(Jonathan's P.O.V)
He must be busy...I wake up in the middle of the night covered in sweat..."I-it was just a bad dream..." my voice shakes as I whisper my words carefully..."I-i never would have had a nightmare when I'm with Ev..." I look at my phone and text Evan 'Hey Evan? I can't sleep and was wondering if you were awake...Text me when you're awake...' I get a message almost immediately 'Hey, what's up? Why can't you sleep?' I type out 'I had a bad nightmare and I don't want to use my pills to go to sleep so I can't sleep...Why are you awake?' Evan replies 'I can't sleep. And I'm not tired. What type of nightmare? And why won't you use your pills?' I sigh 'Okay...Just a typical nightmare...Do you mind if I don't say? And because I'm trying to stop relying on them as much...' Evan answers back 'Nah it's fine you don't have to tell me about it. And good for you.' I smile slightly at his trust in me...'Thanks Ev...' I wish I could hear his voice right now...'Could we...Video call or just normal call, please...?' He sees the chat but doesn't answer for a minute or two. I then get a video call from him...I answer it. I look at his surroundings...He's outside..."How come you're outside?"
(Evan's P.O.V)
I smile slightly seeing and hearing Jonathan cheers me up...A lot..."I just came out here actually...It's because I don't want to wake anyone up by calling you..." He grins "You're too selfless..." I giggle "I try." He chuckles. The only light for me is the porch light whereas he has a lamp on...It's funny actually...The difference between the scenery we're in...He's in bed while I'm out here..."Are you not cold?" I hear him ask. I shrug "It's not too bad..." I feel a bit of pain in my stomach...I then shiver a bit. "Ev...If you're cold you could always just say so and hang up so that you could go back inside..." I shake my head "No...It's fine...I'll...Be right back..." I hang up and go inside...
(Jonathan's P.O.V)
I watch the screen say 'Owl Boy has ended video call'...Yes I called him Owl Boy...I sigh...I look at the time "12:30...That was longer than I thought..." I get another call off of Evan. I immediately answer "Where'd you go? You scared me a bit..." I look at Evan...He's now wearing a hat, a scarf, fingerless gloves and a coat...He looks so adorable..."S-sorry...I was just a bit cold..." I watch his face go a bit red...I can't tell if he's blushing or just cold anymore though..."It's fine...Just tell me next time you go do something instead of saying 'be right back'..." I watch him nod "Will do...How's the weather for you then?" I walk over to the window and show him the rain covered windowpane "It's fucking beautiful. Rain everywhere..." We both laugh. I go and lay back in bed...I can feel my self drift off to sleep..."Jonathan...?" By the time he says my name I'm already asleep...
(Evan's P.O.V)
I end the call with Jonathan realising he has already fallen asleep...I stay outside until 2:00 AM then finally go inside...I take off my hat, gloves, scarf, coat and dump them in a closet...I go to my room when someone pokes me "Ev...Have you been awake all this time...?" I turn to see Tyler..."Y-yeah...Why...?" He sighs "You need more rest for your wounds to heal up..." I nod slowly "I know...It's just a bit hard for me to sleep through...Sorry to worry you..."
(Tyler's P.O.V)
I sigh...I do worry about him...He really does need to sleep more..."Do you want me to comfort you while you try and sleep...?" Evan shrugs "Like just you laying next to me...?" I nod slowly..."I...Don't know...Just...You and Jonathan did it so I thought it might help..." Evan shrugs again "Possibly...S-sure..." I smile "O-okay..." I didn't think he'd actually agree...He lays in bed and I lay next to him...I stroke his hair to help calm him and soon enough he's already asleep...I tuck him in more and go to sleep...
(Evan's P.O.V)
I wake up and Tyler's arm is around me...I quietly move his arm, I get up and go for a shower. I close the door and get undressed. I get under the shower head and wash myself. I grab my towel and wrap it around my bottom half leaving my top half uncovered as I don't really have much to cover...I look at the bandage around my stomach which starts coming undone...I put my used clothes into the washing basket and then go to open the door when someone else opens it..."Gah! Sorry!" Luke turns away from me. "I-it's fine...!" Luke has his eyes closed now "Y-you can go past I won't look..." I nod slowly "I...I have a towel around me...It's fine...You can look..." He nods and looks at me "I just thought you might not be fully covered up..." I smile and roll my eyes "No I did already..." Luke nods "Y-yeah..." I look around "I'll just...Yeah..." I go to my room where Tyler is still sleeping..."Fuck..." I whisper...I turn away from him and quickly put some boxers on...It at least means I don't have to worry about him or anyone else being able to see me naked..."Ev...? Oh...You're...Um...Do...You want me to go...?" I turn to Tyler "I-it's fine...I quickly pull on my pants "S-see...?" Tyler nods slowly "O-okay...Y-you're still topless though..." I nod "Y-yeah...Is there something wrong with that...?"
(Tyler's P.O.V)
I blush, hard..."N-no...I...I just thought you would make a fuss over it like you did with Ryan..." I can hear him sighing "I-i'm...Fine with it, I just overreacted with Ryan because I don't know him as well..." I nod "Fair enough..." I watch him as he dries off his hair and stomach more..."Y-you're bandage...Want me to get you a new one...?" He shrugs "I don't mind..." I go and get a waterproof bandage...I bring the back to Evan who is now sat on the bed carefully taking his other bandage off...I go over to him and place the new bandage on the bed, I then help him take off his current bandage. I put it in a bedside bin, I start putting on his new bandage and I accidently touch his skin "S-sorry..." He shrugs "I-it's fine..." I feel his heavy, short breathes on my skin...I finish up and look at him "D-done..." He smiles slightly "T-thanks..." I put his shirt on..."I can do that myself Tyler..." I nod "I know..." I kiss him gently...I don't care what he thinks...I enjoy it...
(Evan's P.O.V)
I don't react...I don't know how to react...I don't want to push him away and seem hurtful towards him but I don't want to kiss him because of Jonathan...I know we're not a proper thing but...Still...Tyler stops and looks at me "Y-you didn't react...Bad thing...?" I look at him "I..." He sighs..."I don't know...I...Just...Need time...To think...Okay...?" Tyler nods "S-sure..." I smile slightly "Thanks..." I feel a sharp pain in my stomach, I can see Tyler's head rested on my stomach...He must have felt me wincing because he immediately moves..."S-sorry...I didn't mean to hurt you..." He says...I nod slowly "I-it's fine...Just...Maybe watch out for my stomach..." He nod. "Will do..." I smile at him and he smiles back at me...A warm smile...
