Leyla P.O.V

I walked into the canteen after four looong boring classes, I thought a lot about the guy I saw in the hallway in the morning. He was so cute and I really wanted to talk to him
I searched the room for him and saw him  sitting down with some other guys
I sat down with Aurora and Mindy, we gossiped and ate our lunch.
I went out of the canteen to go to the toilet, the halls were empty and as I opened the girls bathroom door, I saw the cute guy from earlier sprinting down the hallway.
Cute guy: Hey, I'm Trevor. I just wanted to say I think your cute. I just wanted to know what your name is?
Ohhh my god I cannnnnnt believe this is happening sjshshsb I'm on cloud 9
I can't help but smile sweetly
Leyla: Hi I'm Leyla
He smiled the cutest smile I have ever seen
Trevor: Leyla is a very cute name
I blushed and looked away
He smiled even more and searched my eyes
Trevor: Can I please have your number?
I smiled and looked him in the eyes
Leyla: Sure
He gave me his phone and I typed in my number and wrote Leyla as the name
Trevor: I guess I'll see you later, he smiled
Leyla: Yeah, I smiled
He turned around walking happily to the door to the canteen
I chuckled and walked into the girls bathroom

When I got home I heard my little sister and my mom making dinner in the kitchen.
Leyla: heyyy i'm home!! I smiled looking into the kitchen
Mom: hi honey!
My little sister had her headphones in watching her iPad but she gave me a slight "hi" and a smile before she quickly returned to her intense sponge-bob binge
Leyla: what's cookin moms?
Mom: weelll, I decided we have spaghetti today, is that ok?
Leyla: I loveee spaghetti mom!!
Mom: Great honey, you're very happy today. Anything happen?
Leyla: weelll...
My little sister, Ella, threw her headphones off and rested her head in her hands, " I'm listening!!" She said very enthusiastically
Mom: Spilll!
Leyla: there's this boy...
Mom and Ella squealed loudly
I chuckled awkwardly trying hard to get out of the situation
Ella: I knew it!!!
My little sister and my mom talked and squealed, they were literally soul mates ahah
Leyla: Anyways... I laughed awkwardly again. I'll go do some homework
I got up the stairs and into my room, I placed my bag on beside my chair and started on some homework after about an hour of homework I jumped on my bed and threw on some sweatpants, as I've said I never wear makeup so obviously don't have to remove any. But I go to the bathroom and cleanse and moisturize my face. I put my hair into a high messy bun, and I take off my necklace.
Mom yells «dinner's ready» and I put my phone on on charge and run down stairs.
Leyla: mmmm smells amazing
Ellla: I can't wait!! She jumps before she sits down at the dinner table
I sit down and my Mom hurriedly sits down as well. My dad left my mom when I was three. I never knew him, my mom says it's best that way. He was an alcoholic. I loved growing up with my mom, I never wanted to meet dad or talk to him.
I had a great time with my mom and my little sister. My mom used to have a boyfriend, but they broke up and I haven't seen him since. They are supposedly still friends, and that's Ella's dad.
We ate and I went to bed. When I looked at my phone, I had got a text from an unknown number.
Unknown: Hey, It's Trevor.
Leyla: Hey
Trevor: So, I wondered if you wanted to go to the ice cream place after school tomorrow?
Leyla: Sure, I'd love to.
*I was raging with happiness, I hadn't noticed I had a huge smile on my face at this point"
Trevor: Good, I'll see you after school
Leyla: Yeah
Trevor: I can't wait to see u
