(Yang's POV)

I woke up and looked at (Y/N). He was still asleep. He did look pretty cute while he sleeps. I checked the time to see it was afternoon. I shook him awake.

(Y/N): Yang? What time is it?

He said in a tired voice. I got up and pointed at him.

Yang: It's time for us to go on our first date.

(Y/N) rubbed his eyes and looked at me confused.

(Y/N): Date?

Yang: Yes. Now get up.

(Y/N): Is there even a place we can go?

Yang: We can look around Haven. I'm sure we will find something.

(Y/N): Can we do it later? I'm really tired.

He rolled around and faced away from me. I sighed and grabbed his hand. I dragged him off the couch.

(Y/N): Alright, I'm up.

He got up off the floor and looked at me.

Yang: Let's get going.

We left the house and we headed to Haven.

(Time skip)

Me and (Y/N) are walking down the streets of Haven. We are holding each other's hands.

(Y/N): Seeing anywhere that's catching your eye?

I looked around and saw a tavern.

Yang: Come on.

I ran towards it and dragged (Y/N) behind me. We entered the tavern. We sat down at a table.

(Y/N): Of course you would choose a tavern.

Yang: You know me so well. I'm quite flattered.

A waiter walked up to us.

Waiter: Aren't you two to young to be here?

Yang: We get that a lot.

The waiter just sighed and took our orders. He left and I started a conversation with (Y/N).

Yang: How long have you had feelings for me?

He blushed a little.

(Y/N): I got them when we started to train at your house.

I was about to continue the conversation, but a drunk man walked up to our table.

Drunk man: Hey there beautiful.

Yang: Not interested. I'm with my boyfriend.

I looked at (Y/N) and he did not look happy.

Drunk man: Ditch this loser and hang out with a real man.

(Y/N): She said she's not interested.

He got up and slammed the drunk's head on the table. (Y/N) then threw the man in a group of other drunk people and they all started to fight.

(Y/N): We are leaving.

He grabbed my hand and we left the tavern.

Yang: My knight in shining armor. Protecting me from the bad guys.

I said in a teasing manner. (Y/N) just scoffed.

(Y/N): I have to protect you. You are my teammate and girlfriend.

Yang: Quite the charmer.

I walked up to his side and hugged his arm. He blushed a little and looked away. I kissed his cheek and he blushed more.

Yang: You don't have to be so shy.

(Y/N): I'm just not used to this affection thing yet.

I giggled at his response. I heard a ringing from my scroll. I checked it and it was Ruby. I answered it.

Yang: Hey Ruby. Do you need something?

Ruby: Where are you and (Y/N)?

Yang: Just on a little date.

Ruby: That's really nice. Uncle Qrow wants you two back here. We need to go to Haven Academy.

Yang: Why?

Ruby: I don't know.

Yang: We are on our way.

I hanged up my scroll and putted it in my pocket.

Yang: We are going back. Our date is going to need to be continued another time.

He seemed a little disappointed about this.

(Y/N): Whatever.

(Time skip)(Readers POV)

Me and the group walked inside Haven Academy. We had our weapons out.

(Y/N): So why are we here?

Qrow: Lionheart wanted to see us.

(Y/N): This late?

Suddenly, a red portal appeared and a fireball came from it. It was head towards Ruby. I quickly got in front of her and blocked it. That portal, isn't that Raven's? People walked out the portal.

(Y/N): You guys!

Mercury and Emerald walked out. I rushed over to them and tried to punch them. A big man got in front of me and took the punch. He didn't seemed fazed at all. He punched me and sent me back to my group. Yang ran up to me and checked on me.

Yang: Are you ok?

(Y/N): I'm fine.

Cinder walked through the portal.

Cinder: Quite bold of you to attack by yourself.

I was about to attack again, but then Raven walked out the portal with a short haired woman.

Qrow: Raven. The hell are you doing with them?

Raven: That isn't for you to know.

I looked over at Yang and she looked pissed. Her fists were shaking with rage. I put my hand on her shoulder and she started to calm down.

Cinder: We are here for the Relic.

Ruby: Like we would let you get it.

We all got ready for a fight. Me and Yang rushed over to Emerald and Mercury. I ran in front of Yang and put my shields up. Emerald got out her guns and started to fire. Yang jumped over me and punched Emerald. Mercury tried to attack Yang, but I bashed him with my shields.

Yang: Thanks (Y/N).

(Y/N): I wouldn't be thanking me yet.

Cinder was about to attack us, but Jaune, Ruby, and Weiss started to attack her. I put my attention back at Emerald and Mercury.

(Y/N): I'm surprised you two showed up. Guess I get to slam both of you into the ground again.

Mercury: Like that will happen again.

I looked at Yang and smirked.

(Y/N): You ready Yang?

Yang: Absolutely.

I grabbed Yang's arm and started to spin her around. After getting enough speed. I threw Yang at Emerald and Mercury. Yang hit them directly and sent them into a wall. Yang was a bit dizzy, but quickly snapped out of it.

(Y/N): That went better then expect.

Yang: Good thing we practiced that move as much as we did.

I looked at the wall and saw that they were gone. I kept my guard up. I saw Emerald and Mercury running at me. I put my shields up and blocked their attacks. Something was off because they are smiling at me.

Yang: Watch out!

I felt something stab me from the back. I spat out some blood and looked down. I saw an orange spear that went through my stomach.

(Yang's POV)

I saw a spear stab (Y/N). Tears started to come from my eyes. Memories of him getting stabbed at Beacon were coming back. I started to shake in fear. I wanted to move, but my body refused. He fell down to his knees.

Yang: (Y/N)!

I looked over at Cinder. She looked at me right in my eyes and smiled at me. The fear in me started to be replaced with rage. I activated my semblance and rushed over at her. She formed a sword in her hand and swung at me. I punched the sword and shattered it in pieces.

Cinder: What the?!

I punched her in the face. She fell to the floor, but I didn't stop my assault. I jumped up and slammed my fist in her stomach. She tried to get up, but I punched her again. I kept punching her. I reeled my fist back and punched as hard as I can on her face. I heard some satisfying cracks. Her body started to glow orange and she made a burst of wind, knocking me back.

Cinder: You will pay for that!

Yang: Like hell I will! I'm going to kill you!
