Jungkook's POV
Why is she not here yet? I look towards the front door and a gush of worry washes over me suddenly. I have a bad feeling that she's in a bad state. I stand from my seat, uneasy how I can't see her right now.

I sigh in relief when Chunseo enters through the front door but I narrow my eyes at her when I don't see y/n following her. She runs to me and pants. "Jungkook!" She bends down to catch her breath.

All the people present there stand and Jennie goes to her side asking what happened. "Where is y/n?" I ask restlessly and walk to stand in front of her. She points to the door and breathes out, "They took her." I rush to her and glare at her.

"Who?" It's taking me too much to control right now and not jump and rip her head off. "Humans." She lowers her head. "They shot her with something and she changed into a human."

"Hunters." Dad mumbles, confirming my suspicion. I run out of the door and soon hyungs follow me out of the pack house. The guard wolves lead the way and I'm questioning on why they didn't follow y/n and Chunseo before.

I run and run but I can't take any grasp of her scent. It's like she's not here. Even till I cross the forest, I can't see her or smell her. Where in the world did they take her?

"Jungkook. It's useless right now. Without any plans and backups." Namjoon hyung yells behind me. I turn to my human form from my wolf and sigh. "Jungkook. Y/n is strong and you know that more than anyone else. We're going to get her back." Dad says and I nod, looking around with my last hope.

Your POV

I feel a shake on my shoulder. I slowly open my eyes to see a black wall. Oh, it's the ceiling. "Hey. Are you okay?" I turn my head to my right and see a girl sitting beside my laid body. She has a hint of worry in her features. I sit up straight as I feel my muscles scream in pain.

"Where are we?" I look around and the memories of past events flood my mind. Chunseo is alright, right? I see the girl hesitant to answer, "Actually I also don't know. I woke up beside you." She's a wolf too. I see that she's not from the Bangtan pack.

"Which pack are you from?" I ask her. She looks a  few years older than me. And I notice a bump on her belly. Is she pregnant? "Exo. What about you?" Her answer angers me a bit but this is not the right time. "Bangtan." She hums and caresses her belly, lost in her thoughts.

"You're pregnant. We should get out of here as soon as we can." I speak, noticing the cold and black floor. She should be taken good care of for the child.

She smiles at me, "I'm sure Suho will come for me." I stare at her in disbelief, "Suho is your mate? By Suho, you mean the alpha?" She nods, her smile says that she loves him and he loves her.

I shouldn't hold onto the past right now. I should look at the present. She's a soon-to-be mother of an unborn pup and this is not a right place for her to be in.

Apparently her name is Irene. And she was shocked to find out that I'm Jungkook's mate.

"Isn't this odd that we both are the Luna of the packs? And most importantly, they got us on the same day. How did they even know the locations of our pack houses?" She asks me and I'm thinking the same. But the injection or whatever needle they pierced me with was directed towards Chunseo, wasn't it?

"Oh, you do have a great mind. Luna Irene." We both snap our heads to the door of the room. From the door with several metal bars, a familiar pair of eyes stares at us.

My jaw clenches at the sight of him. But I'm more than surprised. "Samuel?" I mutter his name in so much anger that only seems to add pleasure to his expression.

"So you are the one siding with the hunters?" I glare at those disgusting eyes of him. He snarls, "So what? Scared that you'll be dead?" I growl at him from my spot.

"Don't worry. You both won't die but you'll be used for experiments. Humans are genius afterall." He drums his fingers on the metal bar, adding more anger to me at the irritating sound.

"How can you go against your own race?" Irene shouts from beside me. Samuel throws her a bored look and shrugs his shoulders. "Well, why not? Once humans defeat the Alphas of the both packs. I'm gonna rule the werewolf race." He gives us a sadistic grin.

"The other wolves will just watch you do that?" I snort and fold my arms together. "Take a note of my words. You won't be able to see the next sunrise the moment Jungkook finds about you." I say, smug evident in my voice. I know for sure that Jungkook will do anything to save me.

