Tsukishima began to say something. Something which he wanted to tell for a long time. And now, was the perfect time.

"I...I like you Hinata. Its not...like friends, its more like... you know..romantically..."

It may have just been a sentence but that one sentence had Hinata's heart beating faster than ever. This was something he had only dreamt about and now it had happened. For real.

Hinata didn't waste a single minute and jumped up to kiss Tsukishima and then wrapped his hands around his neck. Tsukishima was surprised at first at the sudden kiss but then he too melted down into the kiss.

It felt euphoric. It was a feeling they had never felt before. 

One thing was definite for the both of them, this kiss was one of the best things that happened to him.

Hinata slowly backed away from the kiss and confessed his feelings which were kept under wraps for a while, "I was always in love with you."

And they went in for another kiss just as Nishinoya got out of the gym in search for the two first years. When he saw they kissing, he asked.

"Sooo you two dating now??"

The love birds opened the eyes almost immediately at the unexpected voice and pulled away from each other. They turned as red as a ruby as they started stumbling over their words.

Hinata really got more than what he expected.
