What the Hell?!

Cami's POV

"So we know who took them but how do we find this person?" Rapunzel asks

"I'm not sure," Jack responds, rubbing the back of his neck. I roll my eyes and look around. "I saw that Cami. Look I know you don't like me and believe the feelings are mutual but my friends have been captured by some crazy lunatic so..."

"Shut it Frost." I say holding up my hand, thinking.

"Hey! Don't you..."

"I said shut it!" I turn to the vikings. "Who was Astrid supposed to be staying with tonight?"

"I thought she was sleeping in Hiccup's house." Snotlout said.

"She is. Remember you moved in with us and Hiccup is staying at your house so..." Ruffnut trains off as I run to Hiccup's house. Stoick and Valka left to talk with Invar about Astrid and Merida. I storm up the stairs and open the door to Hiccup's room. I look inside and she's gone. The bed is neatly made and all of Hiccup's drawings and notebooks are all in their correct places. I hear everyone come up behind me.

"Pitch took her as well" Jack comments. I shake my head.

"No. Something isn't right." Fishlegs says for me.

"He's right. There are no signs of a struggle and Astrid would have definitely put up one heck of a fight." I look around one more time. I finally pinpoint what makes me uncomfortable. "Look around. There's no sand. Either Astrid is out but I seriously doubt that or she willingly left with him." I look around. I can tell the other vikings already figured this out but don't want to believe it.

"Hold on. What about the voices we heard in the woods earlier?" I spin around almost hitting the young man in the face with my ponytail. Flynn takes one look at me and backs up.

"What voices?"

"After Astrid woke up and when everyone was yelling at each other me and Raps went into the woods to get away. As we were walking around we heard two voices. One sounded like a man and the other was a woman. They heard us and the conversation ended. As we were coming back we saw Astrid running back to the village."

"Why didn't you tell anyone about this?" I cry looking at both of them. I expect the blonde to step back like Flynn but she stands her ground and looks me in the eyes.

"Look we were really confused and with everything else going on we just didn't know what to say. I thought I was imagining the whole thing." I can tell she's lying but don't say anything else.

"Jack, do you know why Pitch would want to take them? Or why Astrid would be working with him?"

"I'm not sure why Pitch would want them but I have an idea why Astrid might be work for him." When he pauses I motion for him continue. "Pitch asked me the same thing a while ago. Astrid said she didn't remember anything so Pitch might have made a deal. She works for him and he gives Astrid her memories. That's the only reason I can think of."

Astrid's POV

I'm standing in front of two glass cells. Merida and Hiccup are each lying unconscious in one. I'm tempted to go inside one to make sure they're still alive. A pair of soft footsteps come up next to me.

"Are they awake yet?"

"Take a look Grimmel, do they look awake?" I ask not looking at the man.

"We can't afford them to die."

"This was your stupid idea, why don't you check if their alive or not?"

"This wasn't my idea. You suggested it."

"No. I said to get Merida and kill Hiccup."

"Exactly, you are just a child. Your ideas are small minded."

"If I'm a child what does that make you? You're just a weak old man. Keep calling me names and your frail body is going to be laying somewhere snapped in half" I turn to face the man, my eyes glowing black.

"I don't respond well to threats, Hofferson." He says dangerously.

"Neither do I" I stare back. Two knives fly between us. I move out of the way just in time. Grimmel looks around trying to figure out where the knives came from.

"I need to give Pitch an update."

"While you're at it tell him he should come and see his own prisoners for once." I call after him. I stand alone thinking. I hear the sound of sharp metal against wood. I already know where the sound is coming from and don't turn around.

"I dare you to throw that knife." I call out. After a couple seconds a dagger flies forward a couple feet from my head. "You're not as smart as I thought. You see bitches do as they're told." A cruel smile spreads across my face.

"Why did you ask me here?" A man with an accent asks, walking up next to me.

"Our plan didn't go as thought."

"I can tell."

"We had to use Grimmel's stupid idea"

"I thought you were supposed to make sure that didn't happen."

"I was but it's not like I had any help from you"

"So what now?"

Before I can answer I hear a groan. I turn back to the cells and notice that Hiccup is waking up. I move back towards the wall and motion for the man to do the same. We watch as Hiccup takes in his surroundings. He tries to get up but falls back down. What did Grimmel do? I think to myself. He crawls over to Merida and bangs on the window trying to wake her. He gives up after a while and places his head against the wall.

I wait a couple minutes to see what he does next. I motion for the man next to me to follow. As we leave the room I tell the guards outside to go in and keep an eye on the prisoners. We walk quickly through the halls and make to the globe. Pitch is standing there with Grimmel.

"Hiccup's awake." Pitch turns around. "Instead of asking other people to do your dirty work you should see your own prisoners."

"What about Merida?"

"Still unconscious." We talk for a while until I decide to check on Hiccup. I get there and nothing has changed. I leave and head to my cave. I lay down against Wildfire. I close my eyes and fall asleep quickly.

>>>>>>>>Time Skip<<<<<<<<

"It's been three days since we've captured Merida and she still hasn't woken up!" I yell at a Grimmel.

"What about Hiccup?"

"He's in and out of consciousness but I could care less about him. Merida needs to wake up."

"Why can't we let her die? Isn't Hiccup more useful to us than she is?" God I'm so sick of him

"No! Hiccup is more of a threat to us than useful. This is why I suggested to kill him, but now we have to go with your stupid plan." Before I could continue a guard comes up to us and says something is wrong with the prisoners. I run after him. I enter prison and see Hiccup kneeling with his back to me. I look closer and see electricity and lightning surrounding him. Merida's standing up, her back to me as well. I notice cracks growing around her feet.

I slowly back up without taking my eyes off them. "Get Johann." I say quietly to a guard. "I said, get Johann!" I yell when he doesn't move.

"I thought you said this wasn't going to happen!" I scream as he enters. "I swear to god if this is your doing I will send you to Helheim myself."

"I had nothing to do with this. I know this was going to happen eventually that's I agreed to kill him."

"What now?" I rub my face and sigh

"Give up" a voice calls out.

Merida's now facing me, her hands in fists. She's pounding on the wall, her eyes are glowing a dark blue and small rocks are floating around her feet. Hiccup's on his feet as well looking at me. His eyes are bright green. He's standing in the middle of the cell with lightning circling around him.  Suddenly a blast of ice comes out of nowhere.
