The date was March 22nd, 2021. The bus was going around, picking up students after the end of the school day. Since both Frida (Musical Rin) and Walter (Musical Len) Short are both in high school, they were waiting for the bus.

Musical Rin: It's kinda warm today.

Musical Len: I agree.

The bus arrived. Walter saw Maribel Chantilon (Musical Miku) looking out the window and waving. The twins got on the bus and sat with Maribel.

Musical Miku: Hi, guys!

Musical Len: Hey.

Musical Rin: So, how was school?

Musical Miku: Eh, same old, same old.

Musical Len: Yeah, same with us.

Musical Miku: We barely know each other. We only talked on Zoom a few times. And the first time I talked with you guys was on my birthday. And that was way back in December.

Musical Rin: Well, what do you want to know?

Musical Miku: For starters, when is your birthday?

Musical Len: It's...actually today.

Musical Rin: Yep. We're 15 years old.

Musical Miku: Oh! I didn't know that. Happy birthday, you 2.

Musical Len: Thanks.

Musical Miku: What's wrong?

Musical Rin: I wish our older brother Jeremiah (Musical Kaito) was home more, so that we can celebrate.

Musical Miku: Where does he work?

Musical Len: Well, he has 2 jobs. During the school year, he helps students out with their homework and stuff. Like an assistant. And during the summer, he works down at the carnivals that we have every year.

Musical Miku: He's pretty busy.

Musical Rin: Yep.

None of the kids said another word.
