The votes had been made in favor of Zhongli's first release on the previous chapter "What If". I apologize to delay the publish of the story. For the next two weeks would be Childe's release due to its second place, third place will be Diluc, and fourth one will be Kaeya. The chapters will possibly include 18+ so let's get to it! :)

"WHAT IF" YOU CHOSED ZHONGLI

All fatigue had been replenished from the adventure (From the "What If" the first chapter.), fresh air from mondstadt. You chose to seek Zhongli's presence since you prefer to be on his side from now on.

It is a beautiful day to head to Liyue for some Zhongli. . .

"Zhongli?? What are you doing here???" At mondstadt, you saw him wearing cloak but as soon as both of you locked eyes, you realized it was him.

"Ah. Y/N." He seemed stuttered by his words and also unusual of him to act like this.

He looked like a strange man looking from afar, scary enough to approach but it was Zhongli, a friend of yours.

"What brings you here?" You smiled at him in a blissful way to show your mood.

Strangely, he closes his eyes looking so dizzy but still, he muttered "Have you seen the bard?".

Thinking that there is a few bards at mondstadt you asked him "What kind of bard exactly?".

"The one wearing odd green clothes." He is trying his best to concentrate.

The thing that had already been on your mind was Venti, but you haven't seen him for a while now. Perhaps he's at a tavern?

"maybe he's at the tavern right now, would you need my help?" His face is really flustered, looking like he had a very bad fever.

"No. . . No. I don't want to burden you." He tapped your shoulder and proceed to walk his way to the tavern.

Looking back at him, you couldn't stop worrying about his condition so you decided to follow him in a distance. He never visited mondstadt before, maybe his appointment with venti was very important that he had to come all the way here.

Arriving to the place, they both saw each other between the door. Venti shouted out in a fright seeing Zhongli in front of him. They seem to have conversation, it looks interesting but you don't wanna eavesdrop more so you remained your distance.

"WHAT DID YOU DO?!" Zhongli unexpextedly shouted out at Venti while seeing him gritting his teeth. Its not normal as human teeth, it was sharp and scary.

You never heared him had an anger issue but from what Venti described Zhongli, he was brutal and merciless due to archon times. . . But this wasn't the archon war anymore, maybe he had a grudge on Venti or something?

While being grabbed by Zhongli, the frightened Venti saw you from the distance from where he is facing. As he yelled out for your name, he released his grip from venti.

"Y/N ! I'm glad your here! Help meee." He came running towards you and hid behind your back.

"Zhongli Are you okay??" While looking at him heading your way, he seem to be almost out of stamina and kneeled down gasping for air.

You asked for Venti's cooperation, he didn't even hesitate to help Zhongli up despite of what he did to him just now.

"I think we need to go somewhere quiet." He used his power to move place from mondstadt to windrise.

The place was more peaceful and refreshing, Zhongli can't help himself getting weak so you decided to place his head your lap to support it.

He rests asleep.

"Hehe. Sorry, It might be my fault that this happened to him." He scratched the back of his head with embarassment.

"What? What was it??" while talking with Venti, you lifted the hood of his cape gently and checked around his health, either he's feeling hot or cold. Seeing his appearance, it unexpectly widened up your eyes.

His head had horns trying to grow out, his teeth was incredibly sharp, Scales growing out beside his cheeks, it was certainly fascinating although he isn't fine with his condition.

"I kinda. . . Gave him the wrong tea, which the cups seemed so alike, so I didn't even hesitate to take one of it." He apologized as if it was a grave sin to do.

"One of the teacup contained what??" You were very pressured on what is happening, but it seems Venti was really sincere on his words.

"It was sort of like medicine. I don't exactly know what that was. But on the bright side, he's like a sleeping beauty! Maybe a kiss could do the job!" You knew he was spouting nonsense so you just stared at him like a stone.

"Come on now! Think of the possibility Y/N!" He smiled so cheerfully as if it would really work.

"Could you just find a right medicine for him instead?" You expressed a dull expression.

He was still cheerfull and gave you a salute "ON IT! I'll be back soon so please wait!". Then he disapeared using anemo power.

While Venti was gone, you examine Zhongli's face and thinking so many wild thoughts to this man. You definetly imagined kissing him a second ago now you were sitting steady like a stone, legs getting numb already. You tried to wake him up little by little but he did not response.

For a while now, You were just staring at nothing while waiting. Maybe he won't notice if you kiss him, so you gathered all your strength believing that he will wake up with a kiss, you pouted out your lips and went closer to his face. But something was not right. Taking advantage of someone who is sleeping does not count in a proper way, while there is nothing between you and him.

"Why. . . Did you stop?" His eyes opened and it was really fascinating up close, the details of his eyes can also be stunning.

"GEEZ YOU SCARED ME!" Pretending you were scared but you were just embarassed on what you did.

"Where is that bard?" He asked in a gentle tone this time.

"He said he will go find a medicine while you are sleeping." cold sweat running down your forehead.

"Okay." While he is on your lap, he placed his hand to at the back of your head to push your face down to him.

"While he's on errand. I want this opportunity, for now." The slower you are getting closer to his lips, he slowly closes his eyes too.

All you can think about is.

He suddenly stopped, releasing the presure to your head. The beat of your heart was going crazy it could almost give you a wild heart attack. You didn't even say anything, but you felt disappointed somehow.

