3rd POV

The rib cage Susanoo disappeared and revealed a stunned Shigaraki who was looking at the aftermath of Izuku's attack.

Shigaraki: H-Holy shit! Did that seriously just happen?! You just tanked a hit from All Might and dealt significant damage to him! This... this is our chance! We can kill him now-

Izuku: Kurogiri, take Shigaraki back to base.

Shigaraki: W-What? Why?! We're so close! He's right there just waiting to be killed!

Izuku: We're further than you think, it's game over, because they are here.

Before Shigaraki could question Izuku further, the U.S.J doors practically flew open and gunshots started firing off. A bullet zoomed towards Shigaraki, only for it to snatched out of the air by Izuku before it hit it's intended target.

Izuku: Kurogiri.

Kurogiri: Yes Madara.

At Izuku's subtle command, Kurogiri opened a warp gate. Shigaraki started backing up into the freshly made warp gate, but hesitated as he saw Izuku standing still, just staring at the faculty of U.A.

Shigaraki: Why are you just standing there? Wait... you're not planning to stay here and fight, are you?

Izuku: I have some things I need to test out, and I don't want my comrades being caught in the crossfire.

Shigaraki: Well if that's the case... just get back in one piece, can't complete the game without a player two.

Izuku: Will do, now get going.

Shoto/Shoka: No you don't!!!

A giant glacier of ice suddenly came rushing towards them, and from the perspectives of the heroes, it seemed like they had been encased by the ice. But the efforts of the Todoroki twins was all for not as their attack was shattered in an instant.

Izuku: 'Interesting, I had to put my back into that one'

As the mist from the attack cleared up, the twins and Izumi noticed that Shigaraki and Kurogiri had escaped.

Izuku: Ok then, as thanks for showing me your strength, let me show you some of mine!

Izuku formed a tiger hand sign and activated Kamui.

Izuku: Katon: Bakufū Ranbu!

As the flames came spiralling towards the young heroes, the twins stood frozen in fear at the sight of the flames, whereas Izumi while still scared, immediately ran forward and put up a barrier with her Psychokinesis.

Izuku: 'Feeling courageous now are we Izumi? Then I better turn up the heat'

Adding more Chakra into the attack, the flames began to grow and become even hotter, and as it came into contact with her barrier, Izumi quickly realised that in terms of attacking power, she was undoubtedly outclassed. A couple of seconds passed by as Izuku's attack attempted to bypass the barrier in an attempt to incinerate those being protected by it, and that's when it happened, a crack in her barrier.

Izuku: 'Yes! Just a couple more seconds-'

Unexpectedly, the barrier dropped completely and new barriers were formed around the Todoroki twins and All Might, meaning Izumi was about to take the full brunt of the attack.

Izuku: 'What in the world?'

She formed an X guard and for a full second, tanked the fire style head-on.

Izumi: FLORENCE SMASH!!!

With no time to process what he heard, a powerful gale of wind parted the fire attack and was heading straight for Izuku. Pushing Chakra into his feet, Izuku leaped in the air just in time to see Izumi's attack barrel past where he once stood and destroy the back wall of the U.S.J, and once he looked back at her, he could see that some of her costumes, her skin unprotected by her costume, and a good portion of her hair had been severely burned, but what pissed him off most was the state of her arms.

Izuku: 'Tch, so Toshinori really did give her OFA' Ok young hero! You've convinced me to take you seriously! 'Katon: Goukakyuu no jutsu!'

As the attack headed towards Izumi, she felt hopeless, useless, her arms were mangled due to using one hundred percent of OFA so she couldn't put up a barrier to protect herself, her father, and the Todoroki twins, she was a liability, just like Aizawa said she would be if she used that quirk.

Izumi: 'I'm sorry Izuku... I let you down again'

And just as the ball of fire was about to connect with it's target, a giant wall of cement blocked it, saving the three students and All Might.

Cementoss: Apologies for my tardiness, speed isn't exactly my forte.

Izuku landed back on the ground with grace, but he was livid, but unfortunately for him, he had no time to be angry as his next obstacle appeared.

Izuku: Ectoplasm clones, I bet the real one is just sitting at the top of the stairs, pathetic.

As the clones charged at him, Izuku seemed to be completely unfazed by them, even going as far as taunting them to try and attack him. They tried to attack him all at once, but Izuku simply slid back effortlessly avoiding the attack, then a second attack came from the clones, which Izuku handled with ease as he split kicked two of the clones and pushed the last one's head into the ground in one move, effectively beating them.

