Flipping out Time

(3rd person pov.)

-------------------------------------------------

"One! Two! Three! Four..." Everyone chanted.

"Ah, the sound of a choreographed exercise regimen echoing across the field on a golden afternoon," Koro-Sensei said easily as he twirled a yellow flower in his tentacles. "So peaceful, so militant." He watched his students swing their anti-sensei knives back and forth.

"Make those knives sing! Treat every move like a legit kill strike!" Mr. Karasuma shouted. Each of the students panted as they continued to swing their knives from left to right.

"You're in the way here, pal," Mr. Karasuma said coldly to Koro-Sensei. "Phys Ed is my department now."

"But- but I'm lonely..." Koro-Sensei said as his round yellow head drooped down.

"Then find something else to do, then, like, I don't know," Mr. Karasuma pointed over his back with his thumb. "There's a sandbox. Have a field day"

Koro-Sensei was left in the sandbox in the corner, crying pity tears as he continued to watch the children swing their knives. "You don't have to be so insensitive. The kids liked it better when I was their gym teacher anyhow."

Sugaya stopped and sighed. "Yeah, not so much. No offense or anything, but when it comes to exercise you..."

"Set the bar kinda high," Sugino finished.

(Your pov)

"You sure it's just 'kinda'?" I asked Sugino. He just shrugged.

(Flashback)

Koro-Sensei was in his P.E. uniform while standing on three lines drawn on the ground. "Alright, let's try a simple 'jumping side to side' maneuver. Watch closely and I'll show you how it's done." He began to jump from one side of a line to another. I could've sworn that my jaw hit the floor.

Okajima, Maehara, and Sugino looked just as surprised. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!"

"Once you got the rhythm throw some cat's cradle into the mix," Koro-Sensei added gleefully as he made a Jacob's Ladder with some red yarn.

"WOW, HE IS SERIOUSLY GOOD!!!"

(Flashback end)

"Like we can keep up with that," Nakamura said, crossing her arms.

"We're human beings, you know," I raised my arms in surrender. "And I think our coach should be one too."

"Whaaa..." Koro-Sensei looked up at me in the middle of his rock balancing thing with tears pouring down his round face. He continued to cry pity tears and it's really hard not to feel sorry for him.

"Right, back to work, people," Mr. Karasuma ordered.

Maehara spoke up. "Can I ask you an obvious question, sir? If there's an actual point to this training, should we uh- practicing right in front of our target?"

"Whether killing or studying, it's the same principle," Mr. Karasuma said monotonously. "Drill the basics, and it'll serve you well."

Right...

"Isogai. Maehara. Step up," Mr. Karasuma ordered. The two boys stepped out of the cluster of students and faced our P.E. teacher.

"I want you to try and tag me with those knives."

Huh?

"Wait, like as a team?" Isogai asked.

"Do you think it's a good idea?" Maehara said.

"Those blades are harmless. They weren't designed to hurt human beings," Mr. Karasuma loosened his tie. "Tell you what: manage to hit me and you go home for the day."

The two boys looked at each other hesitantly. "Oh, um, okay. Here goes nothing." Then they started to attack.

Mr. Karasuma dodged each of the attacks easily. "See that, kids? Even with the bare minimum of know-how, I can practically dodge their attacks in my sleep. They got no technique."

The boys looked very pissed. They tried to stab him at the same time, but then they got flipped over to their backs. They grunted as they hit the ground.

Mr. Karasuma looked at us. "If you can't hit a guy like me, you haven't had a prayer against a target whose top speed is Mach 20. See? We've been sparring for half a minute and look!"

I looked over to the sandbox and sweatdropped at the sight of Koro-Sensei all dressed up with a teacup in his hands.

"He's had time to change clothes, make tea, and build a model of the Osaka Castle," Mr. Karasuma continued and picked up the boys who were still dumbfounded. "This is why we drill. When the whole class can hit me, then you have a shot. Do what I tell you as often as I tell you to do it, you'll become assassins." He told us. I just crossed my arms.