"Aww. That's so sweet. He still cares about you? That wolf boy can do anything to save you, right? After all he made you his mate. But what a fail, I see that you're not fully mated to him. Does he have someone else?" He grins and laughs lightly. His words hurt me more than they should.

Chunseo is still with him right now and hadn't she told him about me? I'm being ridiculous for no reason. I shake my thoughts off and look at Irene. She's the most important one here.

"Samuel.. they woke up?" A male voice sounds through the door. Samuel steps back and nods. The door opens wide and a man with a green coat and a beard enters the room.

Irene stiffens beside me. This must be the man that threatened to kill the children around Irene and asked her to follow him if she wanted them harmless.

"Well. Well. Let's see. A pregnant Luna and a soon-to-be Luna." The man grins and walks towards us, standing just in front of Irene. Irene flies her eyes on his shoes.

'He tried to touch Irene. I can sense it.' my wolf growls in my mind. My wolf, Jungkook. I blush at that. Why do I always think about wrong things at the wrong time?

"Don't touch her." I growl when he extends his hand to caress her cheek. He retreats his hand and raises a brow at me. "Am I supposed to be scared? The sedative I gave you both is working to not let you transform to a wolf. In this human form, what can you do?" He laughs and I glare at him.

'But not me. The sedative's effect has worn out already.' my wolf chimes. I smirk at that man. "Human or wolf. Both of me are strong. But wait, so you do admit that humans are weaker that werewolves?" I smile at him.

He groans and looks at Samuel who steps inside. "So what are we supposed to do now?" Samuel asks. He's purely submitting himself to the worn out, old and stinky human.

"Not feed them anything." The man smirks and walks towards the door. "But this girl is amusing at how she was a human before." The man says before stepping out and closing the door behind him.

"What's all this about?" I shout at the man's retreating figure but Samuel answers for me. "This is an experiment for us, wolves done by them. They'll find out on how much time difference you both will turn to hungered animals. A single female or a pregnant female with an unborn child in her womb." He explains with a smirk plastered on his face.

The thing is obvious, Irene will be the one to feel hunger first. I look at her. That's not good for her child. Haven't the humans read in high school that pregnant women need more food for herself and her child. I glare at Samuel. Irene had informed me that there are many guards out in the hallway.

A smirk urges to travel to my lips when I see a shiny thing poking out of his pocket. I stand from my spot and walk towards him. "Samuel. Actually, it's been a long time, hasn't it?" Irene calls me from behind but right now, I need to take my plan into action before any of us get harmed.

He raises a brow. "It has." I nod and slip my arm around his arm. "I was wondering where you went after Jungkook took me to Mrs Kang." I step behind him and hug him from his back. "Actually I had considered you my friend so I really missed you." I trace my left hand towards his shoulder to distract him. From his right pocket, I pull out the single key with thread tangled with it. Placing it inside my hoodie's pocket, I step back and remove my hand from him.

"So. As my friend, are you willing to help us out of here?" I say and in less than a second, he's turned around and pinned me against the wall. "I hate you all. And you're thinking that I'll possibly help you? Pathetic!" I push him back and stand at a safe distance. "You'll regret this." I say through my gritted teeth. He only scoffs and raises his hands in surrender. "I'll be waiting for that day."

I watch as he walks out of the room, locking it. Astonished, I check for the key in my pocket. I raise the key to show to Irene and she laughs a little. "I didn't even see that." She giggles and I wink at her. Walking towards the door, I try to unlock the lock but nothing happens. My heart thumps in horror.

"Shit. This is not the right key." I groan and lean against the door. Irene gives me a sad smile. "Don't worry. The boys will be here some day for sure." She sounds so hopeless.

"What do you mean? You sound so sad…" I point out and she gulps, "The place where we are being held right now is underground. It'll be hard for them to find us." I freeze in shock.

