Paige has been talking to the same guy for what feels like hours but it's only been five minutes. I know because I've been watching them and the time ever since he approached her.

He's not just any guy he's the Jalen Suggs. Yeah that one. Also the one Paige has been rumored to dating.

I'm not jealous of course but why doesn't she laugh like that with me. She gives me a smile she doesn't give everyone else just why can't I have the laugh too?

"Hey liv" Nika greets taking the seat beside me

"Hey" I say not even bothering to look at her as I keep my gaze on Paige and Jalen while taking a sip of the coffee Amaya brought me even though I told her I was ok. I don't know how she knew I need coffee but I'm grateful for her and I love her already

"Woah I didn't know you were the jealous type"  she jokes earning herself a side eye from me

"I'm not jealous" I say turning my attention back to Paige and Jalen

"Well if it makes you feel better they're just friends" Nika tells me

"Just like me and her" I sigh

"You guys are definitely not just friends you may be right now but not for long" She says and I roll my eyes giving her a 'are you serious' look

"Are you going to introduce me to your girlfriend she's been staring over here for a while now" Jalen ask me causing me to look over at Liv. I give her a smile and when she quickly looks away I can't help but to laugh

"Shes not my girlfriend" I tell him as I keep my gaze on Liv as she talks to Nika

"But you want her to be" he says in a statement form. I don't respond instead I just admire Liv as she talks with Nika. Never has she ever laughed like that with me "I'll introduce myself then"

Jalen shrugs before walking towards where liv and nika are

"Jalen!" I shout following after him

"Woah" Nika says looking Infront of us. I follow her gaze to see Jalen Suggs walking towards us with a flustered Paige trying to stop him

"Lord please help me" I mumble causing nika to laugh as Jalen arrives Infront of me

"Hi I'm Jalen Suggs I'm Paige's friend" He says extending his hand

"I'm liv also Paige's friend" I smile shaking his hand

"You don't have to meet him" Paige tells me and Jalen laughs

"She doesn't want me to meet her girlfriend" Jalen says causing me to choke on absolutely nothing

"I'm sorry what?" I ask. My face is probably bright red right about now

"Don't listen to him liv" Paige says pushing him

"Where's your team shouldn't you be practicing or something?" I ask her. It comes out in an annoyed way which I was slightly annoyed but I didn't want her to know that

"I let them have a break but me and Jalen were gonna go grab a bite you guys want to come along?"  She ask me and nika giving me a smile

"I'm good" I instantly decline giving a fake smile

"Everything ok?" She ask me

"Um you know we're going to go anywhere but here" Nika say standing up motioning for Jalen to follow her leaving me and Paige alone

"What's going on?" Paige ask me as she takes Nika's seat

"are you and Jalen together?" I ask her

Paige chuckles but when she looks at my face she quickly stops "No we're strictly just friends" she tells me

"Like us right?" I ask her

"Liv we could be whatever the hell you want us to be. I'm not going to sugarcoat this but I like whatever we've got going on and I do find you attractive but I also know neither of us would get into a relationship with someone we've only known for this amount of time" She explain and I smile

"I agree with you" I say causing her to smile too

"You know frankly I don't let just anyone sleep in my bed" I shrugs and I gasp

"You jerk!" I exclaim lightly pushing her

"Are we all good?" She ask me wrapping her arm around my neck

"All good" I say smiling up at her

"Great now let's go get something to eat please I'm starving." She groans

"I'm not really hungry" I say smiling at her and scrunching my nose

"What time did you and Aubrey go get breakfast?" She ask and I close my eyes trying to think

"We went to the dining hall right before class started so maybe 10:30"

"The teams new dining hall?" She ask and I shake my head

"The regular one for all the decent" I tell her "the teams new dining hall isn't even open yet"

"Well it's 2 pm and you last ate at 10 am you need food just as much as I do cmon now" she says standing up. When I just sit there she rolls her eyes "liv"

"Fine" I groan getting up. I watch as she places my laptop into my backpack and places it on her back "you know I can hold my own bags right?"