Izuku: Surely this isn't U.A's best, where's the challenge?

He got his "challenge" in the form of Present Mic, as he used his quirk to send high pitched sounds at Izuku.

Izuku: That support item has to go. 'Kamui!'

Before Izuku could fully register the sound flooding into his ears, he shoved his hand into the Kamui dimension, then out of it right in front of Present Mic's support item. Gripping onto the item, he ripped it off Mic's costume and into the Kamui dimension.

Izuku: Can't use your quirk without a way to condense it, it'll only hurt your comrades.

A bullet suddenly whizzed by Izuku's head.

Snipe: That was a warning shot villain, if you don't surrender now, the next one will do some damage.

Before Izuku could fire back a snarky remark, a cement dome surrounded him.

Cementoss: That should hold him. Ectoplasm, go down and guard the dome.

Creating some clones to assist him, Ectoplasm hopped down to the cement dome and surrounded it. Thinking there was no way for the villain to escape, they let their guards down, this turned out be a big mistake. A loud rumble came from underground and the floor behind Cementoss and Snipe cracked apart and something jumped out of it.

Izuku: Disgusting little mole, maybe you'll learn to not try and intercept me if I showed you mercy.

Cementoss and Snipe turned around and saw Izuku in the air holding a beaten up Powerloader. Gravity catching up to him, Izuku began falling back down to earth, but he took the two heroes by surprise by throwing Powerloader at them, forcing them to catch him.

Izuku: Should have left him to fall heroes.

Without sparing them a second, Izuku sucker punched both Snipe and Cementoss sending them both tumbling down the U.S.J steps, although punching the latter made him shake his hand in pain.

Izuku: 'Should have poured Chakra into that strike, punching cement without enhancements is a really bad idea'

Sensing a duo behind him, Izuku whipped his head around and activated Kamui, making a startled Vlad King and Hound Dog disappear seemingly into his mask.

Izuku: Foolish, have none of them noticed that ambushing me isn't working-

He cut himself off as he saw a cloud of pink mist come into his field of vision, he quickly activated Kamui and sucked in the mist as quickly as possible.

Izuku: Give me a break, Midnight as well?

Standing not too far away from Izuku was the Dominatrix hero herself.

Midnight: Awww, what's wrong my little villain? Upset that you might not see me again after you've been arrested?

Izuku: Maybe in a parallel world I would be.

Midnight: Ohh that hurts, I like it.

Behind his mask you could see a questioning look on Izuku's face.

Izuku: How do I keep running into heroines who make me question my sanity?

Midnight: What was that?

Izuku: I said that out loud? Never mind.

Izuku body flickered in front of Midnight and grabbed onto her arm, and then body flickered once again, this time down at centre plaza where all the staff of U.A were formulating a plan of attack.

Izuku: This is where we part ways Midnight, nothing against any of you, I just want to test out where I stand in terms of power.

Activating Kamui once more, the two heroes Izuku dragged into the Kamui dimension were practically spat back out of it, though now they were fast asleep, clearly affected by the mist Izuku teleported into the dimension while they were inside of it. Before any of the staff could pounce on Izuku, he quickly body flickered back up the stairs.

Izuku: It's safe to presume that the twins, Izumi and Toshinori escaped... no matter, even if I'm displeased at that, I'll just make up for it by killing their teachers and coworkers.

Clasping his hands together in a snake hand sign, he began focusing, he hadn't practiced with this jutsu much so he needed a couple of seconds to prepare it, and once he was done preparing it, the ground started shaking violently.

Cementoss: What in the world is that?!

Snipe: Look dead ahead! It's that masked villain!

Looking up at Izuku, they could see nothing but malicious intent in that single glowing red eye.

Izuku: Drown in despair! Mokuton: Jukai Kotan!

The staff of U.A stood completely still, fear binding them from even trying to run, nothing in their arsenal could stop this attack, and as the forest continued on it's path to crushing them, they realised... this is where they die. And when all hope seemed lost, a green outline surrounded the newly sprouted forest, stopping the attack dead in it's tracks.

Izuku: What's this? My jutsu has been stopped.

A questioning gaze lingered in Izuku's eye for a second, only for it to vanish as he saw the entire roof of the U.S.J was ripped clean off and thrown into the stratosphere.

Izuku: What a pleasant surprise.

Izuku watched as the newcomer descended into the U.S.J.

Izuku: Welcome Green Tornado! It's such a pleasure to meet you, oh if this were a different scenario, I would've asked for an autograph by now.