"Argh. The only way to get out is killing them." I mumble as my eyes lay on her stomach. The pup can't be punished like this.

"Come here, you're thinking too much." Irene spreads her arms and smiles at me. I smile back and crawl towards her, hugging her. I try not to put my whole weight on her.

"But what about this key?" I show it to her. This key doesn't seem like that of a simple key. It's quite a big one. "Keep it with you in case it is needed somewhere." I say and slide the key in her jacket's pocket. It's a good thing that she was wearing a jacket when she was heading out. The temperature is quite low.

A few hours pass with us talking to each other about our love life. As far as I listened to her, Suho is not that bad. I guess everyone makes mistakes. And right now it's hunters versus wolves. I also tell her about how I was a human and Jungkook saved me by claiming me as his mate in the full moon.

"That's such a touching story. It feels as if you both were meant to be. And what about Jungkook's another mate?" She asks with a careful look on her face.

"She actually had a human that she loved for a long time and Jungkook and her eventually cut off their connections which weren't even there in the first place." I say it with a laugh.

"That's good. I didn't know this was possible to happen till now." She nods her head in deep thought. She seems sleepy. I look around the blank room. Couldn't they at least provide some sort of sheets or something?

An idea pops in my mind and I try to transform. My eyes widen when I'm still in my human form. "What's the matter?" Irene asks me with full concern over my paled face. Then, Samuel's words ring in my mind.

"The sedative I gave you both is working to not let you transform to a wolf. In this human form, what can you do?" I groan and slump against the wall.

"We can't transform, right?" She nods her head. I sit straight against the wall and fold my legs. I pat my lap and smile at her, "sleep on my lap." I order and she looks at me as if I've lost my mind.

"Come on. It'll be warm up both of us." She finally gives in.

After few days

These days passed with us talking and laughing even though our situations were like something on which anyone will cry. Hope is what is keeping us up. We don't even know if it's day or night right now.

I sit against the wall and caress Irene's hair. She's currently asleep. I know she's growing hungry day by day. Cause I am too. She doesn't admit it but I can hear her stomach grumble and her face says it all. She's turning pale. I really want to do something.

Irene flinches on her spot when the door is slammed open. Samuel or sometimes any random human entered these days to check on us but not this violently.

Irene sits up beside me. I hold an arm around her when I smell alcohol. He's drunk. He slurs inaudible words and stomps towards us. He's the same man who had visited us the first day. He pushes me aside and grabs Irene by her arm. Pulling her up to stand on her feet, he grins evilly.

I stand from the floor and push him off her. 'The door's open.' I snap my eyes to the door. Dragging Irene with me, I close the door behind us. I signal her to keep quiet.

"Catch them!!" The man laying inside yells and I run with Irene beside me towards the end of the hallway after some flights of stairs. Soon, I hear footsteps behind us. The lack of food and water is really degrading our ability to run.

I remembey wolf's words. She really said that the sedative has worn out right? But I think she was lying because I couldn't transform when I tried. We reach a door on the end of the hallway. It's locked from inside. I turn to Irene.

*Trigger warning* (mentions of blood and death)

"I think the key in your pocket can be used for this one." I blurt and she fishes out the key from her pocket. I open the lock and hear the footsteps too near. Turning back they're just behind us. I look at Irene. "Please go. I'll handle them." I usher her out of the door as she refuses to leave.

Closing the door, I hear her run. I know she'll try to find help but I don't care till I tear these bloody humans apart.

"You wanna stay here?" One of them mocks and walks towards me. He screams when I transform and jump at him before he can decipher that I can transform. But my speed is lacking because of lack of hunger.

I bite him on his neck, losing my mind. He squirms under me but I snap his neck and his body lays on the floor lifeless. The blood smell enters my nose and I snarling towards the men present in the hallway.

I sense Samuel stepping out of the crowd and transform into a wolf. Throwing the human body aside, I howl towards the ones present around me.