"I know I just like doing it" she shrugs as we begin walking over to nika and Jalen but now it looks like Azzi joined them

"When did you get here?" I ask Azzi as I give her a hug

"When you too were having a lovers quarrel" She jokes causing me to lightly push her

"Where are we eating I'm starving?" Nika ask Paige and Jalen as she throws her arm around me

"I ordered pizza for us, my teams and flaujae's team plus the announcers we just have to go get it" she explains

"You're telling me you made me pack up my bookbag and walk all the way over here for pizza you could've ordered for delivery?" I ask her raising my eyebrows

"It wasn't my fault I told Jalen to pick delivery but the dummy chose pick up" Paige says causing everyone to give Jalen a 'Are you serious' look

"At least we all get to spend time together" he smiles giving us a shrug

"Fine let's go" Nika says moving her arm to my waist as the two of us begin walking In front of everyone

As we all walk to my car I notice how Liv and Nika whisper and laugh while nika also has her arm around Liv's waist

"What did you and liv talk about?" Azzi ask noticing my gaze on the two

"Nothing really" I shrug as we make it to my car

Olivia

When Paige unlocks the car and I get into the front seat beside her I get a notification from my phone so I decide to check it. When I check it it's a notification that Azzi mentioned me in her story.

"Aww Az I could never replace you" I say looking back at her giving her a wink and she laughs

"Guys during off season we should go on a cruise" Nika randomly exclaims as Paige starts driving

"That's so random nika" Paige tells her and I nod in agreement

"No but just think about it. We win the championship then we celebrate by going on a cruise together as a team" she explains "and of course liv and hales too they're apart of the team now" she shrugs

"Ok see I've met liv but whose hales?" Jalen ask

"Haley she's my sister and tags along with me everywhere. She's supposed to be coming to the game tonight with the rest of the team" I tell him and he nods

"You got a picture?" he ask and Azzi says she'll show him and she does "damn you guys have good genes are you guys twins?"

"No just sisters I'm a year older" I say causing him to raise his brows

"You guys look so much alike" he says and I let out a chuckle

"And get this they we're both born in December liv was born on the first and Hales was born on the twelfth" Azzi exclaims and I nod

"Your older then me?" Nika practically shouts

"Damn my ears" Paige groans and I laugh

"Yes I'm older then you nika but only by a few months" I tell her as we arrive at a local pizza place

"Now we have to carry all these pizzas" Paige says rolling her eyes as she parks the car

"Who is we your the one driving" Azzi says as we all get out of the car and walk inside. They tell us we have to wait around for about ten minutes so while we wait we sit at a table and now is when I finally decide to repost Azzi's instagram story and reply to comments on the latest post for the UConnswbb account

"Ooh let me reply to some comments" Paige says looking at what I was doing. I pass her my phone and she gets excited as she starts typing away. Five minutes later she's still typing

"Order for Paige ready!" The worker shouts as Paige is mid typing

"I'm not done yet" Paige says handing me my phone and I nod placing it into my pants pocket

Paige and Jalen ordered ten pizzas so Jalen carries five, Azzi carries two and nika carries three. I try to volunteer to carry one but they say they've got it so I open the doors for them

When we get back into the car I look into the backseat to make sure they're ok "you guys sure you got it because I can help?" I ask them again

"I think we've got it" Nika says looking at Jalen and Azzi and the both nod

Paige starts back driving and I hook her phone up to the aux and start playing her music.

One of these days I'm gonna have to ask her about that 'freak me' playlist

We finally arrive back at the gym and me and Paige continue to open doors for the three

I steal two pizzas out of Jalen's hand and we both walk over to where Flau'jae and angel are.

"Special pizza delivery" I exclaim catching their attention

"Aww thank you guys" Flau'jae says grabbing the pizzas out of Jalen's hand and Angel grabs the one out of mine setting it on a bench behind her

"Flau'jae this is Liv she used to go to LSU but transferred and Liv this is our newest freshman on the team" Angel says

"It's nice to meet you" I smile "this is Jalen"

"It's nice to meet you both" Flau'jae says and I nod in agreement

"We should head back see you guys around" I say and we all say goodbye before me and Jalen go back over to the girls

SUMMER TALKS AGAIN

Ok so boom I'm truly sorry for being so late to update this but school ends in 2 days so I promise this is my focus when it ends. Currently it's exam season and that's my focus but I promise I got you guys.

Also I'm truly sorry the grammar and stuff is horrible and also the timelines will not be infact matching up but please forgive me
