In The Nursery
It was Newleaf, the threats of Leafbare is over. It couldn't be any better timing for a birth than the first day of Newleaf. The melted snow left puddles of mud, the flowers were starting to bloom and blossom. In the not so quiet nursery great excitement was ragging like a storm.

The proud parents, Crumblebark and Daisypelt, sat admiring there newborn kit as he ran around the nursery crashing into Opeansoul's kits.
"Watch where you going!" Sassykit snapped.
"Now now, Sassykit. He is new, let him explore." Opeansoul said.
"But he keeps running into us." Whatkit complained.

Daisypelt's eyes are filled with pride. She was so proud of her kit.
"He's a nice on isn't he." Her mate, Crumblebark commented.
"What should his name be?" Daisypelt questioned.
"Maybe Explorekit he seems like an adventurer." Crumblebark thought.
"That would be nice but I was thinking Goldenkit because of his golden pelt" Daisypelt pointed out.
"Oh I got it what about...." Crumblebark started before plummeting to the ground. Everybody gasped. When Crumblebark got up he say his new kit looking down at him. "Why you!" Crumblebark started. "You are a Stupidkit! Why the name fits." Crumblebark was clearly angry.

"You named him already!" Daisypelt started. "Such a horrible name too."

Then, as if planned, MadHat instantly barged into the nursery.
"The one you call stupid will save the clan! I repeat the one who is called stupid will save the clan! And I repeat again! The one you call stupid will save the clan!" MadHat said before running out of breath.
Crumblebark and Daisypelt gasped before Crumblebark bursted into laughter.
"My kit oh please." Crumblebark laughed.
"I think he would be a good hero." Daisypelt stated.
That just made Crumblebark fall to the ground with laughter.

Just then Magicstar entered. Stupidkit fainted in awe.
"I have came to she the new kit." Magicstar stated. Stupidkit twitched.
"Oh Magic did you hear? My kit is going to be a hero!" Daisypelt exclaimed proudly.

Magicstar looked at the kit who instantly popped up looking up at Magicstar. She turned back to Daisypelt.

"I will think about that when he becomes a trained warrior." Magicstar remarked before stalking out of the room with laughter in her eyes.

Take it From a Medicine Cat

MadHat awoken from her dreams with a voice ringing in her ears.
The clan most know that there is grave danger ahead and only one way out. The one they you call stupid will save the clan.
The one you call stupid will save the clan
The one you call stupid will save the clan.

But MadHat was confused. Many questioned popped in her mind.
What danger? How could somecat stupid save the clan?

Still dazed MadHat left the medicine den. She could ask the leader about it. Then she heard something like yelling in the nursery. Then she remembered. Oh yeah. Wasn't a kit born earlier I could go check it out.

So she barged into the nursery saying. "The one you call stupid will save the clan! I repeat the one who is called stupid will save the clan! And I repeat again! The one you call stupid will save the clan!"

To her surprise Crumblebark just burst out in laughter. What is so funny. It is just a prophecy.

Confused she started toward the medicine cat den. She wanted to get a little more info before approaching the leader.

The Talk

After all that Magicstar made her way to the leaders den. When she got there she bursted out laughing.

"And then she said that her kit is a hero." Magicstar told her deputy, Shinebright.

"What I know that mothers are confident about there kits but a ... hero." Shinebright said.

"Then MadHat came with a prophecy saying that stupid will save the clan but the clan is in no trouble and stupid would have any chance of helping."

"Hmm..." Shinebright thought. "That is crazy."