"Sorry." He turned his gaze away from you looking sad all of a sudden.

His horns started to grow longer, the scales were starting to harden, his hair started to grow longer. He lifts his self up and tried to control his power according to his will.

"This is not good. If I keep this up, they will see me as rex lapis, alive again."

"What happened yesterday to Venti's visit at Liyue?" While looking at him in a nostalgic way, you straighted up your sitting position since your legs is getting tired.

"I just realized, He took the cup with the herb in it, which it should not be filled with tea accordingly to my discovery. Mixing it with tea instead of regular warm water could possibly change the effect of the medicine due to its different mixture." He closed up his hand looked at you with a smile on his face this time.

"What kind of effect had made yourself back to your original form. . .?" your worried expression made him chuckled akwardly and placed his hand on his forehead.

"I just can't control my form right now, all I have been thinking was you when I woke up." He embraced you gently, he was feeling comfortable and happy.

You were silenced by his words, all flustered and shy. He's too much to handle, he just cared about you so much that he even agreed upon going with you on your request for destroying those ruin guards.

"I also have been trying to avoid you since I can't handle the effects of the medicine, seeking my desires for you so badly."

Let's just say the medicine made him horny. :)

He released you from his embrace and you immediately covered your face with your hands from the moment you can't handle your feelings.

Hearing the winds getting stronger, Venti finally arrived.

"I'M HERE *Panting* I FINALLY GOT IT! THIS WILL REMOVE YOUR PAIN AND GO BACK TO NORMAL!" He raised the bottle containing clear liquid inside.

"What's that. Water?" Your face made a blank expression to what you saw.

"Its a vile of medicine for your problem!" He offered it to Zhongli, as he examines the bottle he opened it and smelled the aroma coming out from it.

"Why does it smell so. . . Sweet?" He had no Idea what the vile contained so he looked at Venti with a sharp intent.

"Ah! Well, it contains honey and fresh water and mixed in a medicine which is the perfect cure for you!" He proudly explained what it contained but Zhongli didn't hesitate no more. He just drank it and took your hand.

"Alright, I'm cured. thank you. Farewell." He didn't even expressed anything but his form was still there.

"Wai-wait! Are you sure?" You were very confused why he would just pull your hand.

"Hmm. let me stretch my self out a bit then." The clouds started to get dark that you can't even see the blue sky.

You can hear the fright of the people from mondstadt to windrise. You saw Zhongli finally took his form and rised up from the sky. Venti casted a wind barrier around the whole area to prevent people from seeing Zhongli's form.

"He's being reckless. . ." Venti squinted his eyes looking at Zhongli.

"Is he always like that?" You were amazed on what you are seeing.

"No, Maybe the vile of medicine did take effect." he shrugged off his question with a laugh.

The dragon went down as it should and transformed back normally as Zhongli again. He seemed to be pleased by his form to return back.

"Ah, finally. I feel refreshed." He yawned out all the stress and frustration from his body.

Both you and Venti were completely speechless, so Venti exclaimed his words "Since were done here, I can finally go!" He grinned out and laughed.

"Then I'll be expecting you to be careful next time." He placed his hand on his forehead to calm his self. Despite on the accident, he remained calm as he is.

"HEHE, See ya!" He was finally gone.

The moment of silence were both of you were alone, gave you a chills to your spine.

"Now. Where were we?" He faced you and took your hand gently this time.

"Were at windrise." Trying to change the topic so you couldn't be more flustered.

"Right. Let's go." The atmosphere changed and the view became different. It was no longer windrise it was Liyue.

In fact, it you were in a room just staring at the window while holding Zhongli's hand. The heart beat came running fast again, he gently pushed you down to bed, weighing his self on you.

"WAIT!" You closed your eyes from seeing him, as he holds both of your hands to his, so you could not resist.

His form was slowly starting to grow back again, and his flustered face made you peek. He started to remove his coat, his sleeves, leaving shirtless. He was too hot when he gets closer to you.

"I want to make a contract with you." He started to kiss your neck slowly running to your breasts.

"AREN'T YOU ALREADY CURED???" With no strength to move from his grip, Can't help but get attracted to this man.

"I never said I will get cured by a medicine that brat gave me." His serious face made you scream from the inside.

While internally screaming you lowered your voice and said "Please. . . Be gentle." Yep, you had fallen all over him.

He smirked devilishly, a smile that only you can see. He undressed you slowly and gently, as your face blushed so well.

While undressing he whispered his reason why he was at mondstadt at that time.

"I was looking for you everywhere, until I found you, my urge could almost break my character. I had to resist the feeling, since you were there I could not punish that bard in front of you." He started to lift your right leg, from your surprised you saw how big it was ʕ•ε•ʔ.

You had to look the other way but his expression to his urge was definetly arousing that it made you wet.

As he saw how you were liking it, he chuckled and decided to raised both your legs and entered inside you. His tongue swirled around yours while keeping on thrusting, He loved the way you moan, but his form somehow manage to go back normally.

Waking up in a morning, you can see his face in front you. You still can't believe this man is on your side, you felt the exhilaration all over your body.

Staring up the ceiling as if you were eaten by your thoughts from what happened. He placed his hand to your cheek and kissed your forehead.

"I'll protect you no matter what." He then smiled and embraces you with his warmth.

The feeling of getting loved and being cared at the same time, was the happiest moment that you ever felt.