The sarcasm in his voice wasn't hidden as he watched Green Tornado, aka Inko Yagi slowly float down with a chimera sat on her shoulder.

Nezu: It's a good thing Yamada was able to escape and inform us how dire the situation was, otherwise we might have been a second too late.

Izuku: Nezu as well! This just keeps getting better and better-

Before he could finish expressing his feelings on the tremendous hurdle in his way, he was grabbed by Inko's Psychokinesis and thrown across the U.S.J in the blink of an eye, if he didn't have his EMS active, he wouldn't have reacted fast enough to activate his rib cage Susanoo and would've been crushed.

Izuku: Bad day at the office?

Inko only looked down at him with fury in her eyes.

Izuku: I'll take that silent fury as a yes.

Izuku began walking forward to the centre plaza, not taking his eyes off Inko the whole walk there.

Izuku: Now I don't think I need to explain how much of a predicament you've gotten yourself into here, but I will anyway. Right now, your comrades are of no use to you, they are simply too weak to face me, some are even out of commission, and I think they know better than anyone now that ambushes don't work on me.

Even if she didn't say it, Inko knew she couldn't deny what he said.

Izuku: You're also struggling with holding back my attack from earlier, you know once you let your hold of it slip, it'll crush your comrades in an instant, so all you can do to avoid getting hit by my attacks now is by dodging.

Yet another thing Inko couldn't deny, he even knew the limits of her power.

Izuku: So even with all these handicaps, what makes you think you can defeat me?

Inko: I'm not ranked number three in Japan for nothing, you may think you have the upper hand, but in due time, you'll see the mistake you've made by choosing to stay and fight instead of fleeing with your comrades.

Izuku: Tch, so be it.

Izuku formed a tiger hand sign and readied himself for battle.

Izuku: Let me see you dance Inko Yagi, forever until your death.

Inko was shocked to hear the villain say her real name, so shocked in fact that she hadn't taken notice of the three fire balls coming towards.

Nezu: Snap out of it Tornado!

Gaining back her focus, she moved out of the way and watched as the balls of fire soared out of the U.S.J and past the clouds.

Izuku: Fuuton: Kiryuu Ranbu!

Inko turned her focus back on the villain, only to have it stripped away again as a giant gale of wind sent her tumbling threw the air.

Inko: Hold on tight Nezu!

Channeling her quirk inwards, she threw out her arms as a burst of psychic energy dispersed the gale.

Nezu: On your six.

Inko quickly turned around and caught the masked villain with her Psychokinesis.

Nezu: Below us!

Inko looked down and saw the villain jump up towards her.

Inko: 'But I thought I had him... wait, could it be a clone?! But I thought his quirk was elemental based!'

Quickly reacting, Inko grabbed the clone with her quirk and slammed it into the ground with enough force to create a crater. Izuku watched his former mother slightly impressed.

Izuku: 'Her reaction time is good and she's still undoubtedly powerful, even with the handicap, but I wonder if that will be enough'

Izuku looked up at the clouds expectedly, watching as they grew darker.

Izuku: 'Time for my last test. Katon: Haijingakure No Jutsu!'

Not expecting the sudden attack at all, Inko took the full front of it, this left her costume burnt and battle damaged, but that wasn't something that bothered her, what did bother her however, was the missing weight on her shoulder.

Izuku: Such a shame Inko, you were doing so well.

The ash finally disappeared and Inko started frantically looking around.

Izuku: Well, until I stopped pretending that I was struggling.

Inko spotted the villain standing at the highest point of the U.S.J, that being a small part of the roof she hadn't ripped off, and to her horror, he was holding Nezu by the back of his neck.

Inko: Nezu! You let go of him villain! Or I swear I'll-

Izuku: I'll ignore your poor choice of words and I won't let him go. Look, I'm not really in the mood to be talking to scum like you and your comrades, I stayed because I wanted to tests some things out, and this will be the last thing I test out before I return to base.

Inko: You're not getting away! Your villainy ends today!

Izuku: Tch, such a headache you heroes are, I think I'll choose to silence you right here and now.

With a squirming Nezu in his left hand, Izuku raised his empty right hand into the air and coated it in lightning.

Izuku: I'll let you in on some details of what I'm about to do. This attack brings down thunder from the heavens, all I have to do is send it your way.

Inko and Nezu did not like the sound of that at all.

Izuku: "Kirin" is the name of this attack.

A roar caught the attention of the principal and the number three hero.