"(y/n)? You still don't look convinced. You wanna try sparring me too?"

Everyone looked at me.

"(y/n)! Don't do it! You'll get creamed!!" Kayano whispered-screamed.

But still... I haven't had a scrimmage in a long time, and I kinda want to see how good our P.E. teacher was. So...

"Sure," I said confidently. "I'll take it."

Everyone gasped, including Koro-Sensei who choked on his tea.

"Alrighty, then," Mr. Karasuma rolled up his sleeves. "Same goes for you: if you hit me, then you go home for the day." Then he got into a "ready" position.

I just stood there for a few seconds. Hm, what should I do to make his guard down?

"Oh well," I said, dropping my stiff posture and holding up my hands. "Guess I made a big mistake. You're WAY to good for me, and I won't have a prayer against a guy like you. And if you're so experienced, then why are you bothering to teach E Class who has 'no technique' when you could have been on the other side of the world being all James Bond and stuff?"

Mr. Karasuma looked at me. "James Bond?"

"Yeah, that guy who went through many gun fights and literally can't be killed," I twirled a strand of my hair. "You're just like that, right? Being all unkillable just like Koro-Sensei. You don't need to worry about a puny little girl like me."

"A good assassin will never let his guard down when facing an opponent," Mr. Karasuma said as he raised his fist. "That also includes a girl like you."

"Yup. I tried my best to get your guard down, but I guess it didn't work. Now, bye bye," I sighed. I turned on my heels and walked towards the opposite direction.

Three... two...

"(y/n), stop right there. I didn't say that class was over yet," Mr. Karasuma puts a firm hand on my right shoulder.

One.

I grabbed his hand with my left hand and pulled it, making him lurch towards me. Then I used my right hand to put it on his neck and flip him over my back*. Taking advantage of his surprised state on the ground, I quickly pulled out a knife hidden in my jacket sleeve and slashed it across Mr. Karasuma's neck. Everyone looked at me in shock.

"So, Mr. Karasuma," I said as he got up, groaning. "I'M REALLY, REALLY SORRY I FLIPPED YOU OVER LIKE THAT!!!! I PROMISE I WILL NOT DO THAT TO YOU OR ANY OTHER TEACHER EVER AGAIN!!!!!" I said frantically over and over again as I bowed a million times.

Mr. Karasuma helped me up and smiled. "Don't worry, (y/n). To be honest, that play went smoothly, and an 187-pound man is not going to be a fair match for a girl like you, but you did fine." He studied me. "So, you ready to go home?"

"Nope!" I grinned. "I have a quiz coming up. I don't wanna miss it. It might raise my grade up."

"All right, then," Mr. Karasuma patted me on the back. "Class dismissed."

"Thank you, sir," everyone said in unison.

"Wow, that was awesome, (y/n)!" Nagisa complimented you as you, Nagisa, and Sugino walked towards the classroom.

"It was nothing. I was just making my Judo skills at work," I sheepishly rubbed the back of my hand.

"Arg, but we got a quiz in sixth period. Thanks for reminding me, (y/n)," Sugino sighed.

"Hey, you can certainly use some tutoring."

We were so busy arguing that I didn't see a certain person waiting for us at the top of the stairs.

"Nagisa, 'sup?" A red-haired person said smugly as he holds a carton of strawberry juice.

"Karma?" I squinted to see the person's face clearly. "You're really here..."

Karma Akabane looked at me, and I can see his mouth curl into a sadistic smile. "Hello to you too, (y/n). I didn't lie at the bakery, did I?"

(AN) So I decided that each of the previous chapters were way too long, so now the chapters are a bit shorter.

AAAAARRRGG!!! TEACHERS ARE A PAIN!!!! The finals are coming and I'm sick with the fluuuuuuuu!!!!!! And since I missed out on one day of school I have to make up the mile for PE!!!!! Just writing about Mr. Karasuma being the new PE teacher makes me wonder what it will be like if I missed PE.

*I'm sorry if the battle scene is a bit clear to all of you. It's just that I don't know how to explain it and would be easier to do it in real life.