Inko: What was that?!

Izuku: Come forth!

It was only when Izuku shot a bolt of lightning up towards the clouds that they took notice of the now grey clouds and the thunder and lighting surrounding them. When the bolt of lightning passed the clouds, everyone in the facility bared witness to something both incredible and terrifying. A dragon made of lightning descended from the clouds and hovered above the U.S.J.

Izuku: I'd like to see you deal with this attack Green Tornado!

Inko immediately knew what this meant and hurriedly threw up the biggest barrier she could make without letting go of the forest attack.

Izuku: Begone with the thunderclap.

Instant destruction is the only word that can describe what had just occurred, the attack had easily penetrated Inko's barrier and destroyed everything below it, leaving a massive crater in the middle of the U.S.J, even some of the different zones in the facility were heavily damaged, it'd be a miracle if anyone survived, and unfortunately, his wood style jutsu did not survive the blast. Thanks to the efforts of Cementoss creating a cement dome around his colleagues and himself, they managed to soften the damage the attack did to them, though they were still rendered unconscious, the same could not be said for Inko however, since she was the closet to the attack, she took the most damage, her whole body was severely burnt, her skin resembling that of charcoal.

Izuku: Oh my... I'm at a loss for words.

Nezu looked down at the destruction with fear written across his face clear as day, Izuku took notice of this and a dark laugh escaped his lips.

Izuku: You see this Nezu? This is something you couldn't account for, your feeble little rat sized brain couldn't begin to comprehend that your Symbol of Peace would be flattened, or that your staff would be outclassed, or that Green Tornado would be burnt to a crisp. The way I'm seeing things right now, is that you're a failed little lab experiment that couldn't even do what he was made to do, you are inferior to me in every way, and I want you to remember that for as long as you live.

Nezu was now shaking in fear, tears brimming at the edge of his eyes, but Izuku wasn't done, he would make sure Nezu would never forget this moment. He hung the principal over the edge of the roof making the chimera's breath hitch.

Izuku: Goodbye you filthy lab rat.

And with that, he let go of Nezu. Things seemed to be in slow motion as the principal fell threw the air, and as the principal life flashed before his eyes, a single red feather caught him.

???: Man I cut that too close!

The feather soared back over to it's sender with Nezu and Izuku spotted him flying in the air.

Izuku: Number four hero Hawks, I must say, I wasn't expecting you-

???: PROMINENCE BURN!!!!!

Before Izuku could finish what he was saying, a wave a of fire washed over him.

???: There! The villain is down, how'd you all struggle with him so much?!

Hawks: Good job Endeavor, it's a shame he's completely unscathed.

Endeavor: What?!?!

The hero turned and saw that the villain was indeed, completely unscathed.

Izuku: Endeavor as well, how can this get any better?

It got better, another top hero joined the fray by hopping up to the roof of the facility on the opposite side of Izuku.

???: I got here as fast as I could! What did I miss- MADARA?!

Izuku: Oh if it isn't my "Eternal Rival" Miruko, how've you been? Wait let me guess, training to beat me?

Miruko: What the hell are you doing here?! Wait... did you cause all of this damage and chaos?

Hawks: Hold up, you know this guy?

Miruko: It's... a long story.

Izuku: One that I won't be sticking around for.

Miruko: Wait! You still haven't answered me!

Izuku: Answer what? If I did all of this? Then yes, I did.

Miruko: But you've never been capable of doing this! I've fought you for years and I've never seen you cause this much destruction!

Izuku: Maybe because I didn't feel like I needed to cause this amount of destruction.

Miruko: Does... does that mean you held back against me this whole time?

Izuku: Of course I did, if I didn't you'd be dead the day you first encountered me.

Her ears flopped down at that piece of knowledge, she felt hurt and betrayed.

Izuku: Oh I'm sorry, did I hurt your feelings?

Sarcasm dripped from his voice as he "apologised".

Izuku: I think I've caused enough physical, mental, and emotional damage for one day, so I'll be taking my leave now.

Hawks and Endeavor charged at him, hoping that they could stop the villain before he could escape.

Izuku: Enjoy dealing with the backlashes of this heroes~

Before either Hawks or Endeavor could grab him, the villain disappeared. Technically they had won because the villain hadn't killed anyone to their knowledge, but the victory still felt far too hollow. No doubt there would be uproars about this incident, they would need to discuss how to overcome the huge hurdle put in front of them, but for now, they needed to get everyone in the U.S.J immediate care.
